Our dear friend and Captain,
White Mage Rose (..Rosie..Jenn),
passed away from an ailment that presented itself back in August 2023.
Sadly, it is something that I am quite unfamiliar with.
From my understanding, (**via second hand knowledge) she was suddenly very ill with a form of brain infection and thus taken to the hospital and then placed in a nursing home for around the clock care.
Due to her having several other medical conditions as well, the infection took such a toll on her body that it was unable to fight it off. And her body slowly began to shut down.
She passed away in the early hours of this past Thursday morning.
I last spoke with Rosie right before she became ill.
She was in good spirits and cheerful. Such a bright spirit with a great attitude towards life even when it got her down. She always had a joke and a laugh when I would chat with her on the phone; and had a story or two about her precious cats.
Rosie absolutely adored Gaia. She loved all of her friends here. She enjoyed being a part of wherever there was any kind of conversations or role playing threads taking place.
She created this guild so that everyone could have a place to hang out and have fun.
She put so much time into this guild.
I wish that she would have been able to continue with it.
I will miss her immensely.
As I am sure the rest of her friends here will too.

Another mutual friend just told me.
She was really cool to chat and RP with.
I've been distant from gaia for a whlie. I had no idea what she was going through...
I hope for her to be in a better place now heart

TBH, I haven't heard from her in a while, but I learned about her passing a bit later when I went to go check up on her. I'm also going to miss her! heart sad

 I miss you Jenn, Rosie, you were always kind to me, and everyone heart she knows, well knew of me, loved hearing about the chickens we are raising , just my life, she was reaching out, it's sad, for too many precious human beings are leaving these days.. I pray something good happens very soon 3nodding
