Rosie tried to hide the giggle behind her hand as she watched the sales clerk absolutely jam out to whatever was on the stores radio. Stopping here hadn't been the plan, or part of it for that matter, but here she was.

"There's no need to apologize. I'd probably jam out too..." Probably, maybe. "But Hi." She greeted, with another giggle. "Rosaria... But Most people call me Rosie. And honestly? I... don't really know what I'm looking for. Something for me, but mostly looking for a friend I guess? I don't know what he likes."

Rosie smiled sheepishly, looking at the offered treat. "Aren't these suppose to cool off first? Or is this a legit attempt to bribe my silence of what I saw? In which cause, you have it regardless."

"No. I don't wait... But I also try not to burn my mouth with something scalding hot." Not that she often succeeded in that endeavor. "Oh trust me. I like chocolate... and melted things." Being burned though? Not so much.

Reaching over, Rosie took one of the treats herself. "You wouldn't happen to have rock candy would you?" She asked, popping the sample in her mouth. "...And what kinda candy do you get for someone... when you don't know what they like."

"Oh s**t. No I mean. Er. I wasn't asking if you made it. Just like... if you had it. s**t, my bad." Rosie said awkwardly, shuffling over to pick at the selection of rock candy available to her. "You don't hafta make anything special. This is fine enough to curb my hunger."

For now.

"I'm one hundred percent up for eating your time though. Assuming your boss won't get mad, and I won't get kicked out." Rosie wandered back to the counter, with a couple of each flavor. This probably looked a lil ridiculous to most but.. Heeey sometimes you had to have a stock pile.

"Honestly? I don't know. I think he's vegetarian so like... So... I think that means I don't hafta avoid animal biproducts.. But." She shrugged.

"Imagine if it was in New Jersey." Rosie offered.

"Uuuuh Blue? I think. And... Morning glories... or something super close to it." She shrugged. "He's like, my best friend, but I don't wanna pry. He tells me things, when and if he wants to. Ya know?" For someone who was suppose to her best friend, maybe she should make an effort to know him better.

Rosie waved a hand. "He matches my crazy. If that makes any sorta sense. He's the water to my fire." Probably a weird analogy but... it made sense to her.

"Ooooh maybe both? Both sounds goo. If he doesn't like it, I'll always eat it. I've been told I'm a bit of a garbage disposal when it comes to food. Bit of an iron stomach so to speak."

"Blue and flowers... Theyve got white hair but... I think white is just...air bubbles in candy... Isn't it?" Ah well.

Grabbing one of the rock sticks, she unrapped it. Strawberry~ Yum!

She began scrolling on her phone as she waited. Twitter, tiktok... Whatever caught her attention. Not like she could really talk to Evie. They had to focus at the moment, so she'd kill time and be quiet.

"Oh whoa!" She exclaimed when it was done. "That's so cool!" Rosaria had no idea it was possible to blend the candies together like that. Guess there was to candy making then she thought. "You did awesome Evie."
