It was possibly the same night, but in human consideration, it was also the very early morning. After returning to the base and receiving exactly the sort confirmation she needed to pursue her interest with abandon, Rhysi also decided to abandon sleep. Apparently Aeleas also didn't need sleep in her estimation, as she was found knocking on the door of the other's human home at 2am, immediately after sending an initial report to the database. Out of courtesy, she also wore a human glamour, and not every questionable human interaction could be answered with a terse, "Cosplay."

Also, in what she considered a great deal of thoughtfulness, she brought her friend a second handmade raincoat. Even without the rain, it had a feeling of what she considered appropriate research attire.

Looking off to one side and then, to the other, Rhysi appeared to be thinking for a long moment before deciding she was sorry. "Sorry."

Then she was handing Aeleas the raincoat and ushering to come along quickly. She also had missed her friend, it was rather bothersome for them to be living so separately. Not just by distance but by worlds that were no longer synced up. Of course, this wasn't something that needed discussing. Convincing others to be different from what they were was a rather inefficient and worthless purpose. If she wanted to Aeleas to be someone else, it'd be better to give her friend a lobotomy, not a series of debates.

"Quickly. The data is changing."

As far as sweet greetings and reunions went, maybe it wasn't. But it did have a very specific purpose that led them to a nearby park. One the way over, Rhysi explained, "I'll scan ambient energies, humans, and fauna."

She looked over at her friend with a look of extreme trust and confidence, "Scan and observe flora?"
