Digi-Coliseum Golden Guide {Things to Know}

Welcome Tamers to the Digi-Coliseum!! This is a place where you can relax with friends and compete for fabulous prizes on a regular basis.
Contest will let you but a lot more than your Digi-Battle skills to work. It will make you use your brain as you logic your way through puzzles,
your creativity to design amazing works of art and even you tenacity as you search ever square inch of the guild in search and finds.
Those are just a few examples of what kind of contests you might see around here.

On tops of that each of our contest will have a few prizes ranging from Digimon to Digivolution items and maybe even some surprises along the way.
Additionally to those prizes you will be able to earn rewards just for participating in the contest even if you don't win,
but be aware that there may be a minimum threshold set to qualify for the prize.
You can't just post one time and expect to be rewarded for participation....

Anyways here are some ground rules for this forum!!

RULES & GUIDELINES

- This sub-forum is for Official Contests only.

-Only those who are permitted to host a Contest by Crew will be allowed to post new threads in this forum.

- That mean that you should not be posting non-Contest threads in this forum, if you would like to host an unofficial game
please go to the Global Chat area.

- Follow the rules of the contests, if they say you can't spam/bump then do not do that.

- Obey and follow the ToS

- You must have post a minimum of 5 times in a contest to qualify as a participant, Contests host may alter that number

- Be kind to all participants, if it is deemed that you are not doing so you can be disqualified from the contest or worse.

- You are not to advertise for yourself or someone else participating in a contest.

- No Bribing!

- Cheating is not tolerated. If you cheat in a contest the Contest host can disqualify you immediately and with no warning.

If you are caught cheating in more than one contest you will be banned from entering any official contests for a month,
if you are caught cheating again the consequences will be severe.
If you think someone is cheating by deleting posts then please contact the Crew and we will check the situation.
If you suspect that someone is cheating it is better to ask and get a no than not asking at all. feel free to reach out to the crew
if you are worried about it, that's a lot better than fighting with someone in a thread.

- Under the topic of cheating, be sure not to copy other peoples hard work in RP and art contests!

Copying other persons own work and calling it your own is highly illegal not only on Gaia but in the real world too so don't do it.

- Please do not harass the Contest host if you win a Digimon you dislike.

If you truly believe the Digimon you won is unfairly given
then please discuss this with the host in a calm and gentle manner. It's also best to have a 3rd party crew member involved as well.

- Only Guild approved artist can make art for the prizes, if you as the host are not an official artist please don't attempt to make the art.

One of the artists will do it for you when you ask.

- Above all else (even though this is the last on the list), be a good sport ~ winner or loser.

DIGIMON REQUIREMENTS

+State the Digimon you want to use, and what is required to be done to win it.
+You may use anywhere from 1-4 Digimon in your Contest idea submission.

NOTES

*Note one of the Digimon slots might be taken up for potential end phase of the contest. If that is the case the Mod helping you will let you know and work through the theming of that with you as well.
*You cannot give out Digimon that are against the Guild rules to distribute or anything that the Mods tell you no on. (it's possible this would happen because that particular Digimon will soon be given out in an event or something)
*The more info you give us on the form the better, it will help us really see your vision for the contest and allow us to help push it forward!
