It took a bit of shuffling and a trip to a Best Buy to get a laptop but then everything after just made Morgan's brain fry. Looking for a new place was a lot harder this time around, especially now that she was trying to find one in a better part of the city. For once, she had an actual routine as she was trying to figure everything out. After running around getting her quota, she'd come back to her place and hop on and apply for apartments and then keep packing or tossing the things in her place out. There wasn't much to begin with but by the time she finished a week later, everything she owned fit into four medium-sized boxes and a few of those vacuum clothing bags.

When the weekend rolled around, she finally got approval from one of the places with a move-in date for the first of February. With that only being a few days away, she scrambled to get the deposit and everything set up. More and more things were moving forward and after a point, it felt like she was getting dragged along faster than her brain could keep up. The only thing that mattered was that she got it all done right so that everything else would work out. Already Morgan was thinking about how nice it was going to be to have working appliances and a bed that was more than a mattress on the floor. It was all thanks to the Negaverse, even if it had taken her a while to figure out she had been getting money in that account she never really checked.

Once she got moved, things would be easier to help out when Meissa joined up. Sure, Morgan may not have been really the best at taking care of things before but now she wanted to make sure someone else didn't get left behind. It had been rough for her, before and after finding out she was some sort of magic thing. But now she had the Negaverse backing her, praising her for what she was doing and she was able to go out there and deal with all the problematic guys that just loved to mess people up. If she could help it, she'd make sure what happened to her never happened to any other college girl here in this city. It was a tall order but she was very good at what she did, even if it might be a bit tough of a pill for others to swallow. It didn't matter though, she was going to do her best to help if she could and she figured that maybe it would be a good idea to take a few steps to get nicer things for herself.

Clothing was going to be a weird thing though, she loved the tattered shirts and pants she had but maybe it would be nice to have some new and pristine clothing. Todd hadn't really said anything about her attire at work but maybe it would be a good idea to get some new black jeans or some sort of capris or something. It was all new to her though, as she muddled her way through setting up an account for Amazon and started ordering things for Meissa and for herself. It might be a bit much but she really didn't have a lot of the necessities that would be needed for the other and she really wanted to make sure things worked out smoothly for them.
