Eternal Sailor Attack: On Vengeful Wings

Sailor Tempesti holds her hands in front of her chest as a large, menacing group of ethereal harpies appear overhead, forming a mass of dark clouds, powerful wind, and lightning among them. When she throws her hands outward,the harpies surge forth, releasing a violent storm with high winds and lightning strikes. It is difficult to maneuver within the storm and being struck by lightning can cause severe muscle pain, burning sensations, and weakness throughout the duration of the attack. (These effects stop if the person manages to get out of the storm before the duration ends)
