Prompt 10 (Winter Star Poinsettias): Poinsettias are common during the winter seasons, so it isn't unusual to see them decorating windowsills and local establishments. What is unusual are the unique Winter Star Poinsettias that seem to have accidentally mixed into the bunch. They look like ordinary Poinsettias reflecting a bit of glow from nearby lights--only, the leaves themselves are emitting a soft, silvery glow. They look like they are covered with a fine morning dew, only with fine silver glitter peppered in to give it a unique sparkle. They seem to have gone unnoticed by most of Destiny City and the landscapers, and it's not clear how these plants were selected, but anyone with a keen eye might recognize them as the catastrophe of Destiny City Botanical Garden's 2016 Winter Extravaganza.
Thankfully, these variants are far less dangerous than their counterparts, however, these plants have a strange pollen that acts like an allergen and can cause agitation, oversensitivity, and sneezing to anything with much of a strong smell. Anyone who comes into contact with these plants may also find themselves suffering from flu-like symptoms such as fever, coughing, fatigue, and nausea and no medicine will relieve it, but the symptoms gradually fade. The leaves of the poinsettia are sharp and can sting like a papercut, so be careful! ...If you're worried about an all-out attack again, it might be a good idea to destroy these poinsettias--if you can manage to do so without getting caught.

With the holiday season winding down, Vanya felt like he could breathe again, and spare more time to go out as Farbauti, besides. Not that he hadn’t gone out during the height of everything—an unfortunate reality of his situation was that he’d never learn to be a better senshi if he never powered up, or if he spent all his time hiding behind more competent senshi and/or Knights—but……well. Work was the way it was. For him, that ever meant demanding, exhausting, and largely thankless. Peak Holiday Season made it that much worse, between all the people who needed parties catered, all the people who put in enormous orders but tipped like s**t, and all the people who crowded the streets and made it that much harder to get deliveries to places on-time.
Thankfully, Farbauti found things much quieter and much less densely populated tonight. As usual, he powered up in the alleyway behind Nagisa’s (best and easiest place to do it). Then, he hopped on his bike so he didn’t need to try and put it in his subspace. He didn’t even know if there’d be enough room in his subspace for an entire bike if it were empty, but it currently wasn’t empty and trying to maneuver the bike around the evening’s collection of forgotten orders that he was allowed to take home sounded like a challenge that Farbauti didn’t want to deal with.
Tonight, he took a path home through a park that he didn’t visit very often. In all likelihood, it had someone more responsible who patrolled in here more regularly, but as he pedaled through the walkways, Farbauti only felt one other powered aura around. Moreover, it didn’t feel like somebody from the Negaverse or the Dark Mirror Court.…… It felt a lot like Ash’s aura and Faust’s, actually. So, a Mauvian, maybe? Humming softly—Dining at the Ritz, we’ll meet at nine precisely (one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine o’clock!), I will pay the bill, you taste the wine—Farbauti followed the aura toward and took to walking his bike when it took him off the sidewalk. When he got close to where the Mauvian’s aura felt strongest, he found himself before a collection of flower pots with a sign that said FREE TO GOOD HOME.
The flowers made Farbauti frown. Poinsettias after Christmas seemed weird to him, and these looked……suspicious. Almost like they were glowing, which felt like it could not possibly be a good thing. He didn’t immediately see the Mauvian, so he called out, “Hey? Whoever you are, my name is Farbauti? Are you okay?”
If the glowing flowers were bad news, maybe the poor Mauvian had gotten hurt and needed help.……
