Sakuraiite was...factually, someone who enjoyed a good fight very much. She liked violence. Liked the power it gave her, as a Captain in the Negaverse. Liked....all of it, really.
And so the feeling of a Super Senshi aura was a draw, for her, not a deterrent. She had a good amount of energy already, plenty to meet her quota if necessary, so she could afford a distraction. And what a delightful, entertaining distraction it turned out to be--because although there were plenty of changes, probably from ranking up, Sakuraiite certainly recognized the fiery traitor in front of her.
Well. There were two options, weren't there? And either of them should handle the problem.
As she approached, she called upon her power. Make the traitor afraid. Make her know what was coming.Quote: Aura of Fear: Sakuraiite is able to project an aura of fear around her. While using this ability, she glows a dark purple, and anyone within 10 feet of her will experience a sense of fear and dread. They might attribute that to Sakuraiite, but they might also simply feel a general sense of Bad Things. This aura can be projected for 30 seconds at a time and used twice per battle.

Vela felt the aura of fear and it lasted for the length it was meant to and once it was over her own aura of fire flared with her emotions she was pissed and spoiling for a fight as well. She didn't like half youmas in any way she found them annoying and creepy. She didn't mind dark mirrors and sometimes corrupts were ok but she had no patience for this. She understood the effect of their magic was just in her head and that might make her miss step but she wasn't running away. If they wanted to start something she was game. Cosmetic fire enhancement. Vela flames flare around her when her emotions are majorly affected. She headed in the direction of the aura instead of running away. Since their range wasn't really big it wasn't hard to find them. She glared at them and didn't waste words. She knew she was a target for the negaverse since she had turned on them in the middle of a large battle. She had been sick of them and she watched as senshi and knights around her were corrupted by chaos. She lost her temper and kicked the device and decided to fight for the white moon side in that battle. Luck for her she had someone from the order that was able to save her and get her to a princess to be purified. Dance of flames Vela dances faster around the flames making them burn higher and hotter than before. Sending hotter embers down on her enemies. The burns hurt more than before. 10 ft range (Lasts 45 sec.) (Twice per battle) (Only feels like burning) She started to dance and with that she said "Dance of flames!!" embers started falling from the sky causing any skin they touched to feel like it was burning. She then started running forward looking for an opening so she could hit the half youma.

Oh good. The little fireball wasn't easily intimidated. That meant that this might just be a real fight. Sakuraiite grinned. No reaosn to chitchat, really; just blows to be exchanged.
She looked like she was on fire; that was enough to make Sakuraiite hesitate just a moment before going into touch. It was probably some kind of magic, but she wasn't willing to risk it--which was her mistake, because she left the Senshi time to cast her magic.
Stupid, stupid, but she hadn't fought one of the pretty-skirted bastards one on one in some time, and the last one she'd tangled with had been more interested in punch-ups than in throwing magic around. But this--this ******** hurt. It burned like real fire, and the pain made Sakuraiite angry.
She launched herself forward, hoping to use her bulk to tackle the Senshi to the ground; hand to hand, she was fairly certain she'd have the advantage.

Vela let herself fall backwards and she tried to use to momentum to get the upper hand so she could get on top and hit from there and rain down another attack of embers and cold clock the half youma. She was focused on what she was doing, if she got into a fight spot she could call Kerberos for help. She wanted to face this fight on her own if she could. She had gained more power when she became a super senshi. So she was stronger than she had been before. She was looking for any opening she could get so she could send this half youma running instead of the other way around. Her cosmetic flames flared again as she felt so much in this situation. She had to run a lot in the past, she wasn't planning to run this time around.

The fires hurt. Sakuraiite hated every second of this Senshi's stupid magic; she especially hated the part where her genius pan to tackle the Senshi and get the upper hand wasn't really working the way she wanted it to. Still, she could grasp and dig her fingers in, the thick nails on the end making for a grip that, Sakuraiite hoped, would bruise.
And fear wasn't the only magic she had. She was hurting, and that was simply unacceptable--and it was this Senshi's fault, so she would have to fix it.
She dug her fingers in as hard as she could, and started pulling energy into herself.
"Wither and decay, you traitorous b***h," she spat, angrily. The rush of energy from her magic sank into her skin, a boost that made her feel much better; made sure she could keep going, kicking and struggling to roll them back over and pin this Senshi underneath her, or at least get her off.Quote: Touch of Decay: Sakuraiite grabs hold of someone, and they feel as if their energy is being drained. This happens at a much faster rate than actual Negaverse energy draining, and does not produce an energy orb for Sakuraiite to turn in; instead, the energy transfers directly to her, and will heal minor injuries and give her a small boost that lasts for 30 seconds. After 30 seconds, the affected target will feel somewhat less drained, but at player choice, some fatigue may linger. Sakuraiite can use this ability twice per battle.

At the sudden feeling of weakness, Vela let go and tumbled away from the half youma. "And I would do it again!! Senshi don't belong in the negaverse it's not natural." She growled at the half youma. "I bet if you could remember anything you would know that you are cut off from what your life should really be." She started to dance again once she regained her strength. "Dance of flames!!" She shouted. She wasn't an idiot if she couldn't win this fight she would either run away or call for help. Still she was determined to fight as long as she was able without giving up.

This arrogant little s**t. How dare she act as if she understood anything. As if a traitor could know anything about what the Negaverse had made for Sakuraiite.
"You know nothing." Sakuraiite's voice was cold as ice, and she fixed the Senshi with a stare. "Chaos will come for you. And when it does, I hope you suffer."
But she recognized the activation of that painful, burning magic, and frankly she was disinterested in round two of Excruciating Pain. So she called on her remaining energy, took a breath, and teleported away. Someone would get this traitor eventually.

Vela got up and shook her head after they had teleported away. "Nah it's you that just doesn't get it and I doubt you ever will.. I wonder if you had a life before you became whatever the heck you are now." She said to herself before heading back to her apartment. (Fin)
