Attacks: Sailor Scout Attack: Empathic BlowThis attack acts as an empathic debuff to Nausikaa's enemies. She runs up and smacks, shoves, or otherwise touches her target, focusing her mind on a particular negative emotion, i.e. fear, panic, etc. The target is then empathically susceptible to the emotion and can become fearful, panicky, or whatever emotion Nausikaa is focusing on if their willpower allows it. The effect of this attack lasts 25 seconds and can only affect one target at a time; Nausikaa has to physically touch her target in some way for it to take effect, but she does not have to maintain contact. She can use this up to three times per battle.
Super Sailor Scout Attack: Empathic Punch This attack acts as an empathic debuff to Nausikaa's enemies. She runs up and delivers a solid punch to her target with her fist, focusing her mind on a particular negative emotion, i.e. fear, panic, etc. The target is then empathically susceptible to the emotion and can become extremely fearful, panicky, or whatever emotion Nausikaa is focusing on if their willpower allows it. The effect of this attack lasts 30 seconds and can affect up to two targets at a time, since she only has two hands; Nausikaa has to physically hit her target(s) for it to take effect, but she does not have to maintain contact. She can use this up to three times per battle.
Eternal Sailor Attack: Empathy Flood This attack acts as a powerful empathic debuff. Closing her eyes, she touches her brooch and says the attack name. As she names the attack, the amber stone in her brooch glows and shoots out a beam of energy in a ten foot radius. When hit, the target is instantly overwhelmed by emotions. Through the power of empathy, they suddenly feel smothered by a wave of negativity – fear, anger, aggression, everything. If they are in the process of attacking, they may feel so overwhelmed that they immediately stop. It may become difficult to think or process, and the emotions can cause physical responses as if having a panic attack. The effect of this attack lasts 45 seconds and can affect all allies within ten feet of her at the time of casting. While the effects can be somewhat resisted by targets wtih strong willpower, being within range of Nausikaa when the magic is cast will still cause emotional discomfort, and the more enemies that are around her, the more the empathy in the air will amplify the negative emotions. Players can choose to take lasting emotional damage (or physical damage, such as fatigue or stress) even after the magic ends. She can use this once per battle.
