As Inferno opens, Ain't About the Money hits the PA and the crowd cheers as Drako steps out onto the stage and heads for the ring.
Drogan: Starting off strong as the boss is on his way to the ring
Nigel: We haven't seen him out here since the first show back. Wonder what he's going to address?
Drako steps into the ring and takes up a mic as the music dies out.
"Ladies and gentlemen, we're here tonight on another stop on the road to Blaze of Glory and it's about time we get some business settled here. See, last week, some things went down and it feels like a reminder is necessary."
Drogan: I wonder what he's referring to.
Nigel: No idea. Last week went great.
"I know someone might be a bit confused so I'm going to cut to the chase. Right here, right now, I want the DHW World Heavyweight champion in this very ring."
Drako lowers the mic and looks to the entrance

STUCK IN MY WAYS
Stuck in my Ways by Zero 9:36 would hit the PA system. As the crowd would be loving every moment of this confrontation, even before it has begun.
For those who are not in the know, Trent had a scheduled match against Bison last week. But seeing that Cartwright earlier in the night wanted a way to get into the title picture once more, Trent presented a golden ticket in the form of a second one on one match with a person Trent had defeated in a triple threat match.
Much to the chagrin of Trent, Cartwright had done it and punched his ticket. But it seems the big boss was not a big fan of the sudden match change!
Trent would emerge from the backstage. Wearing a nice black tailored suit, with a grey vest underneath the main coat. Stunning, some would say, but the perfect accessory was the DHW World Heavyweight Championship around his waist. Trent, despite the tone in Drako's voice, didn't think he did anything wrong last week. And with that, he was ready to have a one on one with the boss.
Drogan: "Not only is the World Champion here, he has got what the kids call, drip!"
Nigel: "I could do without the slang, thank you Drogan. But it seems like he is not dressed for the occasion as Drako is definitely not in the mood for whatever kind of games Trent is playing."
Drogan: "I think it's rather respectful to be dressed so well before meeting with your boss!"
Making his way down to the ring, he would ignore much of the crowd who would be booing Trent. It has only been a few weeks, but it feels like Trent is, like his theme music, stuck in his ways. Putting himself first, and putting the fans in the past.
Trent would reach ringside, climbing the steps, and entering through the ropes. Immediately approaching Drako and offering a handshake that was very similar to that of which he had offered on the first show of DHW.
Nigel: "Give me a break."
Drogan: "I didn't know common courtesy irked you so much, Nigel!"
How would the boss respond!?

Drako looks at the hand extended to him and rolls his eyes.
"Nah, you're not getting me with that. Let's get down to business. Last week, you did something that I don't remember giving you the authorization to do. You tell me, Trent, what did you do?"
Drako seems to be about to let him speak but thinks better of it.
"I'll tell you what you did. You brought your sorry little carcass out here to my ring and took yourself out of a match that I booked in your effort to make sure Cartwright would not get his rematch for the World Heavyweight championship. So, instead of my top champion competing on my card the way he was supposed to, you got the night off on commentary. And then it backfired, because Cartwright won both the match I gave him and the one you backed out of. What was your point? Did you think it was cute? Did you think it was funny? Or did you think you somehow became the boss?"

Trent was taken a back by the disregard of the handshake as he truly did not have intentions to disrespect the boss. But obviously, he had.
Trent would walk to the side of the ring, requesting a microphone and being handed one before making his way back to the center of the ring. not making direct eye contact with the boss as he seemed to look around his surroundings as he began to figure out to say what he needed to say in the way he wanted to say it.
"Drako. This was never about undermining your authority. I know who you are. I knew who you were several years ago, and I know who you are today. You are the reason I have been given a chance to showcase why I am the best wrestler in the world. All while under your roof. I honestly, have the greatest honor in doing so, under you and your name. So, there was never any intentions of smearing your business, your name, or your authority."
Trent would meet with the eyes of Drako throughout the following statement, trying to showcase that he truly had respect for the boss after everything they had gone through!
"But, as much as I appreciate everything you are doing. I saw a chance for someone below me, to finally get a chance to rise up and do the very thing that I had done. Cartwright, who I may not like in the slightest, was given a chance he should never have been given, and probably wouldn't have been given, if not for me. Because he asked me, man to man, to make my demands."
Nigel: "I can't believe this!"
Drogan: "This is how I remember it going, Nigel!"
Trent would then look to the main camera.
"And I will be honest with you, I didn't think he had what it takes to get it done. But I will say it hear, out loud for all of you. Cartwright, you did a great job. You did exactly what I did, when I never expected you to stand a chance."
Trent then would face back to Drako.
"And that is why I did it Drako. I gave Cartwright a chance, like you gave me a chance, to show that he deserves one more chance to step up to the plate."
Trent would smile.
"But don't worry, Drako. You know me, and you know I had no intentions of losing this World Championship. Not to Bison. And, despite the leaps and bounds he has made, definitely not to Cartwright."
Nigel: "Despite trying to appear neutral and respectful, Trent seems to have doubled down on his ego."
Drogan: "It's hard not to double down on yourself when you are seen as the number one guy!"
With that, Trent would finally let the Boss have his chance to react.

Drako twirls the mic as Trent speaks, listening but doing so out of habit. Finally it's on him to speak.
"Well that sounded real nice but it's time to pay the cost for crossing the boss!"
the crowd cheers at that one.
"See tonight, you're going to come back out to this ring and compete like you should have last week. But that's not all. See, I think Cartwright deserves something. Because while you may have technically overcome Good Question and Bison first, you did it in one match, one fall. Cartwright beat them both, pinned them both. So at this point, let's have the number one contender for the world heavyweight title make his way out here and settle this here peace of business."

Honor Never Dies by Hatebreed begins to play, which causes the fans to cheer for their fave Dirty Brit.
Sometimes standing for what you believe Means standing alone Sometimes standing for what you believe Means standing alone
Cartwright enters the arena, wearing a long sleeve black shirt, blue jeans and Doctor Marten shoes.
Nigel: "The Lad is looking a little sore, but proud of what he was able to accomplish."
Drogan: "I can't believe he actually did it. He really does want to be humiliated by the champion again!"
Cartwright acknowledges the fans as he makes his way down the entrance ramp, greeting them with a raised open hand.
Cartwright climbs up the steel steps and enters the ring between the top and middle ropes.
But I wouldn't be here if I wasn't taught that Honor never dies When your heart is questioned Honor never dies When your beliefs are tested
Cartwright's eyebrows narrow as he looks at Trent, still feeling the anger of his betrayal at Return Of The Mack, as he receives a microphone from a member of the ringside crew.
Cartwright: "Drako, I have to tell you that it was music to my ears, when you officially announced me as the Number One Contender. Trent didn't make it easy, the odds were against me, challenging two bigger and stronger opponents on the same evening. But if that's what it was going to take, to get my hands around that cheating bastards throat, then I was willing to do it...."
Cartwright pauses for a second for dramatic effect, pointing at Trent as he spoke.
Cartwright: "...and I did it!"
The crowd roars in approval, full behind The Dirty Brit in his goal.
Cartwright: "You asked me to join the two of you a moment ago, so now I am curious as to what happens next!"
Drogan: "That potty mouth just swore at our greatest ever champion! This is totally unacceptable and he should be stripped of contendership!"
Nigel: "What are you, president of the Trent Fan Club? Why are you so worried about Cartwright challenging him if he's the greatest?"
Drogan: "So what if I was? The first and only two time DHW Heavyweight Champion. The facts speak for themselves. There is nothing to worry about!"

The Boss is quite happy that everyone is so punctual. After Cartwright speaks, Drako raises the mic to respond.
"As I said, we got a peace of business to settle here tonight. And since you brought it up, let's talk about Return of the Mack. Let's talk about our first main event back, and let's talk about someone getting their hands dirty to get the win."
Drako looks at Trent.
"Now, all three of us here have gone a little dirty from time to time. I didn't inflict any form of punishment because all's fair in love and war, and wrestling is a war. You managed to win the first battle. But see, when you start booking matches I didn't authorize, well, I think it's only fair for a little turnabout. But instead of letting Cartwright name your opponent, I got one better for you. Because we're coming into Blaze of Glory, our biggest show of the year. We're gonna travel to the world's most famous arena, Madison Square Garden. We're gonna put the lights on bright and the world title on the line in the main event of the evening. But since you put Cartwright in that extra match to make him earn this spot, I think he's earned one more thing."
The Boss turns to Cartwright.
"You're the number one contender, and whatever else you decide between now and Blaze of Glory is on you. If you want to pick your boot up off this mat and plant it squarely in Trent's a**, I can't say as I'd blame you. But before you make that choice, I'll give you another. Trent stipulated how you won the right to a rematch, you get to determine in what kind of match that takes place. And to be clear, I don't much care what you choose, so long as in that main event, we have a clear, undisputed, untainted winner holding my DHW World Heavyweight championship. So it may be a little on the spot, but you tell me, Carty ol' pal, what kind of match will it be?"

Cartwright applauds and the crowd pops at the announcement that Blaze Of Glory is coming to Madison Square Garden, a historic and legendary arena in the world of professional wrestling.
Cartwright then begins to think on his feet quickly, as Drako has requested a match type that will ensure an unquestionable victory for the winner.
Cartwright: "A match that will leave no room for doubt, in the minds of everyone in this arena and watching at home, as to who the better man really is? A match where no shortcuts or interference can be taken? I think I know just the match..."
A sly smile appears across the face of the Number One Contender.
Cartwright: "...Trent. At Blaze Of Glory, inside the Madison Square Garden arena... ...I challenge you to... ...a STEEL CAGE MATCH!"
The crowd roars once more as Cartwright names a match that appears to fit the bill.
Cartwright: "Inside that steel cage, there will be no escape for you, Trent. This will not be a wrestling match after what you did to me. This is going to be a fight. I'm going to punch you, kick you, choke you, throw you and grate your head against those steel cage walls over and over and over again. I'm going to make you bleed, cry and piss yourself for what feels like an eternity!"
Nigel: "Listen to the motivation in Cartwright's voice. Trent doesn't know what he has set himself up for!"
Drogan: "What kind of man makes another man piss themselves?! So unbecoming of a Number One Contender!"
Nigel: "A Dirty Brit kind of man does after beating it out of you!"

Trent seemed to be offended at all the hostility the boss was displaying.
"Drako. Listen, I will do whatever you say, but since I have gotten out here. I have done nothing but show you respect, and I have been getting my name smeared through the mud. Your World Champion, of all people. Over a booking decision that Cartwright and Bison openly accepted. You know what, it's fine. Give Cartwright all the booking powers he needs to get at me."
Trent then switched his attention to Cartwright who had just cashed in his match stipulation, a steel cage match!
"Cartwright, I will congratulate you one more time. As you have booked yourself so deep into a corner that you better be prepared to fight for your life. You see, Drako recalls the ending. But I remember the whole match. I beat Cartwright around without sustaining any damage. Two powerbombs. A superkick. I even almost tore Carts arm off without very much issue. You remember that, Cartwright? Make sure to tell Drako, how you remember that."
Trent seemed to be heated. Whether it was Drako or Cartwright, or a combination of the two. It seems like the comments were getting to the champ.
"Drako. At Blaze of Glory, I will cement my dominance. With a broken, bloodied, and lifeless Cartwright in the center of the ring as the exclamation point. This time, when me and him go face to face, I won't stop. Not until I have proven my point. To you."
Trent would point to Drako.
"To all of you!"
Then pointing at the people in the crowd.
"And especially to you."
Finally addressing Cartwright, with pure hate in his eyes.
Drogan: "Wow, you can feel the animosity the champ holds for Cartwright!"
Nigel: "It seems that he may even hold some resentment toward Drako!"
Drogan: "You try to smile when someone you respect, shows a lack of respect for you and everything you are doing, just for them!"

Cartwright scoffs at Trent's remarks, the champion seems to be recalling only his highlights in the match!
Cartwright: "Proven your point? The point of you being a two-faced arsehole?! We all already know that!"
The American crowd begins to chant "a**-HOLE" at Trent, which Cartwright is happy to encourage.
Cartwright: "Deep down Trent, you know that you don't deserve to be champion. We all see through your hollow words and your amateur act. But don't worry, I will relieve you of that burden soon enough!"
Nigel: "I think Trent might be crazy enough to actually believe that he is a deserving champion!"
Drogan: "Umm who won the match? Trent won the match! Trent deserves to be champion! Case closed!"
Cartwright begins to approach Trent, the crowd getting excited.
Cartwright: "With all that said, it's time to do what I should have done last show..."
Following a brief pause, Cartwright aims to tackle Trent to the mat and rain down punches to the face!

Drako elects to drop to the mat and roll out of the ring. He'd done what he came to do and now frankly it was on the champion and challenger to get everything out of their system. The Boss backs up the ramp, watching the confrontation

Such brave words, just to cheap shot the champion. As much as the challenger likes to speak about how and mighty they are, they were sure ready to cheap shot the world champion!
Trent would drop to the mat after being struck, only to get sprung on top of with more punches following the initial. Trent looked to protect his head the best he could.
Drogan: "Well, Nigel! Aren't you going to criticize Cartwright for believing he is a deserving challenger after receiving a chance at redemption from Trent?"
Nigel: "The chance Trent gave was never meant to be a chance at redemption. Trent believed the two men would tear Trent apart. But Cartwright survived and is getting a little payback before the two collide for the championship!"

The atmosphere is electric, charged with the raw energy of a crowd gone wild. Cartwright stands in the ring, the embodiment of pent-up fury, his eyes ablaze with the fire of retribution for the injustices suffered at “Return Of The Mack.” Each cheer from the audience fuels his resolve, a symphony of support for the vengeance he’s about to unleash.
Trent, the architect of Cartwright’s ire, cowers under the onslaught, his arms a flimsy shield against the storm of Cartwright’s wrath. But Cartwright is a strategist as much as a fighter; he sees Trent’s defense and, like a chess master contemplating his next move, adapts with the fluidity of water.
With a swift pivot, Cartwright shifts his stance, his leg coiled and ready to strike. The crowd holds its breath, the tension palpable, a collective heartbeat thundering in anticipation. And then, with the grace of a panther and the force of a wrecking ball, Cartwright unleashes a kick designed to send Trent flying from the ring, a physical exclamation point to the statement he’s making tonight: no one crosses Cartwright without consequence.

Cartwright would get his licks, and as soon as Trent got some bearing, Cartwright wanted him out of the ring. It keeps getting worse!
Trent would get pushed outside of the ring by the barrage of kicks. Holding his neck, Trent would begin to get back to his feet, facing toward Cartwright. Only just noticing after being knocked to the ground, his championship became loose and was now laying on the mat.

In the electrified air of the arena, a moment of anticipation hangs heavy. Cartwright’s eyes lock onto Trent, whose gaze is fixed on the gleaming prize before them—the DHW Heavyweight Championship, lying in wait on the mat, a symbol of glory and dreams within arm’s reach.
With the crowd’s roar rising like a tidal wave, The Lad seizes the moment. Time seems to slow as he reaches down, his fingers grazing the cold metal. Every eye is upon him, every breath held tight. He lifts the championship, a deliberate motion, laden with challenge and promise. Trent’s stare never wavers, intensity meeting intensity, as The Lad hoists the belt skyward.
The arena erupts, a cacophony of cheers and applause. The championship glints under the spotlight, a beacon of victory, as The Lad stands tall, the embodiment of triumph, the crowd’s approval washing over him like a conquering hero’s welcome. This is the moment of legends, the turning point of fates, where the air is thick with the scent of destiny unfolding.
