Hali was quite excited to finally be out with his wife, patrolling like the bad asses they were. He felt like he kind of understood why she didn't like the whole night life thing, but he found it liberating. Hali felt like an actual superhero out there saving the day and s**t. Granted, he hasn't had too many fights lately [he was not counting the training he went through with Maia], and he was itching for something to hit. Currently they were just chilling on the roof of a nearby business, and he was beyond bored. Although, that outfit Vimi had on looked interesting to say the least. Hali gave his wife a good once over, tilting his head, “Your outfit babe….It's….Escentric.” Not the word he was looking for, but it seemed to fit the narrative anyway.

His outfit was pretty scarce, but he also looked like a ******** greek god, so there was that.

Viminal looked at her husband and frowned, she didn't exactly love the outfit, and she hadn't donned it in years. She felt uneasy and on edge, even with her husband being with her she was just thinking about her babies. She didn't know how her family was doing this.

“I'm a Venus knight, they are very fancy I guess. I honestly haven't met a lot of other knights personally. I've never been interested in this life or all that, not the way my siblings are. I've never been to my wonder, or either of my siblings.”

She sat back and looked up at the stars. She only came out because her husband really wanted her too, but she realized that she couldn't avoid it forever.

Venus? Well that made sense given all the ruffles and lace. “Are Venus knights common?” Granted he hasn't seen very many Castor knights aside from his brother. Dmitry was a Saturn knight which if he was being honest, suited his aesthetic from what he knew about his fashion sense. He wanted to say her outfit made her look like a doll, but he also felt that comment would get him denied fun time later. “We should work on dusting some youma thing.” Hali stood, leaning down to offer Vimi a hand, searching the area for a youma or random officer he could beat up. Nothing so far but that didn't mean there weren't any out there.

Viminal shook her head and frowned, “I have no idea.” She couldn't tell him much of anything, “if you have questions, it's best to save them for Shang. I know a bunch of things that happened to my siblings and about some weird situations that were technically the fault of the negaverse.”

When she had been involved, she got in way over her head way too fast and it had left a bad taste. She was so grateful when her siblings seemed ready to put that behind them, until they found out that basically their whole family was in on it.

She nodded and took her husband's hand to head off and search for youma. She didn't feel anything, but they were always roaming.

Hali was amazed at how uninvolved Vimi was with this and really wanted to know why, but he would ask another time. For now, keeping an eye out for youma was his top priority. He thought he sensed something, but he wasn't sure about it. Maybe if they got closer? Hali grinned and cracked his knuckles, turning to Vimi, “I think I sense one~” Now, naturally he should probably hang back and see what V wanted to do but……He was already speed walking, feeling like a kid in a candy store, especially since that thing he sensed was getting nearer.

Vimi couldn’t help but worry about her husband, even though he was a fighter, professionally. She just had a bad feeling that she couldn't shake, his excitement and eagerness worried her. So much has happened over the years, her siblings had suffered a lot, even though they were stronger. It was complicated, but her gut was saying all this was going to go south quickly.

“Be careful, Hali.”

The tinge of worry in Vimi's voice caused Hali to slow down a little till he came to a stop. The grin on his face was one of amusement. "You know I'm always careful right?" He wanted to reassure her, since he knew how she was about this whole nightlife thing. The youma was getting ever closer, but he figured he had some time. "If you want, we could go ho--" and thus the youma was closer than he thought, because one swipe and he was sent flying into a bush [Thank god]. "The ********!?" He frowned, noting that the thing resembled a weird looking…..Crab? What!? Hali quickly got to his feet, charging towards the thing while it started making it's way towards Vimi.

Viminal huffed frowning when she was the youma, a weird mixed up sea creature, looking at her husband's tattoo. “You and Palm attracting sea creatures like the little mermaid or something?” She shook her head and rolled her eyes, as the creature approached them.

Her mirror wasn’t going to do much against it, but if she knew anything it was youma want to hard too what was it Maia and Shang said …. Dust??? “Let’s get rid of it and finish this patrol,” she said with a frown. “I’ll distract it, you take it out sir?”

Hali gave Vimi a thumbs up as he charged, slamming his fist into the creature's face. The youma screeched out, bubbles blowing from it's mouth just like a real crab. “Hahahah baby. Yeah I guess we do attract the sea.” He grinned and thumped the tattoo on his arm dodging one of the claws of the youma, ducking low into a crouch and rolling away. Hes always wanted to try doing this, he just had to make sure he did it right. Cracking his knuckles, he took off as fast as he could leaping high into the air, coming down feet first on the same claw that he ducked under. The youma really cried out when that same arm with the claw was suddenly on the ground instead of attached to it like it was before.

“Baby?! Tagging you in!”

Vimi watched her husband charge in and prayed it would be these easy and their future wasn't fated to deadly injuries and the kind of scarring that sticks in one's soul. Maybe she was being a little over dramatic, but they could actually die. Now, however, they had a pest to take care of.

“Okay,” she said picking up the hefty claw, “this will probably do. She took the thing heaved it over her head and brought it down like a spear to jam it into the youma, hoping she had enough strength.

Hali watched as Vimi picked up the claw he just detached, brought it over her head, and just jammed it into the Youma’s chest, laughing as the thing turned to dust. He walked over to his wife, pulled her to him and gave her the deepest kiss he could muster, pulling away to whisper in her ear “That was so ******** hot.” His wife looked like a pink and frilly valkyrie with that move and he was so here for it. “We trying for another or do I get to take you home?” His grin was just as mischievous as his question. He already knew what the answer would be, but he just wanted to hear it come from her lips.

When her husband kissed her she realized patrolling with him might not be the best idea. Maia would rather the couple be separated anyway. Right now though she was more interested in letting her husband ravish her. “You definitely get to take me home.”
