Flopping onto Fawns bed, Marquette gave a very over exaggerated sigh and looked at the ceiling, frowning. Frowning far more than she wanted to be but. The conversation with Juniper had been…
Worrying.
“Hey, Fawn. Cutest, most beautiful girl in the whole world. I have a question for you, I’m not really sure what to do in this situation, but figured you might have insight. My friend Juniper, I’ve talked about him to you, he was. He asked me to talk with him, and was talking about his boyfriend, who’s a General but…”
She sighed again and inched herself backwards off of the bed so that her hair was brushing the floor as she looked at Fawn, her view upside down.
“He was saying that…Nelson–the guy’s name is Nelson, but that he was talking of leaving? And he was pretty sure that he was talking about the Negaverse as a whole, and I’m just. Not sure what to do in this situation.”
Even if she was a General herself…she hadn’t…well. She hadn’t brought anyone in, and hadn’t…had to deal with a situation like this yet. Traitors just…didn’t exist in her perfect little world…and the thought of them…
Was uncomfortable.
“I was kind of thinking of talking to your mom? Or having you talk to your mom?”
Bellite was a General too...but she was a more...aduliter General...

It was pretty obvious to Fawn that whatever was bothering Marquette was serious. And of course she always had time for her girlfriend's concerns, so she was all too happy to sit and listen.
"I mean, I'm not gonna pretend I know what to do, but the second cutest girl int he world is always happy to help the actual cutest." She winked, playfully, as if lightening the mood with some silly flirting might make things easier.
Not that it really seemed to, but whatever, she tried.
And anyway, this was a pretty serious problem, yeah. Treason in the ranks, potentially. By a General, no less.
"That's...pretty bad, yeah. I don't know if...." She huffed. "I can't believe anyone would want to leave. Like, why? The Negaverse is great." Sure, people did, but they were dumbass losers. And surely any friend of Marquette's couldn't be a dumbass loser. Maybe he was dating one, though.
"I bet Mom will know what to do. She's smart. she gets things. And also she might have an approach that's a step down from 'kill him,' because that's really all I've got and I'm guessing your friend's probably not into that as a solution."

Marquette looked up at Fawn and couldn’t help but snort. “Yeah, no…I don’t think Juniper would be at all happy about his boyfriend being killed…that…was that really your first thought?”
…Not that she could judge. “I mean, when he was saying that he was having issues with his boyfriend, I won’t lie that murder might have been my first thought too, but for a different reason entirely…but I do see your point.”
Using what strength she had with her midsection, Marquette pulled herself up and stretched. “I really don’t know. From what I understood? He’s kind of a sad sack? Like. Has issues. I did mention therapy but I don’t know if Juniper will push that. I would, if I had the chance. But, yeah. Your mom seems like the best person to tell.”
Twisting on the bed she looked at Fawn, a deep fondness in her eyes. “You know what? You’re ******** beautiful. Not to change the topic or anything, but it’s true.” Sure she had said it already, but she simply couldn't help herself.

Fawn shrugged, like she hadn't just suggested homicide as the first solution to a problem. "I mean...yeah? It would fix the problem. But not really in a satisfying way for everybody. Especially not your friend."
Maybe for her, though, if she got to do the murder.
Ah well.
She huffed. "The Negaverse would totally cover therapy, and I bet they've got, like, other ways of reminding people how important it is that they stay." Because they needed every single person, and again, seriously, why would someone want to leave?! "Also, maybe someone could tell him how lame the White Moon is? Like, nobody knows what they're doing, people slip throguh the cracks all the time, it's stupid and no one should want to be part of it." She waved a hand, dismissively.
"Aww, you're sweet." The compliment did make her puff up a little and twirl her hair around a finger, giggly-schoolgirl style. "And you know you're gorgeous too, right? Like we are so hot together."

Marquette cackled. She couldn't help herself and finally Marquette sighed. “Yeahhh, I don’t know. Maybe talk to your mom, or talk to him even, you’re a good judge of character and you’re like, a third party not involved in any way so like, his name is Gismondine? Maybe meet up with him and see what you think then talk to your mom?”
It made sense to her, and it would keep her in Juniper’s good graces so…if things turned bad, it wouldn’t be all on her shoulders. Which…could be good. Would be good.
“I know your mom can help…but, we are hot together and right now, I want to be hot together alone, if you’re picking up what I’m putting down.” Her eyes were bright and they locked with Fawns, eyebrows wagging. “If you have time.”
