If Tianyi was honest, he sort of found the chilly weather exciting. Tianyi had still had seasons for most of his life, but they'd started to get strange as the years went on, and a peaceful winter without extremes was worth enjoying.
Coming here so close to the turning of a year, too, felt like it meant something. Tianyi wasn't sure what--new beginnings, perhaps, even if that seemed almost too obvious.
Either way, he found that the city parks were lovely, and he had simply dropped himself down to sit in the snow and simply stare at a lovely little pond. It was frozen over, and as far as he could tell nothing was moving within, but just the sight of it reminded him of carefully tended gardens and of sitting with his brothers and watching the fish within.
Happier times. Times Tianyi wished he could go back to.
It left him focused more on reminiscence than anything else, except for vaguely noting that he could feel other auras, so he probably wasn't alone.

"Babe, how do you not freeze in that outfit?!" Haldane asked Bellatrix, not for the first time, nor the fiftteenth time since knowing each other. Bellatrix shrugged, "Magic." Magic was kind of the answer for everything. Bellatrix at least confidently assumed that magic was what kept everyone with powers in this city from freezing or overheating in their various outfits through out the various seasons. Yeah, yeah, magic made sense, Haldane nodded, as if he had forgotten that this was the answer he always received for...just about everything. Of course, he was so busy looking at his Amazonian goddess of a girlfriend that he wasn't paying attention to where he was going, and completely stumbled over a figure that had been sitting there in the snow. "Uaaah!" The bearded Senshi of Doubt now looked more like a snowman than a person. Bellatrix, who had seen this coming from a mile away, and could have easily warned either one of them, had instead chosen to simply sit back and watch the calamity unfold with a look of amusement on her cool, pretty, face. "Are you alright?" It was unclear if she was asking Haldane, or the stranger. ANd what a stranger they were - although obviously a senshi, they also sported features that were not natural on any earthling. This must have been one of the ancient alien senshi she'd heard about popping up.

Well.
Being tripped over was a new experience. Tinayi had endured many a humiliation, but being so small and unnoticeable that he was knocked down by someone much bigger than him was new. He ended up on his back in the snow, yelping in surprised distress, and staring up at the two Senshi that had stumbled--literally, in one case--across him.
"Uh," he said, a little weakly and a little confusedly, "I'm fine, really, that--are you okay? I'm sorry, I didn't realize--I was just so--my world used to have the prettiest gardens, with ponds like these, and I--"
Oh, he sounded like an idiot.
"I was distracted."
He had not yet moved to sit up or otherwise extract himself from the snow.

"Yeah," Haldane answered, sitting up and brushing snow out of his hair and beard, only then did he hear the other senshi and he paused as the hamster in his head slowly started to turn the wheel that tickled the singular braincell that took up residence in his pretty little cranium. "Oh!" He shot up and put a held out to help the stranger "I am sooo sorry! I didn't see you th- well clearly I didn't it's not like I tripped over you on purp- I ug sorry, sorry! So sorry!" Haldane's stammering apology at least tug Bellatrix's lips into an amused smile as she watched the two. "He's fine," Bellatrix answered for Haldane, "And there's nothing wrong with sitting here enjoying the view - your'e good. I'm Bellatrix, He's Haldane."

Tianyi took the offered hand, letting the much bigger Senshi pull him upright. Wow, he was going to have to get used to feeling small on this planet; so many people were just so tall and he was pretty constantly left blinking up at them.
"It's alright," he said, "I understand, mistakes happen." No one could be blamed for an accident, anyway. And it couldn't more clearly be one.
He reached down to dust some of the snow off his fuku, offering a pleasant smile to both of the Earth Senshi.
"I'm Sailor Tianyi," he said, "and even if the circumstances are a little awkward, it's a pleasure to meet you both!"

"I'm Bellatrix," The Eternal who was clearly the more calm and composed of the two earth-born senshi introduced, "And this goofball is Haldane. How long have you been here? On Earth, that is. Is there anything we can do to help?" Haldane took no offense to his girlfriend's words - he was a big goofus! A role he had played so long that it was a key part of his personality by now. But more than that - He couldn't help but admire her willingness to help. "Yeah, we're happy to help!" He was well acquainted, if not spoiled, by the multi-millionaire heiress' generosity. Haldane and his brother had gone from leftover ramen dinners to a luxury condo and practically anything they could want. Granted, he was also pretty sure it was in part because Bell was kind of money-dumb. 'Stupid Rich' to be crude about it. She meant well, though, and he was eternally grateful. Feelings of inadequacy just made him want to work harder to be worthy of the glamazon. Noir Songbird OMG if I could close my quote tags right, this might actually send out notiffs rofl

"Well, thank you for your kindness, Bellatrix and Haldane," Tianyi said, awkwardly dusting off his fuku a little more. It felt like an easy thing to do with his hands, which felt like something he needed.
"I've only been here for a few days," he admitted, "but everyone has been so kind and welcoming. I have somewhere to stay and everything. But I appreciate the offer of help! And I'll remember you if I ever need anything!"
He honestly wasn't sure he would ever ask, because the idea of putting an extra burden on kind strangers felt...wrong. but it was good to know that the people on this world--the magical people, at least--were kind and welcoming. At least, they were now; who knew if that would last if they found out about the last days of Tianyi. But he wasn't going to look gift kindness too closely.

Bellatrix nodded, "Order might fight amongst itself when it comes to what to do when a threat arises, but there are a lot of kind and generous people within it as well. I'm glad you found help so quickly, especially in this weather." The eternal senshi's smile was kind, if not a bit tired, as if her years in this war were just as long as the hundreds Tianyi had gone through. Of course, it could never measure up to that, and she certainly hoped it never did. All the same though, it had long since made her weary and jaded. Haldane hadn't yet seen the absolute disorder that was an order gathering, but he had certainly heard the tales - mostly in long exasperated rant form, and even he had to admit, it was pretty baffling. It always sounded like some bizarre mass d**k-measuring contest and a case study in oppositional defiance all rolled in to one. An entire faction all working together against their own interests. It honestly explained a lot of Bellatrix's attitude - it would surely grate on anyone with multiple braincells after a while. What that didn't explain was why she could put up with him and his brother.... Huh... After all, they were a truly chaotic and wild dude-bro duo and yet, she found them endearing enough to take them under her wing like lost little mutts. "Ah, yeah - we're glad to help any time! I don't really have all the resources that Bellatrix has, but! I have a willing spirit!" Haldane said, pumping a victorious fist in the air.

"Oh," Tianyi wilted a little, "I don't think I've seen that. It's unfortunate people can't cooperate. But I am glad to have seen all the kindness you have to offer. Maybe I'll get disappointed later, but...for now, I really like this place."
Certainly it was possible he'd run into the more stressful things. The lack of cooperation. The infighting Bellatirx had mentioned. but for now...it wasn't too bad.
"And I appreciate your enthusiasm," Tianyi giggled. Under other circumstances, someone so big and vibrant might have felt intimidating, but there was something about Haldane that even managed to disarm Tianyi's deeply embedded fears.
"I should probably head back to where I'm staying," he said. "I...was out here for a while and totally lost track of time. But you're both very nice to be around and I hope we meet again!"

"Ah yeah - getting home and warming up with a nice cup of hot chocolate sounds pretty good," Haldane said as he began to feel the cold a little more after his little snow tumbling misadventure.
Surely the people Tianyi was staying with had introduced him to hot chocolate, right?
"I'm sure we'll see one another again soon - hopefully not for anything too bad but.... Well. It is Destiny City. There's no shortage of strange happenings bringing people together." The amusement in her voice was more cheerily amused than she really felt about such things, but Bell was a well trained life-long actress, and she didn't want to rain too heavily on anyone's parade. But indeed, she did hope that next time they saw one another would be for something good.
Then, getting Haldane's hint as they parted ways from the rather interesting non-earthborn senshi, Bellatrix checked her regular phone to see if the hot chocolate truck would be anywhere near their home, if if they'd have to dip in to a store on their way back.
