What do you do when a patch of snow starts clumping together and taking shape right before your eyes? When it all comes together, it looks like a person, only there are no features, just a snowy white form. Maybe there wouldn’t have been an issue if you hadn’t seen it, but it’s too late. In frantic, panicked movements, it lunges at you with icy fists. It feels like being pelted with snowballs, but each hit lowers your core body temperature–rapidly. The creature is highly susceptible to heat and will melt if exposed to it; if you hit it, snow splatters everywhere. It may attempt to reform, but eventually it loses strength. You might not want to stick around to see if it just needs a little more time. If the creature manages to knock you unconscious, you may wake up covered in snow and with a bad cold. You may be more aware of strange, snowy figures that seem to be standing around in odd places; who knows where these things are hiding?
He didn't know what it was about the snow, but it had always made the world seem so peaceful, even when he was a kid and his life was anything but peaceful. Out of the corner of his eye, Polarite thought he saw movement. He turned to check but all he saw were mound of snow. Until one of those mounds began to grow. "What the ********?" He stared at the snow while it moved, seemingly coming together to form something vaguely human shaped??
"Saleeite!" he called in case she was close enough to hear him, "Salee!" He pulled out his phone and hit the button to autodial her, almost missing it when the thing lunged and swung at him. "s**t!" he cursed, jerking back just in time. But the thing didn't stop. It swung at him again and though he blocked this one with his arm, it felt like someone had thrown a snowball at him and a chill shot through his entire body. Polarite swung with his other arm and knocked some snow splattering away but it just reformed after a ********>

To be fair, Saleeite could not resist playing in the snow, or making a snow angel, something she was doing at the moment. Sure, it was freezing but totally worth it since once she carefully got up, there was the most perfect snow angel in the snow. Looking proud as ever, Salee was about to notify her boyfriend when she saw something funny coming together not too far from her. As soon as she saw the weird human shape, she took off. Ordinarily she would be fascinated and wanting to study it, but that didn't seem like it was a youma so naturally she had no interest in it then. She could hear Polar shouting for her as well as the vibration from her phone but she followed the sound of his voice, spotting him fighting the same thing that was chasing her right now.
Rather than hide, she thought for all of five seconds and ran towards the creature while it was busy, leaping into the air and diving down to smash her heels into its side. Now, she should've used probably one foot to so the smashing but she used two and promptly got one of her feet stuck in the damned things side. "S-s**t!" With the other one charging towards them, Saleeite tried to pull her foot out quickly but it wasnt quick enough since she too was now getting pelted with icy fists. Using what Polar taught her about fighting she was able to block majority of it but the cold was starting to seep deep into her bones it seemed. "O-Oh that's....S-So cold!"

He turned when he heard crunching footsteps running his way, catching a glimpse of Salee...and another abominable snowman behind her. s**t. He ducked a swing the snowman had aimed at his head and grabbed Salee around the middle, yanking her out of the snowman. "What the ******** are these things?" he asked, punching through the creature's stomach. It made a hole, but soon enough it was filling back in again. That chill had sunk into his bones, and he was beginning to feel like he would never get warm again. It only got worse each time Frosty landed a hit on him. "We need fire," he suggested. But it wasn't like they could just ask these assholes to stop fighting so they could make a fire, and neither one of them smoked so they didn't even have a lighter. Unless Salee was hiding something from him, which he doubted. "Any ideas?" He kept aiming punches and kicks toward the creatures any time they got near, knocking snow off each time but still they regenerated. Wait...was their regeneration slowing down?

Oh thank god Polar was a brick s**t house.
There was the urge to shout 'wheee' once Polar pulled her out of the snowman but Salee was going to be a mature adult and not do that. "I have absolutely no ******** clue big guy...They remind me of a videogame called Silent Hill, but snowman edition." She blocked some more fists and promptly responded with more of her own. The chill was starting to cause her teeth to chatter and it was getting harder to block and dodge at the same time, which is how the snowman managed to get her side. As far as fire, she didn't know where the hell they would get that from.
She did notice that the regeneration was becoming less and less, which meant that they could just keep going and maybe they would stop and become snow again? "Maybe if we keep going they might just melt or something?" She shivered and tried for a upper kick on the one that followed her, knocking off its arm only for it to very slowly regenerate back. "Unless you're going to pull some sort of Cirque du Soleil s**t, I don't think we will have the access to fire~"

Who knew how long it would take to fight these bastards long enough for them to stop regenerating. He remembered see commercials or something for Silent Hill, but video games weren't his thing really. "Isn't that the one with Pyramid face or whatever?" he asked, one leg shooting out to destroy one of the snowman's legs. The big b*****d fell over, but his leg still began to regenerate. It was beginning to slow down, but the ice in his bones was causing him to begin slowing down as well. Her Cirque du Soleil comment made him snort and roll his eyes. "I'm good, but I'm not that good, beautiful," he said and attacked the snowman Salee was fighting while the other struggled to get up with a missing leg. He spied a big rock not too far away and had an idea. "Maybe..." Leaving Salee to fend for herself for a moment he went and grabbed the rock, dropping it on the head of the one-legged snowman.

"Pyramid head yes. Our new lord and daddy savior~" Clearly she was kidding, and call her weird, but Pyramid head was indeed one of her first monster crushes.
Yes she realizes what that says about her but she couldn't care less.
She heard more than saw the big rock Polar dropped onto the one legged snowman, realizing it in fact, did not get back up. "Wholly s**t!" Now, she wasnt about to pick up that rock but... "Polar? Do you..." She blocked a hit, shivering, "Want to do the same for my little buddy here?" Salee moved to the side to give him room so he could hopefully dust her snowman and they could get the ******** outta here.

He had not expected that to work. But thankfully, it did. Part of him relaxed at that, and he lifted his gaze to Saleeite. "Lord and daddy savior?" he asked her with an arched eyebrow. He had, of course, known that his girlfriend was not normal in the least but he was still discovering small things that threw him for a loop sometimes. Anyway... Suppressing a shiver from the cold that enveloped him, Polarite hefted the large rock up once more and came over to Saleeite's opponent. Taking aim as best he could, he threw the rock and hit the snowman square in the face. It stood there, headless, for a moment before falling over backward. <******** you, Frosty. I'm never making a ******** snowman again for the rest of my life," he said with a grumble.

"Don't question it, just accept it. No I'm not explaining till next Halloween." She watched with awe as Polar practically threw a bolder at the snowman watching it fall over backwards. Saleeite placed the back of her hand to her head dramatically, "Swoon! My hero! Saving me from the big bad snowman! However shall I repay you!?" She grinned and made her way over, shivering but smiling. "Shall we go back to my place? or yours?" All she wanted was a nice warm cup of coca and an extremely hot shower whenever they got to either place.
She was sure if she wanted to build a snowman later, Polar would help her.
