Strengite was just relaxing while pretending to work. Really she was people watching. Deciding if any of the officers she saw strolling down the halls or around doors were worth her time or attention. She really did need to start putting together her own little collection of minions. Granted, relying on Beni and her ‘teammates’ was much easier. But Strengite knew that if she was ever going to reach General she needed to show she had what it took to run a team. Hence the people watching.
She also had her file of plans in front of her. The file that General King Lepidolite had taken an interest in. He had actually seemed interested in several but this was one of the ones that could be run by a much smaller group. It still needed work but with luck she could get it into production soon. Luck and some assistance from the higher ups… both monetary and personnel wise.
That actually sparked two more ideas, which the Captain quickly pulled out a small little notebook to scribble out the two words; temp agency, loan shark/bank/cash checking. She knew that they had already done a bank thing but running a scheme where they were the money was likely a good pivot for work that was lost when the bank burned. “What is with them and fires anyway,” She muttered absently, tapping her pen on her book.

Valeria knew senshi weren't well liked by the youma, despite serving the same chaos which they were a part of, but that didn't deter her as she walked down the hall. She had been working on her confidence, something she normally had as a civilian, it had been something she had lacked in this part of her life. But that had been changing as of receently, and it showed.
Her hands in her lap as she walked, pink hair floating behind her, as the slight breeze from her walking catching her hair and keeping it from trailing the ground. So many officers were around, she could sense them all, but seeing as she saw no one she was certain they were all in their offices or elsewhere. This place was busy tonight, more so than usual, as she wandered down the hall. She'd already turned in the energy she'd collected, plus two star seeds, and now was just lingering for the sake of it. She knew there were open areas to sit and relax and was looking for one such place.

She was dutifully writing out ideas and notes, completely ignoring the people passing. Yes she needed to gather a following of her own but right now her mind was focused on the ghostly plans that were slowly solidifying in her brain. So much so that when Strengite stood up to hurry home, for further research, the Captain hadn’t realized that there was a Corrupt Senshi that was also walking down her particular part of the hall at the same time. Lucky Strengite wasn’t as unaware of her surroundings as she could have been, just barely. The Captain came to a sudden stop, her own skirt swirling around her, just before a collision could occur. She closed her notebook with an audible snap even as silver eyes took in the form of the senshi. “Pardon,” The pale haired woman said with a slight grin. It might not be the friendliest action but it also wasn’t hostile. She had been the one to nearly run the senshi over after all. Besides, no point in burning bridges just yet. The magical girl could be useful. Maybe.

Staring, with wide eyes, Valeria hadn't been expecting someone to suddenly run right into her view and nearly run into her. Jumping back she nearly stumbled, a heel landing on her own hair, she was quick to shift, lift her foot, and moved her hair out of the way. "It's fine, it's all good, you didn't actually hit me." She spoke quickly, waving a hand about, she didn't want to worry the other and she wasn't upset. Startled, yes, upset however - no. She wasn't upset...especially since nothing had acutally happened.
"You look like you're in a rush...is something wrong?" Wanting to make sure everything was alright with the Captain, as they did indeed seem to be in a rush, she was willing to help if she could...if something were wrong. She might not know many people and she wasn't the strongest, she knew this, but she wasn't incapable either.

Strengite reached out a steading hand when the corrupt seemed to stumble, “Careful. Are you ok?” She asked once the other female seemed solid on her feet. “I can bet dealing with all that hair would be quite a task,” Her absent minded comment was followed by a polite shrug. She was already contemplating just how useful this senshi could be. Was it worth cultivating a friendly environment? See if it's worth spinning up her own little group? Or was it just better to cut her losses and go back to chasing down the ideas that were always growing inside her mind? “Oh, no, not really. Just in a rush to get the thoughts out and in some semblance of order. You know how it is? So many questions and so little time.” Cordial was a better bet. It was much easier to turn cold or worse if Strengite decided later that knowing this little corruption wasn’t worth the time or energy it took. “What about you? I didn’t interrupt anything did I? You seemed to be hurrying somewhere as well.”

"Oh no, just heading back from handing in my quota. I don't like to longer too long, not when youma can come through here." Even if they didn't always it wasn't an impossible sight either. They did not like corrupt senshi, like herself, and she didn't like the idea of running into them. "The hair is difficult, it doesn't help in a fight at all, it's just as much a risk as whoevber is trying to fight me. The only good thing is my magic can keep them from attacking me for long enough I can get the hair under control and handle things." If need be, that was the big thing - if need be. She did not get into many fights, though things did change over time and she had been running into people more often as of late. But her magic did buy her time which she needed. She was thinking of carrying hair clip0s in subspace so she could clip her hair up as she wandered the city and worked. It would make things far easier.
"So what ideas are you working on...if you don't mind me asking?"

“That's right,” Strengite nodded as she remembered a little tidbit that she had overheard at some point. “They don’t like you do they? Shame really.” She needed to make a mental note of this, again. If any of her plans used youma in any way she would have to make sure there were precautions in place so any allies weren’t injured. Strengite didn’t care per say but it would look bad. Besides, if injuries occurred it would be harder to find others to work with her, and that would make it harder to be promoted. That was something she wanted to avoid if possible. “As for your hair… I guess having some hair ties would also be useful, at least in the short term.” She added absently, glad that she wasn’t one of the unfortunate few that had to deal with miles and miles of hair. Her own hair was a pain sometimes and that was just waist length. But that's neither here nor there. Right now all she had to worry about was figuring out a way to implement the General King’s suggestions… and maybe working on the other ideas when she got a chance. “I don’t suppose you know anything about temp agencies do you?” Strengite asked, even as she shifted possession so she was now next to the corrupt. “Come, walk with me. I’m sure they won’t bother you while I’m here.” She said with more assurance then she actually felt. “What about pay-day loans? Any knowledge on those?”

"No, they don't. It is a shame, I'd rather have it easier to move around down here. I don't like worrying about running into a youma alone." Since she was typically alone when she came down here, very rare did she have company down here. She didn't have a lot of friends amongst the Negaverse, not that many knew of her in order to even befriend her really. "We can cut it, before a mission, but it'll just be back to normal the next time we power up - it doesn't learn." She had considered cutting it each time she powere dup, even if that might take a good amount of time, it would also keep it out of her way and she would stand out less as well.
She'd buy a good pair of hair scissors tomorrow and put them into pocket space for safe keeps, and to put to use, she'd need to learn how to keep them sharp - she had a lot of hair to cut.
"No, no knowledge of either but I can help." Nodding her head she followed at the captains side. "I'm a pharmacist...but I'm not opposed to learning about something else in order to help. I can do some research." Eager, perhaps a bit too eager, to help the other...to have a connection to someone and a friend perhaps. Her heels clicke don the floor as she kept pace with the other, offering up her help and anythign else she could offer.

“A pharmacist eh?” Strengite smiled and looped her arm around the corrupt’s. “Do tell me more.” With that they continued to walk and talk, the captain’s ideas forming as they went. FIN
