Wolframite only had some furniture in his main office that relocating to a office that could fit two desks without it being cramped wasn't hard. Relocating had been easy enough and with some cleaning, they moved what they had in both offices to the new location.
Wolframite had ordered a pull-out couch for delivery that went through the usual channels of the Negaverse to get things delivered into the subspace - something he sat with Tina the morning she woke up to order and get in the works. Seeing as Destiny City was a large city, it was already on it's way to be delivered to the Negaverse. All they had to do was carry the whole thing up to the office.
Outside of that, they needed a bit more to get what would make the place both functional as a office for Tina and a temporary home. Getting back out among people and in the city would do the General some good too after being lost of the Rift.
After they got the furniture move and took a lunch break, Wolframite dusted off his claws and turned to her. "Well, we should head back up to the city. Get the things you'll need. Alright?" He said as he picked up his coffee and took another drink. It was warm and smelled of cinnamon.
"Do you have a winter outfit?" He asked.

Tinaksite was tired, but he was right, they should go out to the city and get some more things.
She shook her head slowly. “I don’t have anything warm, not really at least. I have a light jacket, but if it’s as cold as I’m going to assume, I’m not sure it will do much…though.”
The cold wasn’t that bad, honestly. She was from somewhere much colder, so…
“I should be fine with it, if I’m not mistaken…I can handle the cold better than most…I am Russian.”
She gave a small, almost amused smile, feeling far more relaxed than she had been.
He hadn’t vanished yet, but…
There was still time. Hopefully though…her worry wouldn’t bear fruit.

"Russian or not, you'll stick out like a sore thumb without it. I run hot nowadays due to the all the fur, but even I have to have a coat. For us, looking like the rest is our best camouflage and defense. We'll go to the mall first." He said, taking a deep breath to steel himself. The Mall was a lot of noise and lights and sometimes he got overwhelmed there. It had gotten better, but too long and he needed a break.
"Luckily I know a spot to teleport that's right down the road from there. Not a lot of walking until you are in someplace warm."
He moved over to her and offered his hand. "Ready?"

Tinaksite couldn’t help but chuckle, just a little. Russian or not. She supposed…that made sense. The blending in bit made the most sense, and she nodded and allowed him to take the lead in all of this. Taking hold of Wolframite’s hand she nodded. “I’m ready. If you say that I need to pretend to be cold, I can do that too. Blending in is important, I do agree with that.”
Even if she didn’t like it, she understood the point.
“...It will be…very interesting to see large amounts of people again after so long…”
She took the moment to slip her glamour on, if he was going to be doing the teleporting, there was no need for the both of them to stand out when they arrived.

Wolframite nodded and he too would don on a glamour himself. A one of a normal man in his twenties, with long black hair and light hazel eyes to the point of almost looking yellow. The place rippled and soon they were out on the street of a very brisk day. The sun was out, making it somehow colder. There was the flood of sounds from traffic to people moving about.
"The mall is only two blocks away." He said, and he stood beside her, staying close as both protection and support. "I memorized this spot for going shopping just to make life easier. It's just this way."
"Oh, and I'm called Winter outside of uniform." He said with a smile that lacked his usual pronounced canines. He worse a black coat with a fur collar, jeans, and boots. His long hair would kick up in the wind as they headed out of the alleyway and into the city sidewalks proper.
It wasn't a far walk and soon they were going through the automatic doors to the sound of holiday music and decorations. There was a smell of Cinnamon rolls from one kiosk and a CelestialHut for coffee down the way in the middle of the mall. "Let's go get you a coat, a hat, and some gloves. If you see any clothes that suit you for winter, you should get those too." He wasn't much on the know for fashion but he'd do his best.
"There is a decent place up to the right that has a lot of clothing." He said, and he lead them to a store called Urban Ascend. A modern store for clothing that was still reasonably priced. Winter had been with Laven a few times shopping so he had a general sense where most things were.

“Winter?” Kat frowned slightly and looked him over, but shrugged. It fit well enough, she supposed. “I am still Kat. I have not chosen any other name, should I?” Of course, she wasn’t sure who Wolf had been before he had been Wolf…so.
That was an odd thought, honestly. “It is rather nice and warm in here, you aren’t wrong. I suppose…it might be nice to have a coat, at least.” Kat supposed that it was her pride that made her want to deny needing any cover but…this was fine.
“...If we have the time, I would like to get one of those rolls. The smell is delightful.” As they entered the store, a jacket caught Kat’s eye and she made her way to it. A long leather jacket. It was beautiful and as she tried it on, the fit was…honestly perfect.
“I think this will do nicely. I don’t think that a hat will be needed, but perhaps some gloves…though I’m not sure if I’m going to be going outside all too often….but I will get this coat. Absolutely. It is perfect.”

"No. I just do not remember my life before returning to work. When our boss let me back into the company, I only remembered my life working. Not the life off work." This was a safe way to explain in public that the man he was outside of human was gone to him forever. "Winter was the season when I returned back. It was snowing and I was ready to freeze to death and die back then. Before I was able to make one last plea for mercy and to reclaim my old life. So unless Kat no longer suits you, than you can remain Kat."
At the suggestion for rolls, he nodded. "Whatever you like. We can get some to go too." It was the little things, like cinnamon rolls and warm clothes, that would all work like small Lego blocks to build Tina back. Small reminders of what was out here in the world waiting for her.
The jacket was sensible and nice, and Winter had always been found of furs and leathers. They felt durable and long lasting. While Kat didn't seem keen on gloves, Winter had walked over to a section on display and picked out a matching set of gloves with fur lining and handed it to her. "No than, but gloves are always vital. Hands are the first thing to get cold ." He took the jacket from her, helping slide it off and put both items on his bent arm to hold onto it for her. "Let's pick out a few more articles. Jeans, shirts, and the like. We can always come again for more but a few outfits would be best for you. Oh, an socks." Socks were always good to have extras of, especially when it was cold.
They had navigated the large array of clothing, most of which Tina picked out and a few Winter picked out just to provide options, and assembled at the fitting rooms. There, Tina was given a little plastic number to put outside her fitting room door handle and could try outfits. It was a slow day, as most people were just buying fits for others and didn't need to buy anything for themselves to try on. Most people just assumed they were a couple as Winter sat down with a few items, gloves and jacket included, in a chair outside the fitting room door.
"Was there anything you needed for your room that you'd like to make it more comfortable?" He asked to the door.

“Oh…” That…was kind of…honestly, upsetting. Though, Kat really knew nothing about Winter…she hadn’t really tried to learn much about him and that…
Well…
Perhaps she should have.
Falling quiet, Kat simply nodded and began to shop more in earnest, and when she was finished trying things on, she opened the door to the dressing room and shook her head, though paused. “Pillows. And blankets. I have become rather fond of…ah…nesting? I suppose. I had wished I had some of those back…when…”
She trailed off, not really knowing how to make it sound…well. Normal as he did.
“...When I was camping?” Kat finally managed, giving a shrug and looking a little annoyed at herself. “It would have been nice…in the wilderness?”
Maybe he would understand. He was sharp, at least. She knew that much.

"Easy to find and do. I like being comfortable too." He could certainly understand the nesting desire, wanting to be someplace dark and secluded at times.
"We can put in Amazon orders too or have things shipped over that we don't want to carry if we get anything larger." He said, moving with her through the mall as the Christmas music chimed overhead.
"Was there other things you enjoyed doing before?" He asked, wondering if she might want a TV or something like that.

“I enjoyed cooking a lot. It was fun. I’m not sure that we can justify or get a kitchen into my office but…”
She chewed her lip and thought about Amazon…and…well.
“Maybe we could get some items. Like an electric stovetop…or something like that. There really are ways to…take care of things and make them comfortable, I suppose.”
Or at least…she hoped so. It sounded easy enough, at any rate. “I am very glad to have you helping me…this…was long overdue…I…suppose I was just waiting to vanish…so…I thank you, Winter.”

"OH right. Like one of those induction stovetops. We can get one of those that just plug in, and you can cook a little. Maybe even a little countertop oven. Something to let you make meals until we can get a place for you set up." He suggested, thinking it over.
"How about when we get back, we look on Amazon and order a few things to be delivered at the Headquarter's pickup address. Then it can be picked up." He offered. Appliances like that were not going to be easy to carry about if they wanted to get it right now.
Now he was getting hungry.
His brain went immediately to meat, but the other half wanted something sweet.
"Want to get something to eat to take back?" He asked.
