Negaverse Alias: Lieutenant Nekoite

- For the overall style, I’m basically thinking of an actual military jacket with military lolita stylings for the rest of the outfit, like these fits: one, two, three, four.
The military jacket inspo I’m looking at is the British Royal Navy officers’ jackets of the 19th century, starting out like this at Lieutenant, getting some fancy epaulets at Captain (Captain vs. Lieutenant comparison, though I’d like to keep the subtle piping from the Lieutenant jacket), then getting fancy piping details at General (reference 2, reference 3).
Maybe the jacket could get some bigger, fancier cuffs like these (pictured on Capt. Arthur Forrest)? Starting smaller, then bigger as he grows?
For the style on the military lolita part, I’m thinking something like “smart shirt, waistcoat, fluffy skirt” like this fit (reference 2), with the cravat and longer over-vest of this fit (reference 2, reference 3, reference 4 but with just plain black tights to keep the professional vibes?, lighter colors ref to show how all the layers fit together). At Lieutenant, the capelet attached to the over-vest should be nixed.
Weapon
Lieutenant Weapon: A cat toy (a black wooden wand with a delicate chain, with little puffballs matching Nekoite’s color scheme, and a larger puffball shaped like a rose blossom at the end).
Captain Weapon: a light chain whip, with a small rose blossom charm dangling off the end of the chain.
General Weapon: a heavy chain whip/morningstar, sort of like a mix of Trevor Belmont’s chain whip/Vampire Killer morningstar from the Castlevania show and Hoslow’s Petal Whip from Elden Ring. The morningstar part at the end of the whip is a metal carving of a rose blossom.
