Nickname: Cordy
Gender/Pronoun: He/Him
Age: 24
Birthday: November 18th, 2000
Sign: Scorpio
Gemstone: Topaz
Blood Type: A-
Fav. Food: Buttered Toast, Grapes
Hated Food: A lot of things, honestly…
School/Occupation: Job hunting right now…
Hobbies:
Reading: Books are safe. Cordell loves nothing more than curling up on something soft and reading until he either finishes the story in his hands or falls asleep. Eventually…maybe Cordell would like to be a writer. Or an editor…or maybe he just wants to be left alone to read.
Bowling: The only ‘sport’ that Cordell has any talent for. He loves going bowling, the atmosphere of the bowling alley, the sound of the pins being knocked over. He has his own bowling ball, a light minty green with small flowers on it and it is one of his prized possessions. He is a member of a young adult bowling league and he loves every second.
Knitting: Cordell loves big, oversized sweaters. It is difficult to find big, oversized sweaters that are actually cute and in the style he likes…so the only thing to do was to start knitting and making his own. It’s something that he can share with his sister, with the both of them sitting in silence just making things. It’s wonderful, really. Sometimes he opens commissions, and until he finds a job, those commissions are all he has!
Virtues:
Observant: A benefit of being quiet a lot of the time, is that you end up seeing things. Noticing things. Cordell prides himself with all he notices. It's helpful when you're trying to tell gossip to your siblings or give a report to the police...and it just makes life easier. Most of the time.
Compassionate: Cordell has always had a big heart. He feels deeply, and can find something good in everyone, and a reason to be kind to everyone that he meets. He doesn't enjoy giving up on people, and will fight for them if he finds even the smallest reason to. People aren't bad. Not by choice. And there's always hope for them. No matter what.
Flaws:
Insecure: Cordell has never had a very high opinion of himself, even if his opinions of everyone else are always too high, if we're being honest. But he doesn't think that he's worth the same consideration as everyone else is. Everyone has good in them, he knows that but him? He's just. Cordell. And that's...nothing good. Nothing special.
Dependent: Cordell relies on his siblings and those he trusts more than he should, and he truly can't live without them. There hasn't yet been a time where he's had to truly stand on his own feet, and he is fine with that. He doesn't want to have to do things on his own, and if he can keep getting away with...well. Not. Then he will. And he'll hide behind those who allow him to.
