Pasithee needed to patrol tonight but her main partner, Etamin.... was busy restoring his homeworld. Her next preferred partner was Leaena...but she was busy babysitting twin four-year-olds. Pasithee shuddered at the thought. Hmm who was next? Sekhmet? Down with some kind of Sekhmian sickness. She was unable to reach two others and Darius Ammun was with Etamin. That left Osiris. She'd been feeling shy around him, lately- blushing, and choking up, when she wanted to say something - but it was no good. Unless she wanted to patrol alone, she was going to have to patrol with Osiris. She dialed him up. "Hey, ah, um Osiris, hmm would you uh like to mmm patrol with me tonight?"

Osiris had just finished studying for his recent law class. His head was starting to spin as he lay on his dorm room bed looking at the ceiling. Osiris paused for a moment, surprised by the unexpected call. Though honestly the call had perfect timing. Since he needed a distraction from his graduate work. A warm smile spread across his face as he sat up and realized it was Pasithee. He was surprised by her call, but also curious. Since she normally doesn't call him up like this. As he listened to her speak he was excited about the opportunity. He quickly sat up in his bed knocking his notebooks full of study notes to the ground.
"Of course, Pasithee, I'd be happy to patrol with you tonight," he replied, trying to keep his voice steady. Osiris felt a rush of anticipation and a flutter of nervous excitement in his chest to get out and patrol again. He felt like it had been forever since he had left this campus for a patrol. He couldn't help but smile wider, thinking about patrolling with Pasithee. This would be a first but he knew she could definitely hold her own and that made her the perfect patrol partner logically. He quickly got ready to leave and he wondered if this patrol might give him a chance to get to know her better.

Pasithee found the rendezvous place easily. She was cool, but her palms sweated, and her heart raced, and when she was speaking to Osiris, she choked up a bit. and she froze a couple of times. What was wrong with her? She waited a few minutes and waved and smiled a greeting when he came up. "Hey..Osiris." Was she sick?"

Osiris arrived at the meeting place pretty quickly since it was close to his campus dorm room. Osiris spotted Pasithee almost immediately. As he walked closer, he noticed the slight tremble in her hands and the way she seemed to be fidgeting nervously.
"Hey, Pasithee. You okay?" he asked gently, then realizing maybe he had made her wait. He thought he had changed and got here pretty quickly. Maybe his speed was a little slower now with all the studying he had been doing. "Sorry, did I make you wait?" he asked.

chi honda Did I get the eyes right? biggrin Pasithee mentally shook herself and got control of herself. "I'm okay, Osiris, thank you for asking. And, no, you're fine. I had just gotten here myself." She forced herself to make eye contact with him with... his eyes... his brown eyes... his gorg-- SHUT UP, PASITHEE and get control of yourself. You obviously ha crush on him...beautiful - FOCUS! You can do it.Pasithee turned her gaze forward. "Ok, let's start. How do you..........." oooouuu you...STOP PLAYING PRONOUN, PASITHEE! She didn't realize that she was turning bright red. "want to start? Normally I take the rooftops and gaze from above." Now she felt conscientious about her Fuku for the first time. "Because... people think I'm wearing a costume... and it goes from there." Pasithee frowned at the memory of the last time she patrolled on street level as an Eternal. Some people yelled, "Hey moron, it's not Halloween!" A parent covered their child's eyes, commenting that her 'costume' was not appropriate for the eyes of children, and someone else called the police to report 'indecent exposure'. Not enjoyable.

Osiris was completely clueless to what was going on but he was happy Pasithee was okay at least. Not only that but he also had some good times on his arrival. He hadn't really thought about how his own fuku's look was as he looked at his own attire. "I totally understand people think I am cosplaying or walking out of a museum," and he knew they did after all he had puffy pants on. How many people wear those now?
Osiris chuckled softly, trying to ease the tension. "Rooftops, huh? Sounds like a good plan. Let's stick to what works for you," he said, offering her a reassuring smile. He could sense her unease and wanted to make sure she felt comfortable. "Would you like to start the patrol with me?" he said with a smile as he held out his hand.

2 hours later.... The patrol was over. Pasithee had finally gotten more comfortable with Osiris and realized something: She liked Osiris... well more than liked... As they began to part ways, she turned to him and spoke carefully.... "Sailor Osiris?"

Osiris had so much fun on that patrol just now. It was just what he needed to get his mind off all the school work and studying he had to do in the civilian world. Osiris turned to her, his eyes widening in surprise. He hadn't expected her to use his full title, especially after such a casual and fun patrol. That was definitely a shock to him. So he knew it must be something important she had to say. He just had no idea what it would be. "Yes, Pasithee?" he responded, his voice laced with curiosity and a hint of anticipation.
Osiris's mind raced with possibilities as he waited for Pasithee to speak. Was she about to share a new mission or express a concern about their patrols? Maybe she had some personal thoughts she wanted to convey. He tried to remain calm like normal, but the addressing by his full name had him a little nervous. He took a deep breath, preparing himself for whatever news she had to share. He waited patiently for her to speak.

Osiris' eyes widened at her words. Osiris felt his heart skip a beat. A mix of surprise and excitement flooding through him. He hadn't anticipated this confession, but he knew he needed to handle it with care. Since honestly until now he never knew what people meant when they said they liked something. He understood it, but it wasn't something he ever planned to do. After all the law always came first for him. That was until now with all of these confusing emotions flooding through him.
Taking a step closer, he smiled gently and said, "Pasithee, I feel the same way. I've been wanting to tell you for a while now but I just didn't understand it myself. Until now...your words..." Osiris felt a rush of relief and happiness wash over him. The weight of uncertainty lifted from his shoulders, replaced by a warm sense of connection and hope. He couldn't help but hope with a smile wider than ever. He hoped that this moment would mark the beginning of something special between them.

Osiris felt a shiver run down his spine at her touch, his heart pounding even harder. Her hand felt warm and reassuring, grounding him in the moment. He squeezed her hand gently in return, his eyes reflecting the depth of his newfound feelings. "I'm happy you spoke up," he said with a smile, "guess next step is to plan our first date." He was new to this whole thing. So he hoped he was doing this next step thing right. Since when it came to this sort of stuff he was so unsure. Unlike when he helped bring justice to the world.
With that thought, part of him knew he would have to also find a way to balance these newfound emotions with his unwavering commitment to the law. Since it was a challenge he never expected, but one he felt ready to face with Pasithee by his side. After all he was able to be a senshi and go to law school. how much harder could it be? after all it seemed like all the good things were just getting started.

His thoughts were a whirlwind of emotions, a blend of joy, nervousness, and disbelief. He wondered if this was what true happiness felt like, the kind he had read about but never truly experienced. In that moment, he realized that perhaps love and law could coexist in his life, and that Pasithee had opened a door to a new, beautiful chapter.
That was when he felt their lips touch for a brief moment, their first kiss. Osiris felt an overwhelming sense of euphoria, as if time itself had paused to mark this significant moment. The kiss had cemented his feelings, making them more tangible and real. As they pulled away, he couldn't help but smile, knowing that this was just the beginning of an incredible journey together.
It took him a moment after that to find his words. "...Hopefully that wasn't too bad," he said with a smile before admitting, "I will say I'm a little new at this. You even stole my first kiss." He hoped she didn't mind that fact, and part of him wasn't sure why he was being so honest. Maybe it was his mind was still whirling after that kiss.

Pasithee was glowing she was so happy; feeling the same way, till Etamin teleported back from his homeworld and appeared right in front of them. "Hey, you, two," His eyes were wide. "'Did I miss something? You know what - never mind... I have to pee."
