Things had been brought up before the night had started, even before he’d left for the appointed meeting time with Ako and then Axinite. Desiree and Liam would be meeting them both at the city home to get Ako settled in and figure out the next steps as they came. Help would be offered from all three of them to make sure the transition would go smoothly and that the newly corrupted senshi wouldn’t get pulled back to order due to a failing on his part.
There had been plenty of talks with his partner and Mau over how to handle things, for now, to help them out because he knew his partner would be all for helping someone. Even if he preferred just their attention on him, he knew it would help things go smoothly and also provide additional connections for Ako to ask for help from them when out performing her duties for the Negaverse.

Ako felt a bit dazed still, her mind still trying to process everything. She felt odd, though not unpleasant, somewhat similar to that floaty feeling after waking up from anesthesia. This was… supposed to feel like this, right? It was hard to think, to try and remember. She allowed her henshin to drop, settling back into her civilian self. It felt odd, somehow, almost like a costume. Foreign yet familiar at the same time.
She took another moment to steady and ground herself before giving Chal a small smile. “I think I’m alright now. Pretty sure, at least. Maybe…. A little tired?” She tilted her head, trying to properly assess herself. “Where… where do we go from here?”

Offering his hand to her both to steady her and to get moving to the next place, he had been a bit surprised with how things had gone. Not that it had been out of the ordinary but because at this point in time, he wasn’t sure what remained and what was lost. It would be best if they lost what they’d wanted to but that would take time to figure out he assumed.
“I have a place for you to stay right now while things get sorted out. My partner and cat will be there to offer help as well. I will teleport us there so it may leave you a bit dizzier as you are powered down but then you can settle in and have some dinner.”
Desiree would know to keep his signature hidden, she was good about that to keep both homes safe from otherwise prying order eyes. “The main thing we will figure out when we get there is what you would like to go by in terms of names. But there is no rush for now.” Thinking of his home in the city, full of bookshelves and sheet music, he brought them there and was glad to see his mauvian laying stretched out on the couch looking towards them.
“Hello Desiree, is Liam upstairs setting things up?” He didn’t see him in the open kitchen at least. Powering down he turned back to his newest team member. “Aloysius Sharp is my name, and this is my mauvian Desiree.”

The sensation was, in fact, dizzying, but she managed to keep her balance as she felt the room seem to spin around her. She closed her eyes for a moment and took a steadying breath before looking up at Chal, or Aloysius, rather.
”Oh…she's beautiful!” Her eyes landed on the cat sprawled across the couch and she felt her heart warm. Cats truly were the best, she thought. She turned to properly introduce herself and frowned, falling short of remembering what to call herself. “Oh. Well that's a problem, isn't it? I'd properly introduce myself but……” She shrugged and made a vague gesture, unsure of how to proceed without remembering.

Looking up she watched Aloysius and this new recruit for a moment before stretching and sitting up. “Welcome back, Liam and I got things ready for her and dinner is ready for all of us.” Trilling in delight at the compliment, she moved closer to the new person before smiling slyly. That little keychain that hung from her bow was in reach and so she clicked it and stretched again as she now sat as her human glamor. It was easier to move about sometimes like this and for now, she wanted to really measure this new person up.
“Why thank you, she’s quite excitable Aloysius, I like her so far.” Smiling at her musician for a moment before looking back at the girl with a small frown. “We can help you find something new to call you Ako, no need to worry and rush.” Trying to ease any worries before they grew, she stood up and walked over to sit at the piano instead so Ako could have the couch for now.
Watching his mauvian switch to her glamor he shook his head. She was spoiled with the fact she had more time with it and he knew she was having too much fun messing with people and seeing how much she could get away with as a human.
—-----------
Watching Ako shrug he did feel how it could be awkward but it meant that at least she had forgotten the civilian side of things. He’d figured at least in part that had been the case as she’d remembered him.
“Yes, Desiree will be able to help with the senshi side of things where I cannot. As for a name, I am sure something will come to you or we can all help somehow with that. If we could continue to use Ako for the moment, do know that everyone here knows of the situation so there is no need to worry.” Smiling softly, he looked up towards the stairs as he wandered into the kitchen to grab a bottle of water for Ako and himself.
Offering it to her he motioned for her to sit down as he sat on another part of the sectional. “Have a seat and then my partner should be down shortly and we can eat. There is that small kitchen table but the couch is comfier and the coffee table does just fine for four.”

Liam had been readying the upstairs for their guest, he was happy to help in welcoming the corrupted to their side. He knew she’d lose some memories, though it was never certain what would be lost, so he was trying to make things as comfortable as he could for her. From scent hand soap in the bathroom to silk pillowcases and a nice warm bathrobe Liam had thought of nearly everything. He was good at planning, and accommodating, as he’d had lots of practice over the time he’d spent dating Aloysius. If he wasn’t an accountant he might have made a good events planner, Melody would weep over the idea of him putting his talents to other uses than accounting.
When he heard the arrival he stood, from where he’d been fussing over flowers he’d left on a desk in the bedroom, and made to head downstairs slowly. He took his time so he could listen to things, judge what was going on, before he joined in on things. By the time he entered the living room he knew she had lost her civilian memories and was, for now, going by the name Ako. She’d figure a new name out when she could.
“The coffee table always served us well for meals, it’s low enough to not be uncomfortable. Though a pillow might be nice for extra cushion.” Smiling as he stepped into the room, socked feet silent as he walked, the blond came to take a seat next to Aloysius. Blue eyes were focused however on the female. “It’s good to finally put a face to the name, Aloysius was telling me about you and bringing you into the fold.” Running his fingers through his hair, a small breath let out, and he was leaning back comfortably.
“I might not serve the Negaverse as you three do but I do serve chaos, I’m a dark mirror senshi. I can lend a hand if you need it but communication is a bit more complicated, since I don’t serve the same faction. I keep a burner phone so anyone in the Negaverse, those on Aloysius’ team, can reach me if they need me. I’ll give you my number and encourage you to call if you need it. I will come.” They might not serve his court but they were his partner's team and that meant just as much to Liam, because it meant they were still close to himself and he would keep them safe.

Ako looked up when another person came into the room, subtly looking them over to assess them. This must be Liam, she assumed. She gave him a small smile, nodding at Desiree with a small murmur of thanks at the mention of finding a new name. “Ako” was all she knew of herself, the only name she had left, but she figured that in time, something new would come, or perhaps a new name would be given to her.
Ako sat on the couch, listening. “Dark mirror senshi… To my recollection, I've never met one before. Though…. my memory is clearly not the most reliable at the moment.” She laughed softly, feeling surprisingly relaxed. ”Either way, it's a pleasure to meet you. I look forward to getting to know you, Liam. And you as well, Desiree.”

They were polite at least but that could also be because of the new everything, something she could understand. “While I’m here, and in my usual form, I can keep your signature hidden so if you need to teleport home let me know and I can be ready to cover you. Sometimes I may need a bit of time to get here but there is a mirror upstairs to help with that, please don’t move it or break it. Or if you do let Liam know?” She wasn’t exactly sure on how it all worked but she knew that paths were cut off when the mirrors were tampered with.
It was going to be nice, having a new corrupt to help with and seeing how it turned out. A nice little project of hers to work on alongside all the other projects she was working on for the various Generals. If she still had her tail when in this glamor, it’d be flicking with curiosity over how things would go.
_____________________________________________________
“I quite enjoy the mirror senshi and they are allies in my mind so be mindful of them. Not all of them like us but I believe for the most part you should be fine interacting with them. Especially this one.” There was a knowing look in his eyes as he nudged the blonde.
“But yes, food first because you must be hungry after that all and then we can figure out where to go from there. I have the key you left for me but we have plenty of time to handle that.” Getting up, he went to grab some of the plates and portion out the dinner Liam had made while things were happening in Axinite’s office. It smelled good as always and he quickly started setting things down on the coffee table. Glasses came last after utensils and napkins.
“There are plenty of options in the fridge and you can always stock it with whatever you like but one exception if that is alright?” Aloysius paused for a moment as his eyes flicked towards Liam and Desiree. “Please refrain from putting alcohol in there.” It was one thing if they kept it in their room, he wouldn’t poke around in there but the idea of bottles being back in that fridge after Liam had worked hard to get rid of every drop he’d soaked himself in left him feeling that itch again.
Shaking his head, he shook the thought away and settled back into the couch near Liam as he started on his pasta. “Eat and tell us if you like it? I had no idea what you might like but Liam and I know how to cook more than a few types of food.”

She nodded as she listened, doing her best to take all of the information in. “Don’t mess with the mirror, got it.” She would ask Liam later about Mirror Senshi if he was amenable to it, but for now she put her curiosities aside to think of another time.
Her stomach growled and her cheeks colored. “Food would actually be amazing, now that I dont feel nauseous. Thank you.” At the mention of the key, she nodded. She couldn’t quite remember what the key was for, other than a vague hazy notion of a location in her mind, but she would figure that out once she was settled.
She watched as he moved about, wanting to offer to help but not wanting to get in the way. “It smells heavenly…” A small smile curved her lips as she breathed in the incredible smell of the food. “Hmm?” The mention of an exception made her turn her attention back to Aloysius. “Can do. I’m not overly fond of alcohol as it is, so there’s no worry there.”
She took a bite of her food and her eyes lit up immediately. “This is delicious! Really really delicious!” It was funny how just a bit of food made her seem to come more alive, become more vibrant. Prior to meeting Chalcanthite, Ako had been neglecting herself for a while, not caring much about her health at all. She wasn’t emaciated by any means, but she was thinner than she had been two years ago and deep, dark circles rimmed her eyes. Homemade, delicious food seemed to perk her right up, though it also made another feeling well up within her, one akin to sadness. Perhaps it was something from her past, whatever had happened that caused her to want so desperately to forget, but she had no answer to why she suddenly felt overwhelmed by emotion. So instead, she shoved that down and enjoyed the delicious food that was given to her.

“Mmm, yes it would be nice to know if any mirrors in here get moved. I don’t want to find myself walking into a rather…inconvenient scene or anything like that.” Giving a rather vague gesture with his hand as he spoke, smiling. As the food came out Laim watched, keeping his eyes tracking his partner. “Aloysius isn’t lying, we both cook well. If you need, I can always cook meals for you and drop them in the fridge for you.” Since he mostly worked from home it gave him the opportunity to make meals for people, so they’d have food for work or school, and he didn’t mind helping one more person out.
Taking his own fork, glad that Aloysius mentioned no alcohol in the house, he was very happy at the fact the new member of Aloysius’ team wasn’t fond of alcohol. It would make things easier for them all.
Watching her eat, and the emotions play out, Liam spoke up with a light smile on his face. “How about you write a list of foods you like, and one of foods you want to try, and we’ll go shopping for things together. We might even convince Aloysius to join us.” Teasing his partner as he gave his fiance a bright smile. “And then either we’ll cook things together, maybe all three of us, or I’ll cook meals for you and drop them in the fridge for you.” That way she had options, would have home cooked meals, and she could potentially learn to cook and help herself a bit over time. A way to rebuild…piece by piece and bit by bit.
