Inhaling deeply, Pan thought that the air smelled right. It was, perhaps, odd to think of a smell being right, but it was the best way she could describe things. The air in Wales had been lovely, but this... this was the smell of home. And she had missed it greatly.
More to the point, she'd missed powering up and... hunting. And she fully intended to make up for lost time tonight.

There was something in the air tonight, all right, thought Nausikaa as she leapt from one rooftop to another, a scowl on her face. She could feel the Chaos aura nearby, but couldn't quite pinpoint it; even after all these years as a Senshi, she still hadn't learned how to distinguish specifics of auras. This one was definitely Chaos, though. And it didn't seem far away. Dropping down into an alley, the Senshi took a deep, calming breath and concentrated on the signature. That way, toward the park. She started off into a run to find the source of the aura before they moved and she lost them again. Nausikaa entered the park cautiously, still concentrating on the Chaos signature. It grew stronger and stronger the deeper she got into the trees. Finally she spotted the source, and was struck with a bit of confusion – the Chaos person wore black, like a Dark Mirror Senshi. But she knew what they felt like, and this person felt nothing like that. "Who are you?" she called out, gearing herself up for a fight. "And what are you?"

Was it her birthday? Had Metallia chosen this one little moment to bless her? Face glowing with unholy glee, Pan slowly laced her fingers together and loudly cracked her knuckles. Did this little senshi deserve any answers to the questions she'd voiced? Probably not. She remembered quite vividly the moment after Rak and Diesel had saved her from a senshi much like this one.
They had saved her life. The Dark Kingdom had saved her life. She had a purpose there. Well, that's what they told her. She preferred to believe that her purpose was beating the ever loving s**t out of anyone belonging to the White Moon. And this girl before her suited that purpose just fine.
And really, why not answer at least one of the little twit's questions? It was such a glorious set up after all...
"Your nightmare," Pan practically purred as she charged forward and leaped, fist already balled and swinging for the senshi. This was going to be fun!

Nausikaa caught only a brief look at the dark-clad Senshi before she found herself under attack. She was beautiful, all dark and elegant – except there was what looked like a ragged hole in her chest, about where someone would reach in to grab a starseed. There was a similar hole on her forehead as well. What had happened to her? And why was she attacking? Bracing herself for impact, she raised an arm in an attempt to block the incoming swing. The blow was powerful, fueled by momentum from the other's leap, and it jarred her legs enough that she dropped hard to one knee. She brought her other fist up to punch the Senshi in the side just below her ribcage; Nausikaa didn't know if it'd have any effect, though, as it looked like she was wearing a corset as part of her fuku. "What kind of Senshi are you?" she shouted, beginning to get angry. The least this woman could do was give her a straight ******** answer.

Hissing in pain as the other girl's punch landed solidly, Pan stumbled as her feet hit the ground. It hadn't quite driven the air from her, but it had hurt. And at the same time, it electrified her. Grinning crazily, Pan push past the pain and surged forward again, fists and feet both flying as she hoped for something to connect.
And her delight only grew at the other's clear frustration. Well good. That emotion might cloud her reason and made her even easier to beat down. So Pan simply laughed.
"Not terribly educated are you, girl?" she mocked. "What a pity."

"No I'm not, and you can thank the White Moon for that!" Nausikaa retorted, then a kick from the dark-clad girl connected hard on her ribcage, knocking the wind out of her. Gasping, her arm went up again to block another blow, only to have the punch get through anyway and land on her cheekbone. Her head snapped to the side at the force of the blow and she felt a couple of vertebrae in her neck pop; it would have felt good except for the whole punch to the face thing. Reeling, Nausikaa went down on her elbow, bringing a leg up in an attempt to either kick or block her attacker. This girl was fighting like a wildcat, fiercely and with a manic grin that was very disconcerting. She knew for sure that the other wasn't Dark Mirror. The White Moon Senshi only got angrier. What was she? The Chaos aura roiled off of the other Senshi; she could only conclude that she was some kind of Negaverse Senshi, whose starseed got ruined somehow, corrupted, resulting in the hole in her chest and forehead. Another kick landed on her back, and she yelped in pain. This wasn't a fun fight at all, at least not for her.

”tatterpixie” Pan, on the other hand, was having such an amazing time, oh my god. Every blow that landed filled her with glee and if Little Miss White Moon got in a few shots on her, it was just fine. Pan would consider it the tax she paid for getting the privilege of beating the ever-loving s**t out of an enemy.
Laughter burbled from her as a kick caught her hip and caused her to drop down to one knee. No matter, she’d still gotten in a back strike. Reaching for the other girl’s hair, Pan thought that the only thing that would make this better was if she could pull starseeds. She suspected chickyboo here would have a tasty one.
“Trust me, honey,” she rasped, still laughing. “I absolutely do thank them for keeping y’all dumb bitches as sheep-like as possible.”
All she needed was a decent grip on the senshi’s hair and she’d have a perfect anchor for so many ways to hurt the girl…

Nausikaa felt the corrupted Senshi's hand trying to get a purchase on her hair, and writhed on the ground to gain a toehold, gain some position where she could fight back. "Not today, honey," she snarled, lashing out with a leg, aiming for the other girl's stomach. Hopefully that would knock the wind out of her and Nausikaa would be able to get away. She absolutely hated the idea of throwing a fight, but she had nothing to fight with. Her magic was some kind of lame buff; all she had were her fists and feet to defend herself. And this girl had fists and feet and the high ground and a mad desire to completely destroy her. Scrambling backwards on her elbows, Nausikaa managed to evade the attempt to grab her hair. If she relied on the last of her adrenaline, she might be able to get away. She pulled her legs underneath her and shakily got to her feet; blood was dribbling down her chin onto her top from the blow that had connected to her face, and her kidneys ached, likely bruised. "Not sheep-like," she said hoarsely, "just ignorant. If you're an example of what the Negaverse has to offer someone like me, I want no part of it." And she ran. eldritch stardust we could wrap soon if you like!

The leg to her stomach came out of nowhere and Pan found herself gasping for air as she doubled over. Mentally cursing the girl, the corrupt senshi still tried to latch on to something that would allow her to keep hitting the other girl.
Growling and gasping, she felt the girl slip through her fingers and scuttle backwards. Rage and disappointment flickered across her eyes as the girl managed to get to her feet and bolt before Pan could stop her.
And she'd figured out Pan's origin. Well, dammit. It just wasn't fun when people figured things out before she could bait them further. Groaning, Pan threw herself back on the ground, willing her poor gut to behave. The senshi's aura had gone beyond her ability to detect, so might as well call it a night.
Dammit.
