I'm just loving making this harder for myself - there will be 2 lists, one for people that do not have any kelpi-pronghorns and the other free for all.
♡ If you happen to be waiting for an event breeding that might have kelpi-pronghorns, you'd still count as '0' ;3
♡ If you happen to be waiting for a guaranteed kelpi (ie. custom), you're not eligible for the newbie slot.
♡ If you happen to just want a chance at the kelpi, just make a note in your post and I won't include you in the free-for-all list.
♡ I do not have a naming convention for these - random fling ftw! (ty Moxx! xD)
