Aelius’s figure sagged as he determinedly remained sitting. He’d tried a few times to rid himself of the restraints again, but got no where with his attempts besides causing himself more pain. So gave up. Gods, all he wanted to do was stand straight. He had been stretching his leg and arms out in an attempt to ease the cramping happening but nothing was helping at this point.

As the door opened once again, another to come check on him and guard, all nerves went on edge. Golden eyes squinted as he tried to look to see who it was. If it was a familiar face or not.

It wasn’t until they stepped closer, more into the small area of light that he was able to tell they were more humanoid than the last Deep Space Senshi that visited him, but certainly not human. His breath caught.

Was this one going to be as bas as the last?

He eyed the senshi. The big eyes and finned ears were off-putting. Hell, those eyes could have been something out of a horror flick. They were certainly not things you wanted staring back at you in the dark.

A shiver ran down his spine that had nothing to do with the cold.
