Kioshi really wasn’t sure about much after escaping that board game, aside from sending a text and letting Lorcan know where his car was, he’d let the other handle things. He could say he hurt, because his head did hurt as well as various other areas from bat bites, but he was also feeling sick and he was cold. It was the sort of cold you felt when you had a fever but he was certain he had no fever. He’d settle for saying he felt miserable, it was the only thing which encompassed everything he was feeling. He’d curled up in the car and wrapped his arms about himself so he could comfort himself, his eyes closed during the car ride, he wasn’t looking forward to the next however many hours this continued on for.
Mumbling something about the migraine perhaps being not real…and just magic that was lingering. If it was then it would lead into the real thing at some point, he was certain of it, but it could be real…but how it hit so suddenly, he wasn’t so sure. But he never did get much warning anyway.
While the motions of the car, and his eyes being closed, caused him vertigo and added to his upset stomach it was the slow breathing which helped him and started letting him drift off to sleep. Lorcan would keep him safe and he’d be in bed soon and resting, Lorcan would have ice packs and while his head hurt he would still get some sort of sleep. He just had to hold on till they got to Lorcan’s place, if he fell asleep in the meantime that would be best.

He’d handle the other’s car once they were asleep but he was glad that Omen would get fed and taken care of. Kioshi hadn’t looked good when he’d gotten then back to his car and he appreciated them trying not to heave in his car but at this point he would understand if they did.
Taking the drive slowly and as smoothly as he could, he made sure to get them to his home as quickly as he could while not getting their stomach riled up any more than it already was. At least he knew his lights were off at home so they wouldn’t get any more surprises or irritants to the migraine they had. Once he pulled into the garage and had the door closed behind them, he got out of the car and came around to their side.
“I can help you get upstairs, all the lights are off from when I left so I can make sure you don’t trip.” Nudging them as gently as he could because they’d dozed off during his drive, he wanted to get them upstairs so he could take a look at what had happened up close.

Rousing slowly, blinking tired eyes, he slowly unfolded himself and turning towards Lorcan he reached out and took hold of the other. Slowly sliding out of the car and into the others arms. “Please.” Whispered against the other's neck as he clung to him. “Bed, please.” Because everything hurt and sleep sounded good right now, a nice long sleep and cold ice packs to help. The fact the lights were out already sounded good to him, he didn’t think he could handle any bright lights right now.
He should really take a bath, he knew it, but he hurt too much to want to put in the energy. Something he’d normally do, even after a fight, was take a shower but right now…it was just off the table. He’d make up for it later with a soak, once he didn’t feel like hell had gone and warmed over. He wasn’t even sure if the bleeding had stopped, damn bats, at least he’d killed one of the bats which had gotten ahold of him. It certainly deserved it.

He could hear the hurt as they whispered and it wasn’t something he liked to hear. He could feel some of the gashes as he moved his grip to help them up the stairs slowly. As much as he wanted to take a look and see what the damage was, he knew they needed to lay down otherwise, things would just get worse. “I’ll help you out of that sweater, it’s a bit torn and you’ll feel better in a clean shirt.” He had a few of their clothes at his home now, tucked in a drawer on their own so the other had a small bit of space for their things like sleeping pants and shirts.
Pushing the door at the top of the stairs open, it was still dark except for the one little light plugged into the outlet in the hall. Leading them to his room, he helped them sit on the bed. “I can help you change if you feel up to it, I have some of your clothes here just let me know.” Keeping his voice quiet because he knew sound and light didn’t help them when they were bad off from a migraine, he would get ice packs and medicine for them after he got this first part settled.

Oh, the others bed felt welcome. Settled on it he nodded once and motioned for Lorcan to help him get his hoodie off, he’d figure out if it was worth keeping or not in the morning, and as he got the top off he let himself lay down and slowly tried to undo his pants and wiggle out of them. He did not want to move much…and his shoes were in the way - damn it. He wanted out of his clothing but he was so cold - too cold. Shivering he whimpered and turned to press his face into the soft bedding.
“Clothing would be nice - I’m cold…” As if shivering wasn’t enough of an indicator. But he wouldn’t mind some nice warm bed clothing right now, the warmer the better actually. “I’m not bleeding still, right?” Because as much as he hurt, and he wanted to sleep, he didn’t want to keep bleeding either. Making a mess and having things stuck to him, via blood, was not something he wished to deal with.

Lorcan was careful as he helped them out of their clothing, moving down to get their boots off as they struggled with their pants. “Don’t worry I’ve got it.” Setting their shoes aside and out of the way, he grabbed the lounge pants and instead of one of their shirt he grabbed one of the warmer ones of his to give them.
Running his hands over their skin carefully, he felt some of the cuts but they didn’t seem to be actively bleeding anymore. “No you’re not right now but I can take a better look after you get some rest.” He could feel them shivering even as he managed to get fresh clothes on them.
“I’ll get another comforter, I’m not sure what’s causing that but there’s a lot going on right now so I don’t want to have to turn on the light to look things over.” It was regrettable because he wanted to figure things out but the migraine was something he could work with first then look into other things as he went along.
Pausing for a moment, he got out of his clothes and set them in the hamper before pulling on another set of lounge pants and an undershirt. Looking towards the closest, he pulled down another comforter and got them covered up before laying next to them. He didn’t like any of this, that they had gotten hurt over and over with him stuck just out of reach and unable to help.
Gently wrapping an arm around them, he pulled them close and made sure they were bundled up. “You’re okay now at least, I’ll make sure of it.”

The shirt was nice, and welcome, it was a bit too large on him but the material was nice - better than his own. Curling up he rolled to lay on his side, an arm coming to rest under the pillow his head was resting on. The fact Lorcan wasn’t examining him and looking him over, right now, was a blessing and later he’d be surprised. The other was normally quick to do the doctor thing, which he could appreciate, this was better for him right now.
When the bed dipped, and Lorcan joined him, he turned and pressed himself to them, curling as close as he could to soak in the other's body heat - he was freezing. “Thank you..” A whisper as he tried to find sleep once more.
