Experience Seeker - Misty starts feeling bogged down if things get too routine, and that means she'll try just about anything as long as it's new. Sometimes that just means trying a new restaurant or taking a different route home from work, but she's also more than up for the more extreme stuff. She'll try skydiving, urban exploration, chainsaw art, or goat yoga. Sometimes these experiences are one offs, while other times they inspire hobbies that last for a few weeks or months before Misty moves on to the next big thing.

Fitness - Misty's high energy as a child got her signed up for just about every sport that the city offered at one point or another, and it sparked a surprisingly long lived passion for physical activity. She actually managed to stick with volleyball throughout high school and college. Since graduating, leaving the team, and becoming a personal trainer, she's become more interested in personal fitness and health rather than focusing on the competition aspect. She enjoys trying new forms of exercise and taking other people's classes, and she can often be found in the gym even if she's not working.

Travel - Purification has thrown a bit of a wrench in Misty's travel plans and travel budget, including costing her her beloved motorcycle, but she's still doing what she can to get out of town as much as possible. She's substituted visiting nearby state parks and started a quest to find local waterfalls, rather than going off to Europe or California, but she still manages to find adventure where she can. In the meantime, she's filling up her social media feed with pictures of faraway places and shiny new motorcycles while planning for the next opportunity. She's also already started a few social media accounts just to document her local trips.

Virtues:

Confident - Misty is comfortable in her own skin. Other people's opinions don't do much to change that. Misty likes herself, and that's the important thing. This saves her from falling into the trap of trying to change herself to please other people, something that she's watched other people attempt and fail at many times. Her confidence extends to her skills, as well. Misty knows what she's good at, and she doesn't get hesitant or shy about what she can do. This makes her efficient while at work and fun while at play. She doesn't really struggle with any sort of performance anxiety. This usually doesn't spill into being overly confident. As someone who frequently tries new things, she knows that there's plenty of things that she's bad at. She'll freely admit that. However, she also doesn't think that being bad at something is any reason not to try it and have fun with it. She'd do plenty of bad art and karaoke, and if someone judges her for it, that won't have any impact on her self worth.

Present - Misty very much lives in the moment. She does not dwell in the past, for the most part. She does not worry about the future, or about things that she has no control over. Her whole world is what is going on in the present moment, right around her. If she runs off on some impulsive adventure, those fun moments are all that matter. If she's working on some task, that's all that matters. This trait especially comes out when she's around other people. When she's with someone else, they are very much the only thing that matters. In quiet moments, this makes her a good listener, but more often, it makes her a great person to have fun with. She's a supportive, engaged, and worry-free person to hit the gym, dance floor, or airport with.

Honest - Misty is a very open and honest person. She's not a liar. That always leads to more trouble than it's worth. She'll answer questions directly, not shying away from difficult subjects. If asked about something she needs to keep private, such as personal information about someone else, she'll say as much rather than trying to change the subject. As for her own life, she doesn't have many secrets, and there's certainly not much she's ashamed to talk about. She tends to be honest with her emotions, too. She's honest with herself about them and feels things strongly rather than bottling them up, and other people don't have to wonder if she's happy, or mad, or holding a grudge. It's usually obvious through her actions what she thinks about something.

Flaws:

Indulgent - Misty makes a lot of her decisions based on what makes her happiest or feels the best in the present moment. Sometimes this is fine. She exercises for the endorphins. She eats good food and likes to travel around. Other times, these impulsive and indulgent choices can lead to problems for her. She's struggled with substance abuse on and off throughout her life. She ended up in the Negaverse because someone gave her an offer she couldn't refuse and she didn't ask enough questions about it. Despite this, she's still not being as careful as she could be about being responsible in the future.


Blunt - Misty doesn't have much of a filter. She's impulsive enough that she doesn't stop to think before she says anything, and she'd generally rather be honest than try to spare people's feelings anyway. She's not intentionally cruel unless she gets angry, but she can certainly come across as tactless and rude. She's not great at general manners and etiquette either despite her education at Crystal's and her family's best efforts, as she finds them somewhat pointless, so people who value that will likely be put off by her more rough-and-tumble attitude.

Temperamental - Misty's emotions are as volatile as the rest of her. She learned early on in life that she doesn't like to be sad, so she tends to get angry instead. She gets annoyed over small things and reaches a point of blood-boiling anger faster than she likely should. She got in fights a lot as a child, but was redirected into sports by the time she got to high school. Now, she's more likely to start yelling and turning to more intentionally hurtful comments.


PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION


Eyes: Wide set and golden, a few shades darker than her hair.

Hair: Naturally medium blonde, her hair currently has an ombre to pink at the tips. She generally wears a ponytail that comes just past her shoulders, with a bit of hair left out on each side to frame her face.

Face: Her face has a bit of a pixie quality to it. She's got an upturned nose and and pointy chin. She also has a few piercings in each ear, and one in her septum.

Skin Tone: Pale, with a smattering of freckles, mostly on her nose and shoulders.

Body Type: She's 5'2, and quite toned and muscular.

Clothes: Lots of active wear and athleisure in cute patterns for most days, even for when she's not at the gym. She's got some durable clothes and leather jackets for biking. On the other side of the spectrum, she loves sparkly club dresses and has quite the collection of high heels.
