☼ Biography | Tallulah really didn't know about her heritage or even who her parents were early on in life. Her mother died bringing her into the world, something that Tallulah has yet to learn was caused by her, having sent a jolt of electricity through her mother, it was subtle but enough to stop her mother's heart. With her father not in the picture Tallulah was put into the foster system and was shortly after adopted by eager new parents. They lived in Sacramento, California. Tallulah had a rather stable home life, her parents letting her express herself however she felt that she needed to.
Tallulah was definitely drawn more to the arts, dancing and drawing specifically. Her grades growing up weren't great but they were passable to move on to the next grade. When she hit high school though, Tallulah would start skipping school to go run around the city with her friends and do what she deemed more important because she didn't see herself being a 'scientist' or 'Lawyer' but a dancer. It made her parents irate that she was ditching school, at least expecting her to finish high school. Tallulah fought them on this tooth and nail, having no interest in school, she eventually just dropped out in her junior year.
Her parents kicked her out, so she lived on the streets, where she got really good in a round of fisticuffs. Tallulah lived on the streets for three years, until her biological father made himself known. She'd gotten herself into a situation when she pickpocketed the wrong person, backed into a corner in an alleyway. The men that had her cornered were struck down by lightning, with only her father standing at the end of it. She of course ruffed the guys up first, she insists.
It took a lot of convincing on her father's part and she avoided him a fair bit, calling him crazy until her own powers started to surface. At first it was small sparks from her finger tips when she touched anything that was a conductor. With her father's insistence, she accepted what he had originally told her. Her father, Aniyvdaqualosgi helped point her in the right direction to get her life back on track. She got an apprenticeship at a local tattoo shop. It wasn't dancing but it was art at least. Outside of work her father put her through the ringer, teaching her to use a bow as those who worshipped them did years ago and also helped her to better use her powers.
It has been 4 years since she got herself off the streets, is an established tattoo artist in San Diego California. She does dancing as a hobby, hoping to maybe one day be a professional dancer but not holding out hope. Tallulah hasn't heard from her adoptive parents and she has no interest in getting in touch with them. She helps her dad, Aniyvdaqualosgi, out occasionally when he needs things given his godly duties. Tallulah doesn't particularly care about them but she owes him for at least helping her get her life back on track.

☼ Lightning Manipulation | Tallulah can create, shape, and manipulate lightning, a form of electricity within the upper atmosphere resulting from the movement of charged particles. At first it was just a lot of static and then when she would lose her temper the air around her would become charged and sometimes bolts of electricity would fire off. Controlling the exact trajectory of the lightning is a struggle for her but she can at the very least control its point of origin which usually is from herself or something electrical or metal already in the room.
☼ Enhanced Physical Condition | As a demigod, she is stronger, faster, and more durable. On average it's about three times as much.
☼ Thunder Manipulation | Tallulah can manipulate the shockwaves and rumbling crashing noises caused by lightning strikes due to the expansion of rapidly heated air during a storm, known as thunder. Given that she can create lightning she can to some extent control when the crack of thunder fills the air. She's still working on her ability to make the noise without the presence of lightning.
☼ Electrical Resistance | With her lineage Tallulah is able to survive large strikes of electricity that would normally kill a person. It leaves her feeling 'fried' and irritable but alive. Her cells get hypercharged and agitated, leaving her feeling fidgety and with a need to be on the move. Despite it making her agitated Tallulah gets a high off of the jolt of electricity and will seek it out.

☼ Personality | Tallulah is a passionate and determined person that knows what she wants and can hyper focus on it. She can be a bit bull headed as a result. With her ADHD Tallulah has a hard time sitting still. About the only thing that gets her to sit still for extended periods of time is her art whether it's tattooing or sketching. Tallulah can be blunt and won't mince her words if someone steps on a nerve. Tallulah is loyal to those that have earned her trust and she will fight for them.
☼ Personal Strengths | Tallulah's determination and loyalty are probably her strongest traits. She will fight tooth and nail for someone that she cares about and even if they're lying to someone else, she'll stand by them. Tallulah is skilled at interpreting descriptions and translating it into a drawing or art piece, which is helpful for her job as a tattoo artist. Tallulah never forgets a face, so if you tick her off you better keep your distance because she'll remember you.
☼ Personal Weaknesses | Tallulah is impulsive and tends to act before she thinks things through and it can get her into some trouble. Also, unless it's art Tallulah has trouble memorizing fine details and focusing. Tallulah also is incapable of turning her sass or snark off, which can be problematic when a situation calls for a more delicate touch. It's also why the owner of the tattoo shop she works at fields most of her potential customers.
