Cooking – To say that Kaizen enjoyed cooking would be an understatement. He is so passionate about food he has dedicated his life to perfecting every recipe he can get his hands on.

Antique Collector - There’s nothing quite like antique kitchen utensils and decor. In honor of chefs before him he often seeks out these seasoned tools to restore and display in his own home.

Virtues:
Dedicated – A trait that was nurtured by his grandfather. He spoke highly of dedication, and the fact that if you worked hard and didn’t give up you could afford the luxuries of life.

Authentic – Due to the business that he worked in there was only ever room for pure authenticity. Nobody ever got far in the food industry by having their feelings coddled. You gain nothing from lies and he wouldn’t want to fill anyone with false hopes.

Traditional – Why fix something that isn’t broken? It’s very important to Kai to follow recipes to a T, and his lifestyle is very similar. He follows the traditions of his family, sets a routine throughout the day, attends all family functions at a timely manner.

Flaws:
Stubborn – Once a thought has formed it is nearly impossible to budge Kaizen’s stance. He puts a great deal of time and research into his work, personal relationships, snd hobbies, so for someone to try and change his outlook on any aspect is truly a challenging task. Overly Critical – Kaizen is critical of most things as far as performance is concerned. However, he is especially harsh when it comes to his own accomplishments and failures. His desire to continuously improve and grow is sometimes too overwhelming when his goals can’t be reached or he is met with a roadblock.

Workaholic – While he does find immense joy in cooking he sometimes takes that pleasure and pushes it into a rather manic mindset. Some nights he will cook into the early hours of the morning just to get a sauce just right or prep for a four course meal. He just doesn’t know when he’s worked himself too hard until he passes out on the counter.

Clothes: When not wearing his chef uniform he tends to be in professional attire. He often wears a black button-up shirt tucked into dark dress pants and clean cut dress shoes.
