Quote: Frozen Time (3) : Midnight is a magical time of night; parties, dancing, kisses--there are a number of rituals celebrated in the winter nights. Every night has a midnight, but this one is special. There is an old church and bell tower on the quiet outskirts of town, near a beautiful forest that has been decorated with lights to celebrate the season. Maybe you are alone, maybe you are with friends, or maybe you’re at a party celebrating one of the many events--whatever the case, small, delicate snowflakes have been falling lightly for the past hour. And then--suddenly--they stop. The clock strikes midnight and the bell echoes a low, metallic chime that feels like it can be heard for miles. By the second chime, you realize that nothing else is moving. Snowflakes are suspended in the air and all living creatures--plants, animals, and people alike--are completely frozen. The clock chimes twelve times and the world is still frozen. Suddenly, there’s no way to tell how much time has passed--but nothing moves. Maybe it feels like a moment, maybe it feels like an hour. You can try to leave the area but you can never go far enough that the church is out of sight. In an instant, time seems to snap back into motion. To everyone else, it feels like no time has passed. To you, you know. The church seems eerie and foreboding and if you return you feel uncomfortable, as though you have broken something and are unwelcome. If roleplaying with a partner, multiple characters can remain unfrozen as the world around them freezes! It wasn’t Voyager’s first winter-season as a Knight, which is why he had been out patrolling so often, even going later into the night than usual. Luckily for him the museum had been opening later and closing earlier due to the holidays, so he had time to sleep in when need be. He hadn’t intended to go this far off of his usual patrol route, but something was pulling him over here. What it was, he couldn’t say. He was now near an old church and everything seemed normal… at least there didn’t appear to be trouble happening. After a few moments though, he could sense the aura of an agent nearby. He made sure his “weapon” was at the ready in case they decided to attack, but if they were, what were they doing out here in the first place? Did they manage to find some civilians out here that they could drain? Was it the same thing that had brought him here? At the very least, if they wanted to fight him, he would be ready, this time.

Dzhalindite on the other hand was new to this since she had only been a nega for a very short time, she had decided on it for the benefits and power. She was actually enjoying the power to teleport and to drain energy from people in the name of her queen. Though it would be nice if she could be queen, she still wanted to become a general someday so she had work to do to get there. Just like any business you had to put in your hours climbing the ladder to get to the top. She wasn't much of a fighter yet since her weapon was just a little tree but she had no problem fighting a knight or senshi.

Just because they didn't have a similar level of power to his aura didn't mean that an Agent would be easily defeated, and this one looked confident. Too confident. They must have had some fighting training before becoming one. Something that he didn't have. He gripped his compass tightly. "If it's a fight you want, I'll give it to you!" He said, loudly at the other, ready if need be. Though even if they did fight and there was a clear winner and a clear loser, the question would be how to get time going again if at all. Did it stop so abruptly because they were meant to fight? Was it somehow the Negavere's doing? Too many questions were going to be left unanswered, but a fight occurring was an inevitability.

Dzhalindite laughed brightly "Oh aren't you a confident one?" She smirked at him and then said "Well then come at me little order baby." She mocked him. She was ready to kick his a** and dodge all of his attacks. She figured this would be good practice taking on order and bringing a little bit of chaos to Christmas!! She stood waiting for him to come at her rather than going to him, she didn't want to waste any energy.

He couldn't help but raise an eyebrow at what she said. She was clearly baiting him. And she would have easily been able to take him out with what he perceived as more training that he had. But he had something up his sleeve, or rather something hanging off of his hand. It was just when to use it. He walked closer to her. "I'd rather not fight if I have to". He swung his compass to and fro, keeping a tight hold on it. "But I will certainly stop you if you attempt to start one." He said, before pushing a bit of magic into his compass, the face of it starting to appear on the ground. "Your choice. But considering the situation we are in, I wouldn't try it."Quote: An item modeled after an Alethiometer but with different symbols representing time periods and only 3 needles. Still attached to a chain and a bit bigger than the pocketwatch. Has a lid that he can open and close like on the pocketwatch. It is circular. Magic -- When he opens the weapon and concentrates, the face of his weapon appears on the ground with a Pluto symbol in the middle that spans 8 feet with him in the middle. Any enemies within the area (a half-sphere if you will) suddenly feel as though they are suddenly stuck in wet sand and can only slowly move. Lasts for 35 seconds or until he closes weapon, can be moved out of the area to stop feeling the effect. They can also jump, but they will move slowly until they are out of it, but afterwards can move away. Someone else can also hit him causing him to drop it/close it/etc.

Dzhalindite smirked and then said "Well then let's see what you got if you think to can beat me with your little pocket watch on a chain." She figured it would hurt if she got hit but she wasn't all that worried about it, if she was able to grab the chain she could try to pull him off balance and hit him after he was off balance. Also if she rushed in fast enough she was pretty sure she would be able to hit him. So she decided to try rushing in without any more conversation she attempt a attack on the knight. Her weapon was useless at this point since it was merely a little Christmas tree.

She talked some more and then rushed straight at him. Well, he appreciated that much more than being taunted the whole time about if they would be fighting. Still, she had some time and his shoulder was still hit by her as he managed to get out of the way, for a second his concentration slipped, but then he poured more of his magic into the watch. It wasn't for attacking, it was for slowing down, and if he could just get her slowed down enough, then he might be able to do... something. He was still unsure about fighting, even though he had gained enough to become a Squire, so he was unsure of where to attack that would easily let him get the upper hand. If he could catch her that is. If he couldn't, well, then he just hoped that he could tire her out and he made it out when actual time started to move around them again.

Dzhalindite laughed as she moved around him and she moved to kick him in his side trying to avoid being hit by his weapon by grabbing the chain to control what he was doing. "You should be doing better than this, after all I am basically a traineee." She taunted him. She was enjoying this she liked watching him doubt his skills making it easier for her to get the upper hand while trying to beat his a**. It amused her greatly. She figured if he started to actually win she would just run away perhaps it wasn't noble or fair, but she really didn't care. She couldn't wait till she had enough power to teleport. That was a power she wanted a great deal. She would just have to wait till she gained the next level in order to gain the power she desired. "Well then what are you going to do white moon goodie two shoes?" She asked smirking at him as she moved back to think what she was going to do next. Perhaps knocking his feet out from under him.
