Senshi: Sailor Ogmios, Senshi of Rats

189011 Ogmios is a near-Earth asteroid discovered in 1997 by the CERGA Observatory in Caussols, France. It is named for the Celtic/Gaulish deity Ogmios, the patron of scholars and personification of eloquence and persuasion. He is often depicted as having long chains connected from his tongue to the ears of those who willingly and happily follow him.

Uniform:

Tiara -- a simple gold circlet, twisted like rope
Collar -- a large dark grey bandanna around his neck and over his shoulders, with a single pink stripe along the edges
Bodice -- a white pullover pirate shirt with the sleeves pushed up to his elbows
Chest Bow – a pink knotted scarf beneath the bandanna
Brooch -- a gold brooch shaped like a rat's skull pinned to center of knot of scarf
Buttbow -- a wide pink sash, knotted at the back, the long ends hanging down and twisted like a rope into a tail
Bottoms -- loose dark grey knee breeches that button closed with gold buttons just below knee
Shoes -- pink mid-calf boots with dark grey laces up the front
Accessories -- a pair of pink rat's ears on a headband; a pair of thin gold chains connected to the front edges of the bandanna and draping over his upper arms, one chain on each side; a pair of dark grey goggles with amber lenses and gold hardware around his neck

Sailor Scout Attack: Ogmios Rat Swarm
Ogmios says the attack name and sweeps his hand in front of him, and for thirty seconds an ethereal swarm of glowing pink rats run around him within a 10 foot radius, seeking out all enemies; they will "bite" an enemy target and though it causes a brief sensation of pain it does no lasting damage [unless player desires]. For the duration of this attack the targets' arms will go numb/limp at their sides and they'll be unable to access any magic, such as teleportation/summoning youma/senshi or knight magic. It cannot forcibly dismiss youma or banish magic that has already been cast but can prevent new magic from being used. This attack has three uses.

Super Sailor Scout Attack: Ogmios Rat Army
Ogmios says the attack name and sweeps his hand in front of him, and for thirty-five seconds an ethereal army of glowing pink rats run around him within a 15 foot radius, seeking out all enemies; they will "bite" an enemy target and though it causes a brief sensation of pain it does no lasting damage [unless player desires]. For the duration of this magic the targets' arms will go numb/limp at their sides and they'll be unable to access any magic, such as teleportation/summoning youma/senshi or knight magic. It cannot forcibly dismiss youma or banish magic that has already been cast but can prevent new magic from being used. This attack has two uses.

Eternal Sailor Attack: Ogmios Rat King
Ogmios says the attack name and summons a teeming mob of ethereal glowing pink rats with their tails tied together – a "rat king" – that charge and swarm over his target. The rat king dissipates in a glowing pink haze around the target, then coalesces into an ethereal gold chain connecting from their ear to Ogmios's tongue. This gives Ogmios psychic control over the target, allowing him to command them to do anything he tells them to (this excludes revealing their identity (or anyone else's), swapping sides, or doing anything that could kill them). The target can try to fight the commands with their willpower. This attack lasts for about forty five seconds, has one use, and affects a single enemy target within twenty feet.
