The friendly Barista Lansa Sona hands you a white box with Ugoku Gaming's logo in the bottom right corner. You are able to slide the box open to reveal a Watch like device with a small screen on it. As you place the watch on your wrist a voice can be heard coming from a small speaker in the bracelet. "Hello, registering your information now. Please stand by while we check your Biometrics." A light emits from the face of the device and moves across your face before emitting three quick chirps and going dark again.
After a moment a glowing Ugoku Inc. logo pulsed across the screen and a blue loading bar slowly filled up. Lansa took the now empty box from you, "This is a Vital Bracelet, it is used for all sorts of things around the Dive-Cafe from ordering something to eat or drink, to holding your game information for Digimon Re:Horizons to even allowing you to use our video screens that you can see all over the walls to communicate with Ugoku Gaming's Digital DIve-Cafes all over the world and any of our franchise locations!!" Lansa beamed a smile as she said that last part. "Once the your Vitals have been registered you will be ready to take part of any of our services. Feel free to have a seat at any of our tables, booths or even at the main Coffee Bar area, any of those areas are a great place to have some refreshments or to video chat with someone in another Cafe that you would like to meet up with!" She gestured to all those places around the cafe without ever breaking that smile.
"Additionally when you are ready to take the Dive in to Re:Horizons you'll just move right through those doors towards the back to the immersive chamber room when you can enter a Full-Dive pod and begin your adventure in the Digital World."She looked back at your wrist, "Looks like you Data is almost registered, enjoy your time here and let me know if there is any way I can be of assistance!"

- State which City/State/Country you are in somewhere in your post formatting, it can be literally anywhere on Earth. - This is where you can build parties to go RP together - To speak to someone in a different country start up a video monitor chat, you can chat with multiple cafes at a time. - You Digimon can speak to you on your Vital Bracelet even when you are not in the game. - Occasionally news events might take over all the TV monitors in the cafe, watch out for these events - The Cafe is only open during the Day thus the game can only be played while it's day time in the real world, but luckily game time and real world time are not the same. (This may or may not come into play but it is possible everyone will need to be kicked out of the Digital world for the Cafe closing sometimes) - Ugoku Inc is the parent company of Ugoku Gaming that owns the cafe. Ugoku Inc is basically like Aamzon or something so your character would probably know of them.

A man with silver hair and a beard stood outside of the cafe with his hand on the door. Internally a struggle had been raging since he took the exit from I-45 on his way over to this newly opened location. His name was Lief Pyrex, a 35 year old Technical Analyst at Space City Solutions and he like everyone else was curious about the new deep dive simulation that Ugoku Gaming had developed, Digimon, Re:Horizons. Normally Lief would spend his free time play games in the living room at his one bedroom apartment and generally was not one to public show his interest in such things. That was why he was debating with himself, he would have to give himself permission to be himself beyond those walls. No more hiding just behind a digital screen and losing himself in his favorite world week after week. Since Re:Horizons was housed in a Cafe, a completely normal cafe created by one of the largest and most popular companies in the world, he would have to suffer through interacting with the general public to enter the pods.
"Come on, you can do this, you've come this far already and if you leave it's going to take another hour to get home.... at least get a bite to eat." he whispered to himself under his breath. The grip he had on the door handle tightened up, the man gave a short shout to hype himself up and the pulled the door towards himself. Out of anxiety he closed his eyes as he stepped inside and like a kid ripping a band-aid off he announced his presence "Hi I'm Lief and I'm here to Ahhh..." Lief quickly realized how foolish it had been to shut his eyes while entering a room, his foot had caught the door frame and quite as quickly as he entered the rooms his face was acquainted with the ground. Although it was very nice blue and white tiled floor he wasn't sure that this was making quite the first impression he was hoping for.
The now very embarrassed man slowly got up to one knee and then pushed himself up back to his feet before adjusting his glasses back onto his nose and rubbing the impacted spot on his forehead. One of the nearby staff members hurried over to make sure he was ok, "Oh I'm fine, really." He said while scratching the back of his head, "It happens all the time... well not all the time... I normally don't walk around with my eyes shut haha." As he finished laughing at himself her concerned look changed over to a relieved awkward laugh. Lief realized he should really change the subject before the sweet barista decided he was a weirdo, although that ship might have already sailed.
As he was looking for something else to say to redeem himself, the waitress had picked up an object she had dropped to rush to his aid. As she walk back over towards him he could see the all to familiar Ugoku Inc. and Ugoku Gaming Company logos embossed in the corner. He could feel his default response of an eye roll coming in his gut be he steadied himself to save anyone any further embarrassment. In all seriousness it was a very nice box and what was within was the piece of technology he couldn't wait to get his hands on. If this was Willy Wonka's Everlasting Gumdrop then Lief was as excited as a kid paid to steal it.... Not that he was there to steal it, he just really wanted one!
She slid the box open to reveal the key to the deep dive simulation technology, a Vital Bracelet. It didn't look terribly impressive, nothing more than a smart watch type devices with a rectangular screen attached but based on what Lief had read in the forums its abilities would far exceed any smart device on the market currently. As the barista presented it to him he removed it from the box and reverently slid it over his wrist and looked it into place. A generic start up message played and the device made some noises while activating what Lief could only figure was a face recognition technology.
While he was waiting on the Vital Bracelet to set itself up he listened closly to the other information about the operation of the cafe including the wall of video calling device, "Oh great" he thought, "I'm sure no body saw that fall..." The bearded man decided to take a deep breath an let that moment go figuring he should grab a bite to eat and maybe see if there was anyone else around planning on diving in today.
Lief found the seat on the far end of the cafe bar, ordered a sweet tea with a lemon in it off of the vital Bracelet and began looking through the video chat directory to see who was live on the chats. He could see a few people here and there on the walls, but if you found them on the bracelet you could communicate more directly with them. He selected the "Searching for Party" Button for the first time on the new device sat back with his now delivered sweet tea and waited for a response from one of the other Tamers looking to take that step into worlds unknown.

The red sun sets low, Its cool rays blanket the world, Beckoning the night.
"Mom's going to kill me," a young girl commented as she shuffled through the twilight Sendai streets. The high school senior, in her last year, was Monami Tanaka. A girl her age should be focused completely on University. Her peers attended cram school and worked part-time jobs. But, Monami was infatuated with a game. She was recently selected and partook in a beta test for a full dive game called Re: Horizons. Today was the game's official launch. There wasn't a chance in hell she was going to miss it. This evening, instead of cram school, she was going to the only Ugoku Gaming Cafe in Sendai. As she turned onto the street that housed the cafe she reached up and pulled her hood over her head. Better safe than sorry.

Walking up the building, Monami was greeted with electronic displays and advertisements. She had seen this sight before so it didn't dazzle her. She had been sneaking over a lot recently to partake in the beta. Monami stopped before the automatic door and allowed it to whirl open. The cafe was busy for opening day. There were a lot more people than during the beta test. She was quickly approached by one of the cafe hostesses. The hostess bowed and commented, "Good day, ah Tanaka-san, nice to see you again. I know you're already set up with a Vital Bracelet so please proceed inside." Monami gave a respectful bow in return. "Hello Sato-san, I hope the opening day is going well for you. Yes, I brought it," the youth returned.
The smell of coffee, Ground to the customers' taste, Roasted fresh all day.
After a few pleasantries back and forth, Monami bowed to the hostess and continued into the building. She had already gone through a full school day and needed a boost to get her through the opening ceremonies. Luckily, the coffee at Ugoku was above average. Monami approached the counter and sat on one of the bar stools. Adjusting her left wrist, she engaged the interface on her Vital Bracelet and selected Espresso from the shop menu. The beverage was quickly delivered. Monami partook in the beverage. It was warm and she let out a calm sigh. Whatever nervousness she had from skipping cram school drowned away.

'Ding Datta Ding' Bells jingled as the Sliding Doors opened to the Ugoku Net Cafe, the Hostess turned their head as someone stepped inside looking like they were either 'Out of place' or just incredibly nervous about entering. The Host at the front Desk was about to give out a greeting, when a loud 'Beep. BEEP. BEEP' Began to come from the persons direction. The Person in question jumped when the beeping started, and he lifted up his wrist and hit a button on the side of the device they had been wearing. The Host decided to quietly watch once they realized that they were wearing a Vital Bracelet.---
-- Upon entering the Cafe, he pushed a hand through his long brown hair and let out a sigh. He was nervous, and couldn't help but think to himself, ' Am I moving too fast? I know this place stuck out and is where I needed to go, but...Maybe I should go back outside and catch my breath a bit... Its been a while but...' His green eyes turned to the Host who was behind the Desk, he gulped and was about to speak to him, knowing that usually they'd have already greeted him but as he was about to do so, the Vital Bracelet on his bandaged left wrist began to aggressively beep at him causing him to jump a bit. He lifted it up to his face, and moved out of the way of the entrance while gazing at the Cracked Screen before him.
On it was a Sillouette, and after hitting one of the buttons on the side he started to hear through the wireless headphone that was in his right ear," Heyyy!!!! Oh one second..Lemme just... Sorry! I know I hit the alarm...Uhhh.. There! its off, now! Since you're actually on site, I can finally give you the full information and my whole speech! Ahem...Wait! Where you going!?"
Letting out a sigh, he had put his hand overtop of the Vital Bracelets screen. He knew it wouldn't stop the person on the otherside from speaking, but he felt like doing it might get them to quiet down for a second. He looked over at the Host, and slightly bowed his head a bit, and spoke quickly," Sorry! I'll be fine by myself..Didn't wanna make you feel like I was ignoring you on purpose." The Host gave him a polite nod in response, before turning back his attention to the computer causing a sign of relief to escape the males lips. His emerald green eyes turned back to the Cracked screen on his wrist, and the silhouette was now visibility shaking but had in fact remained quiet. "I apologize, I didn't want to seem rude to the person at the Counter for effectively entering their place of work and then immediately taking a phone call...Sorry for being rude to you in response..." He sounded a bit nervous and like he was having a hard time actively wording what he wanted to say, but in response the voice let out a grunt before responding to him.
"You're lucky you... Ugh. Okay...Where was I...oh! Welcome to the Ugoku Gaming net Cafe! I am going to be serving as your personal guide to help you adjust and figure things out after the...Beta test? Yeah, thats the thing. After the Beta Test, you can call me your Digi-Elf! I had a name, but just use that for now! The Device I'm using to talk to you is called a Vital Bracelet, and before you ask the only one who can currently hear me is you! Thanks to the...Bluetooth Connection to those headphones you have on currently. Oh, right I skipped that... The Vital Bracelet has many functions! Its able to be used for all kinds of things in the Cafe, from ordering food and drink, to effectively working like a Memory Card for your information on 'Digimon Re:Horizons' allowing you to have this Ar Display! Not sure how that actually works, but it feels more like something you could probably already do...Uhhh..Oh, it also connects to you know what!~ Oh don't look so surprised, of course I know you still have it." The voice when it finally finished talking seemed to be enjoying the reactions it was getting from the male, it then added like it just remembered," Oh! Once you're adjusted and everything, you can go right through those doors with the 'Full-Dive' Chamber to return to the Digital World! Don't forget that Parish! Just call and I'll answer on your Bracelet! Theres a few other things you can do here, like...call other people and find a 'party' but knowing you...Well, youll figure it out!" The Screen turned off for a moment, and then the usual Menus and notifications began to pop up.
'Welcome ParishTheThought' He sighed in relief, looking up at the ceiling while letting his hand hover over the Bracelet mindless tapping it.

The Cafes seem to be filling up fast as new and old tamer alike arrived for the launch day of Digimon Re:Horizons and the deep dive technology contained within these walls. . Excited chatted filled the air and Tamers were communicating with each other across the world through the convenient video chat screens. The aroma of coffee, teas and even some of the local cuisine filled the air as the wait staff hurriedly fulfilled orders and refilled beverages. Without warning a red banner spanned across all screens interrupting those who had been chatting.

The pulsing banner faded away and was replace by the image of a pink haired woman in a white lab coat. She adjusted her goggles seemingly not noticing that feed was now live. Someone must have motioned to get her attention as she seemed to react, "Oh..OH are we Live!! Oh haha, well that's awkwa....never mind, Anyways, Hello there Tamers, greetings to where ever you are joining us from and welcome to official launch of Digimon Re:Horizons!!" As she took a beat to let that sink in and collect her thoughts you could hear a quiet cheer coming from behind her coming from something just out of view. "We are just as excited as you are to be finally launching the full experience tot the whole world and we just want to say thank you to our Beta testers. None of this would have been possible without you!!"
"Secondly you might have notice but we are coming to you live in the Digital World, in the heart of Cache City in the newly opened Digi-Coliseum!!" She paused again as a glimpse of cardboard moved across the bottom of the screen. She snapped her fingers in mid air before starting again, "I just realized I didn't introduce myself, sorry I was bit thrown off...doesn't matter. For those of you who don't know me I am The Director of Gaming Development for the Ugoku Gaming Company, Dr. Ava Somara. Hi there and I can't wait to meet you all in person... or at least in Digital Person haha." She couldn't help but laugh at her own joke. Regaining her composure she continued, "Anyways, the reason you are all here. If you have not already used the Full-Dive Pods feel free to access them and join us in Re:Horizons."
"Even better than that in a very short amount of time we will be holding the Grand Opening Ceremony right here in this Coliseum and we want all of you to join us for the party!" A pair of box like arms flew up into the air, almost knocking Dr. Ava over. She adjusted he goggles again before starting back up again, "As you and your partner Digimon make your way to the Coliseum you will probably notice some booths and game along the way. Make sure you participate in all the activities as they are usually fabulous prizes for anyone who managed to win!! Keep an eye out for those!"
"Be sure to take in all the sights in Cache City. It's an amazing city filled with all sorts of knocks and crannies for you to explore, especially places like the Digi-Farms in the South of the city and the Digi-Labs not too far away from there." Ava spread her arms in a wide gesture, "No matter what you decide to do the world is open for you to explore... well some of it.... and we are ready to see your smiling faces!! It's time to Dive in!!!"

As the red banner faded away again the screens resumed their normal activity and patrons we able to continue their conversations and enjoying their refreshments. The door to the Dive-Pods near the back of the establishment were open and waiting for Tamers to take their first step on a new adventure.
The auburn haired girl blinked quickly, the jerking of the bus bringing herself back to reality. She stared out the window for only a moment to realize she had already made it to her stop. She jetted out of her seat and left the bus, careful to hold onto her hat, lest it fly away in her rush.
A hop onto the pavement put her before her designation- Ugoku Cafe. She stood on her tiptoes as if building herself up to take the step in, she had waited for the day to play again. Thinking back to the beta test, she never would have thought that something like RE:Horizons would even interest her. The push from her therapist to do something outside her comfort zone turned out to be much more than she could’ve expected. Anytime she could leave school or get off of work early, she was here partaking in the beta, was gaming always this fun? She had no idea, the immersion of Horizons had her completely captivated and the official release couldn’t come soon enough. The cafe before her did appear busier than usual, but it was “the day” so more people should be expected.
She took in a deep exhale,“Okay lass, jist one more step…” she mumbled to herself.
A few hesitant steps activated the automated doors and she was soon greeted by whom she knew as the hostess. The woman was quick to greet as she had already proceeded to bow her head and kindly greeted, “Welcome to Ugoku Cafe- oh hello Miss Healy! Here for the release I assume?”
Camden nodded and tittered on trying to speak to this woman, “Ah um…yes…yes scon are 'owaya aye 'i….” She could feel herself screaming internally, how many greetings was that? The hostess seemed unfazed by her multiple hellos and gestured to her wrist, "Well Miss Healy, since you've taken part in the beta, your Vital Bracelet is already configured to you as well as our systems, so please head up to the Full Dive pods at your leisure, or stop at the bar and have a look at our opening day menu."
“Aye, thank ya Miss!” she thanked the hostess and made her way to the counter. From where she was sitting, she could see the entrance to the Dive Pods the hostess had spoken about, admittedly the idea of 'diving' into a game seemed strange to her, but every time she thought of being scared of the experience, a certain green patterned friend appeared in her thoughts. She shook her head to herself and smiled to herself.
While sitting at the counter, she began to fiddle with the bracelet, learning that she could order from the menu directly from it. However, while she was trying to click on a peach cream smoothie, an announcement popped up via hologram. She was visibly surprised by thesudden screens and almost fell out of the high chair. She caught herself by the edge of the counter and took a few quick breaths. As she watched the announcement come to an end she realized she had swiveled around the menus of her bracelet and was currently connecting the chat feature. A new window appeared and showed:

<<<--->>> Lief Pyrex:: Spring, Texas, USA Vital Bracelet The Vital Bracelet was still searching for other tamers, a small digital device was rotating in the middle of the screen. It was taking longer than Lief had figured it would for such a busy day, but maybe people were still working on getting their bracelets set up. As he looked around the cafe he could see people from all over the world lining the cafe walls chatting with each other and the patrons of Lief's establishment.
As the anticipation was building for Lief's own first conversation and he was enjoying the delicious sweet tea the screen suddenly change. A red banner began scrolling across telling him to stand by for an announcement. Then on all the screens in the cafe the alert began to fade and woman with pink hair appeared on all the screen. She didn't seem to realize the broadcast had started. Lief chuckled when she finally realized. It seemed she was the Director of the game and she was welcoming everyone to the game.
The most important thing she talked about was that the Dive-Pods were open and the opening ceremonies would be starting soon. Lief did not want to miss those! He also really couldn't wait to get down to the game and see what it's all about. He hadn't paid too much attention to the notes from Beta testers and wasn't even really sure what Digimon was but he couldn't wait to see this technology. New developments in tech was one of his favorite things to learn about as he always found it fascinating what the human brain was capable of coming up with.
As suddenly as she had appeared Dr. Ava was gone again and his Vital Bracelet resumed normal function. Although the image that had been spinning was now glowing. Lief tapped the icon and the band chirped at him again. "Welcome Lief_7, you are now connected to the Global Chat room, one other Tamer waiting to talk...would you like to accept?" Someone wanted to speak with Lief?? That's surprising, how did anyone know how to find him? The technical analyst shrugged and clicked accept.
The screen closest to his seat lit up with the image of a young red haired girl who seemed to be in a different cafe. Lief was almost sure he didn't know her, maybe she got the wrong username?? Or maybe these chat rooms were just random, either way he figure it would be rude not to say hi. "Hey there....Uh I'm Lief! This is my first time checking out one of Ugoku Gaming's games. How are you? Oh and also what's your name? Also are you heading to the DIve-Pods soon??" Lief realized he was asking too many questions and suddenly shut up to let her talk.

Jeongmin stopped at the front door of the Ugoku Cafe Akihabara location for longer than she thought she did, gripping tightly at door handle for what would be an uncomfortable amount of time before finally deciding to go in. Luckily nobody else wanted to come in during her deliberating. She'd been debating on whether she should go to the official opening or wait a few days to see if the crowd would die down, but her interest in the game got the better of her and before she knew it she was here.
As her teal eyes scanned the room for a spot to sit, her shoulders slowy began to slump. 'Ah I wanna go home...' Much to her dismay, the crowd today was far larger than the beta testing day. Why couldn't Ugoku Inc. make the digital world accessible in the comfort of her own home!? Then again she didn't want to think about what the price tag would be... Not to mention the amount of space it would probably take in her apartment. "Welcome to Ugoku Gaming's Digital Dive-Cafe! Is it your first time visiting us?" The green haired girl flinched at the unexpected greeting jolting her back to reality. The friendly voice came from the cafe's barista who seemed to be right in front of her. How? Apparently during her saddened stupor she had been walking straight for the counter. Not wanting to verbalize what that she was a beta tester, Jeongmin simply flashed her teal colored vital bracelet that she was sporting on her left wrist while tugging at her hood with her right hand to her face more than it already was. She also avoided eye contact hoping that the lady would take a hint that she didn't want any small talk. Recognizing the color of the bracelet, the kind barista promptly responded with a bow. "Oh Miss Sakurai! Welcome back! Please enjoy your stay!" Min was honestly impressed that a stranger acutally remembered her: it wasn't like she was the only beta tester. It also didn't help that the hooded girl purposefully hid her face. If anything Jeongmin felt sorry for making the barista's job more troublesome than necessary... With a small bow of acknowledgement, the young tamer went to find a place to sit.
As soon she plopped herself in the most secluded part of the cafe she could find, screens all across the cafe pulsated red, Soon after a pink haired woman appeared on all screens announcing a grand opening ceremony of sorts was going to take place. 'Well that's one way to leave an impression...' She found it interesting how an organization that made billions of dollars could be so disorganized. Then again, it could be so the company's intention to make themselves more approchable. Either way, she didn't really care as long as the pods worked.
Finding no want nor need to socialize at the cafe, she thought it'd be best to leave for the very thing she came for. 'Digital World here I come!' Hopefully this wouldn't bite her in the butt later.

Despite being in the so called Middle of Nowhere, Parish ended up being glad he had moved to the side a bit while the cafe seemed to get a bit crowded. He thought for sure that someone had stopped nearby him, and gave him a double take like they recognized him but then continued on towards the Dive Pods, he was relieved that no one spoke to him since none of the people here seemed familiar to him. Then his Bracelet started to beep again, and these banners started to pop up notifying everyone in the Cafe about something.
His head tilted to the side, as he tried to recover some memories regarding the name that popped up with the alert. It clearly announced who they were, but he wondered if he could remember what they looked like or something else they might've made in the past. What appeared was a somewhat familiar looking woman with pink hair and a pair of goggles on her forehead. He listened to her intently, and couldn't help but chuckle a few times. It honestly reminded him of what was happening earlier and how nervous he was just coming into the building. He was suddenly extremely thankful to the silhouette on his Bracelet. The words Beta Testers rang in his brain for a moment, and his eyes closed for just a few moments. His eyes jerked open when they mentioned the Digital World. That was why he had came here, to go to the Digital World after all.
Once the broadcast had ended, he turned his attention to the doors where the Dive Pods are. And started into their direction with a new found hope. He knew hed get to meet his partner there. "Lets go...Wait..."He stopped for a second, shook his head and bit his lip before pushing his way through the doors to enter.

Monami swiftly finished her coffee, taking only a few sips. If she wanted to play the game today, she had to do it soon. Once she entered the pod, she would have approximately three hours before she had to go home. Based on the beta test, time in the game passed at a different pace than in reality. She would have ample time in the game to meet her first partner and embark on exciting adventures together. Monami pushed her glass forward, signaling the barista to collect it. Rising from her seat, she headed towards the pod room.

Monami had developed an attachment to the seventh pod from the front on the left side during her time in the Beta test. Being the first one in the room, she chose that particular pod and settled into the seat. Activating the screen on her vital bracelet, she signaled her readiness to begin the dive. The pod sprang to life around her as the front slid closed. The lights inside dimmed, and the seat reclined slightly into a comfortable position. Monami entered her username, MØN_7, and password, ✱✱✱✱✱✱✱✱✱✱. Monami's eyes were illuminated by a gentle beam, indicating that the pod was conducting a retinal scan. She calmly shut her eyes, surrendering her consciousness to be transported into the realm of the digital world.

Monami drifted through a tunnel of binary code, encountering a menu that prompted her for a username and password. The fields were pre-filled from her time in the pod, requiring only a click on the enter button. Upon doing so, the menu transitioned to character selection. A system message exclaimed, "Welcome to the digital world." The avatar already resembled her. She adjusted the accessories, opting for a tank top, leggings, sneakers, sun visor, and a hooded vest for practicality and comfort. Remembering her past mistake during the beta, she avoided going overboard with baggy, heavy clothing.

Partner selection was the next step in the process. A menu popped up displaying various Digimon names and headshots. This decision was deemed as the most crucial in the entire game. Recalling her past experience during the beta test, she vividly remembered choosing Betamon. Being an aquatic Digimon, its attributes were quite impressive. This time around, there were more options available compared to the beta test. As she scrolled through the images, she found herself drawn to Fanbeemon. Her fear of bugs made Monami hesitate for a moment. She carefully considered the possibility that if she was afraid, others might be as well. Opting for Fanbeemon could potentially serve as a psychological advantage. With a smile on her face, she realized that the Digimon was actually quite adorable. Upon closer inspection, it didn't seem like a bad choice at all. Without delay, she made her decision and clicked on Fanbeemon. She exclaimed, "Let's take on the world, Fanbeemon!"

As Camden was anxiously awaiting the outcome of her slip up click, the screen blinked that a tamer had been found. The smoothie that had arrived was momentarily pause in her hand as a older man appeared on the screen. He wasn't older than her father but definitely showed signs of being at least a proper adult. She didn't realize that older people were joining the game, but she wasn't one to judge, this was the first game she had ever taken a real interest in that wasn't on a board with pieces. She almost knocked the smoothie over at his greeting. She grabbed the glass and quickly tried to calm herself, "-Hello! Aye oi'm a camden- oi mean me name, that's me name..."
A pit slowly began to build in her stomach, how many greetings could she mess up today? He seemed like a nice man from the small exchange so far, even asking if she would be joining soon. She took a sip of the smoothie to cool her nerves and nodded with a gulp, "Aye, I'll be 'oppin' in shortly! Though aye..." she rubbed the base of her palms together anxiously, "Ah've never played anythin' loike dis, an' de beta oi only used de 'eadset interface so...might be a wee bit..." she was trying to figure out what to say instead of the word nervous, "Antsy? Sorry aye must be actin' so hame..."
At the sound of the announcements once more, she turned back to Lief on the screen and smiled nervously, "Aye guess it's time, hopefully oi see ya there?" With a small goodbye between them, Camden left the safety of the counter and strolled to the Pod room. Seeing them again sent her hands to her chest, as if trying to keep her heart from beating out of it, the excitement and nerves were mixing together rather strangely. She took a strong inhale through her nose and clenched her fists, "Okay no more jammin' 'round..."
She picked a pod and began to lay inside, one of the assistants of the cafe showing her the directions of the Full Dive. Once the pod closed she closed her eyes and clicked the button on her vital bracelet, "L-let's Dive!"

The Moment he entered the room and stepped into the Dive Pod, he couldn't help but tilt his head to the side wondering what he was supposed to do now. As he was wondering, his Vital Bracelet lit up and started to give him detailed instructions of what buttons he should push and in what order. Frowning, he reached up and pushed the Green Button that was near the entrance, and as he did the Dive Pods door started to close, sealing him into the Pod as a sign on the Exterior of the Pod changed to 'Occupied.' He pulled the Messenger Bag to his front and opened it to make sure he had everything he needed inside, inside of the bag was a pack of Mechanical Pencils, two composition notebooks, a Deck Box, and a metallic Lunchbox along with something that was wrapped in a long black glasses cleaning cloth. "Okay..Looks like thats everything I need, all right...Lets just..."
Pushing up the glasses, that was on his face he started stretching his arms as if he was about to start a Marathon or something strenuous. He started to push a few buttons on his Vital Bracelet, "Following the instructions...Following.....Got it! Time to take the Dive! Wait for me guys! I'm coming for a Reunion!!!!" The Silhouette popped up on his Bracelet once more without him knowing, and it was shaking its head. "God, you're so slow to get here...Hurry up already ya big idiot...Don't leave them all waiting."

The girl on the other side of screen started introducing herself. Lief learned that her name was Camden and as far as he could tell was answering his other questions. Although he had to admit it was hard to understand some of what she was saying due to the accent. Luckily Lief worked with any international clients on a daily bases so this was nothing new for him, he just had to concentrate a bit harder.
He listened closer and picked up that she was about to head into the game! Lief thought about what Ava had just announced recently and realized he should be heading in also. He focused again as she seems to be finishing up the conversation. "Oh great! It was nice to meet you, hope to see you in there as well!! Take it easy!" He said as the chat went blank and he could see nothing but his own reflection in the monitor. He sat for a moment pondering an issue that had not occurred to him yet, does this game have some sort of translation service they can use if you meet someone you can't understand? It is a world wide game after all and they would use something like that at his office if they needed to speak to someone in another language.
Probably a good question for the Mods when he got in the game. OK enough of that it was time to go. Lief fumbled through the menu on the Vital Bracelet to settle up his tab, thanked the wait staff and moved towards the back of the building where the Dive Pods were apparently located. His stomach began to tie up in knots as a nervous energy washed over him. He realized he wasn't sure what to do. Surely there would be some sort of guide on the bracelet he could use. "Menu, Settings, Link, Coms, ah here we go Field Guides!" He looked through the listed guides until he came across the one on Dive Pods.
As he finished reading he recapped what he needed to do "Approach the pod, scan Vital Bracelet to enter and take a seat in the pod. Once in the Pod scan bracelet again to activate dive. And then something about a registration menu after that... sounds pretty easy.... Here we go.... I guess." the bearded man followed his own directions and once he was seated and the door close he scanned his bracelet. "Welcome Lief Pyrex" popped up on the screen with a count down sequence. It was time to take his first dive, as the countdown hit zero he was engulfed in a blinging white light and off on his adventure.
