Finally it was time to meet up with Aloysius and try to hunt down Acrucis. He was hoping she could be found, that she wouldn't turn him away, he was hopeful in this but he wasn't putting all his eggs in this basket either. He knew better, that run in with Valhalla had proven that, so he was just hoping to find her. He wasn't going to hope things would go well, he wasn't going to do that to himself, it had been years since he'd seen her.
Pulling up in the others driveway, he was not walking to the others home however easy it might be, and climbing out of his car tghe blond headed for the others door and rang the bell. Glancing about, looking over the plants, he had some ideas for new things since spring was coming up. He'd heard from Liam, not that long ago, about fruit bearing plants and he was planning that in his head as well. He could pull something nice together for the two, it would give him an excuse to buy more plants, because he wasn't sure what else he could do with his own home.
Over dinner Alexandre had filled Rene in on things, making sure they knew he'd be out tonight hunting for a senshi he hadn't seen in a qwhile. That way Rene knew he might not be home till late, but his partner knew he wasn't going out for a fight or anything. He'd be coming home safe tonight, at least that was his plan, he was taking Aloysius out with him so things should go well. With what was going on right now he'd made sure to reassure his partner of things, so he could read or work comfortably and not worry about him all night.

He'd gone to work, as if nothing had happened, explaining that he'd gotten a bit scratched up by his cat, by the few students who cared. By the time he was home, he was tired again. It was a lot to juggle, but he'd managed as always. At least this time, he had food waiting and was able to sleep when he got the time.
Sitting at the kitchen table as Liam touched up the bandaging on his hand, it still hurt, but it at least it didn't look bad. It probably wouldn't scar, something he would have worried more about in the past.
Aloysius knew that Alexandre was coming by, but the bell ringing still always gave him a slight start, considering how rare it was they had visitors. Getting up, he pulled open the door and ushered the blonde inside.
"Come in, let me know what the plan is for this healer of yours." Once they were inside, he returned to the kitchen table and his seat. There were other chairs if Alexandre wanted to sit and he did motion to them before settling back down a bit.
"If you need anything to drink, Liam or I can grab it for you. I just need to make sure this is wrapped up again. Voce took offense to the bandage while I was in my office and decided to loosen it before I went to work this morning."

Stepping inside he bent to remove his shoes, manners long since trained into him, he followed the other on socked feet. "I'm assuming you'll be pretending to be a captain." Glancing down at the others hand, watching as Liam had taken to cleaning and bandaging it again, according to what Aloysius was saying.
"If you're going with that than perhaps we can play with that, should we find Acrucis. We can say you're a captain of mine who got hurt. If we leave out looking for help, so it doesn't seemlike we're looking to use order, she might offer to help. That would get you some help and may put us both in her good graces." Since she was a healer and one who liked to help others, and Aloysius could use a little healing, it might just gain them some favor with this senshi and assist them in their true wants.
"Perhaps we should figure out a story for how you were hurt? Something not too far from the truth." Since he didn't want to lie, because he couldn't.
Liam meanwhile had been waiting in the kitchen, with a med kit open on the table, as Aloysius went off to answer the front door. When his partner finally returned he was reaching out and grabbing his injured hand, being as gentle as he could be, he settled for cleaning it with antiseptic in order to reduce the chances of an infection.
"If you find a senshi to heal it - thank them for me as well. You needn't mention my name...just say your fiance would thank them for it. Let them know it's appreciated." It might help them but that wasn't his point, not really, he just wanted them to be properly thanked if they were found and did indeed help Aloysius. "Keep me informed on what happens." Tapping his partners ear gently, letting him know just what he meant. "I'll have tea ready when you get back, just send me a message." He'd stay up, however long that might be, and perhaps they could crash in bed then and sleep in come morning.

"Yes, if I want the lie to stick I need to be consistent. You can understand that of course. However, being a direct captain under you may or may not be beneficial. Though I guess if that information remains between the three of us, I suppose it works this time." Where it might work in this case, it could cause tension with other knights or senshi who knew of the other's reputation.
"We can see if she will heal me, but even if so I will keep a bandage on for a bit longer to not have my students or anyone find it odd that something like this is gone in a day." Keeping things clear on both sides was important so that nobody got any ideas.
"We could say that something shattered due to the storms, it would be ill advised to say that it was during a fight, but bringing in mirrorspace might not bode well either. What do you think her opinion of that is? I have no frame of reference for her to go by otherwise."
Getting the hint from Liam, he did lean slightly into the momentary touch from them. "Yes, I would appreciate some tea darling." Depending on how things went he might neat something nice and calming afterwards.

"Of course, that sounds good. It'll help us in this situation anyway. And I would only say a captain under me as it would show I'm looking to tend to one of my own and get you help, something which may play to her caring nature." And help her view of him, as he wasn't sure how much it had potentially changed over time, a lot of time had passed after all. "We'll only mention it if we have to, we can aim for me finding you hurt and deciding to get you help." He would leave it up to the other to decide, since he was the one with the cover to keep, he wouldn't risk the others stories which he'd been weaving for a while now it seemed.
Taking a breath he nodded his head slowly before talking, taking his time over his words. "She seemed neutral the last time I spoke with her, willing to help as far as healing went. I don't think she wishes to fight or will. Her opinion on the dark mirror may be similar to her opinion on us. Not a side she'll fight with or for but she'll heal if someone is bad off enough. I think she dislikes seeing people suffering and hurting, especially when she can help. I wouldn't call her a bleeding heart but I would say she is worthy to have around and keep an eye on. She has value, without seeing her after so long my stance is the same as it once was. But we'll see if she's changed." He was hoping she'd still have value and be worth keeping close, perhaps he could try again to keep her close at least...to use her healing skills.
"We'll say it was related to the storms, it would fit with everything already going on. She isn't likely to question it." It would also help their cause, and give more reason for them wanting to investigate things furtherr.
Watching as Liam finished up with the others hand he smiled, they were a good couple, the two of them looked good together.
Working on his partners hand, being gentle and slow, Liam was glad they liked the idea of tea...though when didn't Aloysius like the idea of tea? He did wonder at times if there wasn't some British in him with how much teahe drank, it was something he might just have to tease him over at some point. Not now though, this was a time for serious matters to be discussed.
"Good, let me know as soon as you return to the city so I can get a kettle of water boiling for you." He'd have the tea ready and waiting. "I'll have your signature cover so you can teleport home if you want." He didn't think Desiree would mind, even if he had to wake her up to help, Desiree was an amazing mauvian and helpful as ever. "You two should get going, keep me up on things." Nodding as he kissed Aloysius on the cheek before standing. "Your hands good to go for now."

A compromise it seemed, but he could understand it and maybe appreciate the other trying to not have such a violent track record with order. There were times for that, even if he still rather not draw his bow, but now was a time for gathering information and not making additional enemies.
"Okay, we can play it as it goes. Something due to the storm and we can fill in with bits of the truth as we go. Perhaps I was aiding a mirror senshi as a mirror shattered, but the details can be hashed out on the spot as I gauge her reactions."
Once Liam finished, he stood up as well and turned back to Alexandre. "We can head out now, no need to dillydally anymore." While he did know Desiree was here, he knew she was playing that little game of hers with the blonde as a civilian. So for now he was going to still avoid powering up in his home, someone else perhaps but he wasn't going to spoil his muavian's little passtime.
Heading for the door, pulling his coat down from the closet, he finished getting ready after a few more moments.

"Yes, that might work best, it should be easier to keep track of the closer it is to the truth." And it would be easier for him to say as well. This would be good, changing as they needed, they'd need to adapt to get what they wanted. It was one thing he tried to be good at, and sometimes failed at, adapting on the fly was a needed skill though and right now was no exception.
Following at the others side the blond bent over to get his shoes back on, and lace them up, while Aloysius was getting his coat on. "I wonder if we can't find her if we can find someone who can find her? Maybe even one of their cats..." Trailing off, thinking it over, he wasn't sure how it worked for them. Could they just get in touch with all senshi and knights like he could reach out to any officer over a geenral communications set up.
It was chilly out, still too chilly for him, and he hadn't removed his coat since arriving and as he followed the other out his hands slipped into the coat pockets. "Should we drive to a safe place to power up?" Questioning the other in a near whisper, pale eyes looking about, the petite blond was ready to drive them as far away as the other was comfortable with, anything to get this show on the road.

Not waiting long, he didn't quite like being driven around by others much but this wasn't the time. "Just past the property line or if you want, closer towards the city center." Either way, he just wanted to be outside of what could be reasonably considered his home and gardens.
Without much delay, he pulled on the passenger door and got in. It always felt cramped with his height, most cars did, but it wouldn't be for long and at the end of the night he wouldn't need to be driven home.
"If you know of areas she might be, somewhere you or your team may have seen her last? I know I have taken to tracking locations and appearances of every member of order I see, just in case I need to tell my team to avoid them or I might need to follow up with them again." It wasn't perfect, and he was constantly updating things, but he was wondering if it might not be something useful to add to the tablet. Something he might bring up to Desiree if possible later on.
With the privacy of being in a car, he did speak up again. "We need to keep the spike out of the conversation unless they bring it up. Unless we happen upon any of those other order senshi who were in that room. We need to find out who of them has it and who we can work with." Hopefully they would be reasonable, hopefully it wasn't the petchulent b*****d who had zapped his mauvian.

At least he didn't have a car, that would make Aloysius sitting harder, an suv at least had a bit more room. "Push the seat back. Rene isn't as tall as you are." Though Rene was tall...Aloysius was taller, the man had to have a foot on him in height.
"My team....half of them aren't family and most of them haven't been around, family life and heh like. The other hafl of my team is family...all lower in rank and I've not told them even half of what I've done. Some of them have seen my own files on order, and other things, but remembering all the details." Shaking his head as he trailed off. He had shown his files on everythiing to Lorcan and Gerard, he suspected that between the two of them Lorcan would have memorized it all, while Gerard would remember most of it with a possible focus on details. Lorcan had also, without a doubt, gone over the database on the tablet with a focus on his medical records. Gerard had liekly gone over the database as well, looking at anything he could which would help him. Ophelia had likely done similar to Gerard, though he'd not shown her his personal files on things he had ratehr told her as much as he could, he'd show her everything as soon as he could. There was just so much, so many years worth of information, and he'd never written when and where he ran into Acrucis. He'd just mentioned her, her magic, and general information.
When he did bring them closer to the city the blond turned down a deserted street, it was still being planned out and cleared for building, and parking he stepped out of the car into the dark. There wasn't a street light here yet and the area wasn't cleared enough. It was a street and a curb but no sidewalk and some minimal clearing for a house...but that was it. "Time to get looking for our senshi of healing." That said he was powering up and waiting for the other to join him.
"Let's get your hand healed and see if we can't get a trip into space." As soon as Chalcanthite was close enough he latched on to the otehr and teleported them to where he used to meet up with her.
