Senshi: Telemachus of Tyranny

Uniform Color: Main and secondary. Give us a hex code if you'd like. The bodices of Order Senshi (including chibis) will always be white, and the bodices for Dark Mirror and Corrupted Senshi will always be black. Characters should have at least one main color and one secondary color, but other colors can be used as needed.

Sailor Scout Attack: Hand of the Tyrant
Telemachus speaks the name of his attack, and a circle of scorched earth encircles the area. Characters view Telemachus as a tryrannical ruler whose ire they should avoid. Affected enemies are afflicted with fear of Telemachus's wrath, which makes it harder for them to act against him. It lasts for 30 seconds, has three uses, and affects enemies within ten feet.

Super Sailor Scout Attack: Closing the Fist
Telemachus speaks the name of his attack, and a circle of scorched earth encircles the area. Characters view Telemachus as a tryrannical ruler whose ire they should avoid. For affected enemies, the fear of what calling down his wrath might mean threatens to consume them, and makes it harder for them to act against Telemachus or his allies. It lasts for 35 seconds, has two uses, and affects enemies within fifteen feet.

Eternal Sailor Attack: Ultimate Tyrant
Telemachus speaks the name of his attack, and a circle of scorched earth encircles the area. For the duration of the magic, Telemachus can set up to two simple rules—such as "no attacking with magic" or "put your weapons down". Characters who violate the rules will feel as if they are being crushed under the heavy weight of tyranny, and may wind up with bruises at player discretion. This spell lasts for thirty five seconds, has one use, and affects characters within fifteen feet.
