“Everything you do just turns me on…” He put up the broom and the mop, hanging up the cleaning towels so that they would dry. All the while he sang and danced happily.
—
Yukio ducked down a familiar alley and broke into a run. For once he was glad that he was just wearing sneakers instead of his Docs, despite the snow on the ground. His feet might have been a little cold, but he could flee if he had to. And he had to. Again.
Fans were one thing – he liked his fans, and for the most part they were a well-behaved, respectful, friendly combination of aspiring DJs, club kids, and others who enjoyed EDM and dance music as much as he did. But… there was always a "but," wasn't there? A subset of the DJ Buster fan collective were a little bit overenthusiastic with their adoration of him. Almost exclusively female, they wrote fanfics and drew art and posted it all on a shared Discord server, which was all well and good, except… They also felt like he was theirs. And sometimes, when they encountered Yukio in the wild (a frequent occurrence, given how fond he was of walking around Destiny City), they got a little fervent.
That was the case once more today. Luckily, he was faster than they tended to be, and this time at least the group of five fangirls who had cornered him were too occupied with squeeing to each other to notice that their idol had disappeared. This was to Yukio's advantage – as was knowing which back entrances to businesses were which. He darted into the rear access and utility area for the Korean Café that Holland worked at and made for the storage closet/shed thing, hoping and praying it was unlocked.
—
The door would indeed be unlocked, Holland was still putting away cleaning supplies, unaware of the door to the storage opening and closing. However, once he turned around, he almost screamed. Why was Yuki in here?.....Again? Oh no….was the storage door frozen over again?! Before he reached out to open up the door, he turned to the man himself, taking out one of his earbuds. “Y-Yuki why are you in here?” He was so confused.
----
Yukio nearly screamed (for certain values of Yukio-screaming, which would have been more of a flat "aaaaaa") at the sight of Holland in the storage closet nearly at the same time Holland startled at the sight of Yukio. "I'msorryIdidn'tknowyou wereinhere," he said quickly, voice low. "They're after me again. Not the same girls, but a different bunch of girls from the same group, I think. They were nice at first, gomen gomen the attention is kind of nice kind of, but then they wouldn't leave me alone. I had to get away. And they started following me."
His heart was pounding, not from being trapped with Holland in the same closet that had prompted their first semi-kiss, but from fear. "So I came here. It worked the last time…"
—-
They?
Holland frowned and racked his brain, eyes widening.
Oh….Oh no.
He then tilted his head, “Gomen….Like Gomen-nasai?” What did that mean again? He went through his knowledge of anime then remembered the tone the character would use. “Are you saying sorry? Why?” Honestly they were supposed to meet up anyway so this was as good a time as any. So what if there were rabid fangirls chasing after him? The thought caused another feeling to stir inside the small man, one that he didn't quite like. He pushed down the feeling, “You liked the attention?” He tilted his head, that ugly feeling rearing it's head so much that it started to show in his teal eyes. The smaller man started walking closer, “I mean of course they would start following you. If you respond to their attention then yeah….They will follow you.” His face dead panned, head still tilted while his teal eyes cut up to him, “I have an idea…” that smirk did not seem very pleasant at all.
----
Seeing the look on Holland's face, Yukio's eyes widened and he raised his hands. "Nononono, not the attention from girls, the attention of fans. Like I treat all my fans with respect and courtesy, and I would hope that they treat me the same way. These girls clearly don't," he said, "they treat me like their possession, like a toy." He really really hoped that Hol was not upset with him, because the look on the small man's face was one of hunting for blood. And he hoped it wasn't his blood Hol was after.
"And yeah, I'm – I'm sorry. Like I'm sorry I didn't stop it before it became that scene from the old Beatles movie where they're running down the street being chased by a mob of fans. I have to learn to n** that s**t in the bud, I guess." He knew he was a little on the trusting side, which had been his downfall in the past; he trusted that his fans would be as respectful of him as he was of them. Clearly that wasn't always the case.
He looked at Holland again, raising an eyebrow. "What… what's your idea?"
—
Well that helped some.
Holland was still feeling the green monster swirling around in him as he thought of his “Plan”. He could hear the girls searching and decided it was time to act. Reaching behind Yuki, he pushed open the door, then gently pushed Yuki out till his back touched the wall of the other building in the alley. He made sure to leave his apron in the storage shed so the girls didn't know where he worked, then proceeded to hop onto Yuki himself, wrapping his legs around his waist. As the girls got closer, he maneuvered Yuki to hold him up onto him by his behind then quickly brought his mouth to his, tongue delving in to lay claim to what he totally deemed as his and no one else's, least of all some stupid fangirls.
As the chatter got closer, he deepened the kiss, intertwining his hands in Yuki’s thick blue hair. He did let out a bit of a noise that did not entirely sound all that kid friendly, Teal eyes cutting to the girls that rounded the corner, gasping at what they saw. The smaller man pulled away with a smirk, a small string of saliva still connecting his mouth to Yuki’s. Slightly hazy Teal eyes turned to amber, “Mine…Okay?” He brought him in for another kiss and the girls, feeling uncomfortable, backed out of the alley. Their faces were red and they did not just see their DJ kissing another girl? Man? In the alley! This was so going up on the discord later.
—
Yukio didn't know what to expect when Holland started gently maneuvering him backwards, out of the storage shed and across the alley to the building across from it. He felt his back touch the wall as he heard the sound of the gaggle of fangirls getting closer and closer, and he nearly panicked. He was gonna get caught! He was doomed! The DJ looked around frantically. There was no escape –
– until Holland climbed him like a tree, wrapping his legs around him. Reflexively, and with a bit of urging from Hol, Yukio placed his hands on the small man's rump to support him. "Wha-" he started, but Holland shut him up with about the most deep, passionate kiss the two of them had ever shared to this point. He closed his eyes and lost himself in that kiss, returning it in kind as Hol tangled his fingers in Yukio's hair. The little noise that Holland uttered only made the kiss hotter and drove the approaching fangirls almost completely out of his mind.
Then Holland pulled away, leaving Yukio breathless and wanting more. "Yours," he murmured, allowing himself to be drawn in for another kiss. The gasps of the girls upon seeing Their DJ Buster lip-locked in the throes of passion with another man... well s**t, the yaoi fanfics practically wrote themselves!
As the girls fled, blushing and nattering, Yukio broke off the kiss with a softly-snorted laugh. "That was almost worth the price of admission," he purred, golden-yellow eyes hooded and focused solely on Holland. "Can't wait to hear about the crap they're going to write about this…"
