Sterrennacht stood over the mangled human corps her fingers dripping with the human's still warm blood. The trees of the forest provided a cover of shadows to the senshi's dark deeds. She retrieved the wallet of the man she had found foolishly walking alone that night. She marveled at how easily these humans died, but it served her purposes well. That was when she felt the aura of another of her kind nearby. The sound of a snapping branch alerted the ancient killer to the direction of the intruder.
Sterrennacht's head whipped around to see an unfortunately familiar face. She took in the alien man's face, a face she knew all too well. "Sailor Pyrrhus" She spoke her normally flat voice dripping with barely contained hostility. She did not bother trying to put on an act or come up with an explanation for the corpse laying in a pool of blood at her feet. She knew this ancient man before her, and he knew her there was no need for a performance of innocence. "It has been a long time." She said stepping on the dead humans head as she walked over to the Senshi of Nihility.
"How unfortunate that you must still be counted among the living." She said bluntly not masking the ice in her voice. "How fares your planet, O Senshi of Nihility?" She readied herself to strike with her magic, this was a perfect opportunity to eliminate a potential threat, someone who knew a little too much about her and someone whose magic could prove to be quiet the thorn in her side. "And pray tell what has brought you to this particular planet this night?"

Of all the people Pyrrhus could have run into, still alive and kicking after a thousand years--
Of course. Of course it'd be her, after Kemi, but at least Kemi had been relatively easy to talk to. But this old acquaintance came with a corpse (unfortunate, Ryla guessed, but not something he could do anything about. RIP that poor b*****d, or whatever the Earth saying was, shouldn't have tripped into a homicidal Senshi.)
"Sterrennacht," he said, and his voice dripped with the sort of contempt that few managed to earn from him. "I suppose I shouldn't be surprised you're still alive. There's these fascinating creatures on this world--cockroaches, I understand they're called? Filthy little insects. But reputedly very difficult to kill."
He didn't need to finish the comparison. She would get it.
"I suspect my planet fares as well as yours, and that I'm here for the same reason you and every other one of us lost, ancient souls made our way here."
He took a half-step back. Sterrennacht clearly had not changed, and he was not going to let her have the chance to get ahead of him.
"Nihility's Whisper."
Once, he could have cast without words, just reaching for the sensation of his magic. Not anymore. But this was still more than enough to give him the advantage, at least for the beginning--presuming his magic worked, but this time, it graced him by coming to hand quickly and easily.
As soon as he let loose his spell, as soon as the woods around them began to bleed color, he leapt forward, swinging his fist for her face.Quote: Sailor Scout Attack: Nihility’s Whisper! Pyrrhus speaks the name of his attack, and all color and sound bleeds out of a ten-foot area around him, creating a zone of nihility. Within the area, all active magic is paused, and new magic of first stage level cannot be cast. Second stage or higher magic may have the sensation of feeling harder or more draining to cast, leaving those who try with a sense that there is only nothingness where their magic should be. This has a moderate effect on second stage magic, a slight effect on third stage magic, and no effect on fourth stage magic. When the magic ends, any paused magic that had been cast will resume again. This effect lasts for 25 seconds, and Pyrrhus can cast this spell three times per battle.
