Prompt 6 (Snowy Sneezes): Small custom shops and stalls always seem to open up this time of year, and Destiny City has no shortage this year. Several seasonal themed shops have already received raving reviews, and among them is a small cafe. Outside it looks like a cute vintage cafe, but inside, the shop has been decorated so convincingly that you feel like you've just stepped into a snowy northern forest. They have an array of delicious, cold drinks, and the trip would be worthwhile for that alone--except, shortly after the first sip, anyone who has ingested the drink will find that they sneeze a flurry of tiny snowflakes. The more drinks consumed, the longer you will find you are sneezing little snowflakes. It feels like there is a tickle up your nose for an hour or longer, depending on player choice; drinking more can also lead to longer effects. There are no negative impacts--just the need to sneeze often, and a little burst of cold snowflakes along with each one. Surprisingly, the shop still doesn't have any bad reviews.

Bored and scrolling through food reddit on her phone, Annie happened upon a text that described a unique cafe that had just opened up in downtown DC… Apparently, the drinks caused you to “Sneeze snowflakes? Are you serious?” Right now her mother had her on lock down due to the injuries she got from that stupid lizard fight she couldn't tell her about. While she didn't have the keys to her car [mom took them with her when she went to work that day], there was nothing stopping her from just riding her bike. Taking her skateboard would've been an option, if it was the summer, but since she wasn't an expert like a certain fellow redhead…Biking it would be. She quickly put on her winter gear, went to the garage, sadly ran her hand along her car then took off on her bike. It's been a minute since she's really rode anywhere not in her car. With her earbuds snug in her ear thanks to her earmuffs, Annie rode downtown with the song Blue on Black by Five Finger Death Punch playing. Her uncle, Dmitry suggested them and she could see how he thought she would like them. The right mix of heavy and vocals to get her blood going while working out or if she just felt some type of way.

Whipping through the streets, Annie almost flew off of her bike when she realized she forgot to turn off the location on her phone….Whelp, she was either getting a call from her mom, her dad, or her step mom at some point since she was sure they knew about her punishment. As soon as she thought about it, the screen on her phone lit up, a verse from the song Rap God playing on repeat. Annie sighed as she looked at the picture of her father that came up. So she had a couple choices here….She could ignore the call [might make him angry], answer and get a verbal lashing or interrogation, OR or…She could just send it to voicemail. Choice already made, Annie just let the phone ring. She could say it got stolen or something…Dad would fuss her out, but he would just buy her a new one. Maybe if she was convincing enough he would get her the latest iPhone? That way Hara and Ever would stop making fun of the fact that she was so far behind in tech, which to be fair she didn't care, as long as she was able to answer calls, text, and browse the internet there wasn't really any other use she would have for the damned thing.

Either way, she pocketed her phone with the thought that she would be in trouble as soon as she got home. Tapping her bud the next song came on, causing a snicker when she realized it was Hollywood Undead. Yep, her uncle was definitely with her in spirit on her Spotify. Pulling up reddit, Annie looked for a visual of the cafe, taking note and continuing on. She peddled a couple more blocks, finally reaching her destination. The outside looked exactly like it did in the picture, but she was a little apprehensive about going in. It wasn't like she didn't have money or anything but still…What if something happened while she was in there? Then she would have to power up right? Eh, just meant that she could probably get some energy or free starseeds from it. With that settled, Annie walked into the cafe, looking around at the stark change in environment. Was this some strange magic-slinger thing? Did she fall into a trap?

Since she didn't sense any order signatures around she figured this was just a weird occurrence that happened at random. Those things tend to happen a lot in this city apparently. Making her way up to the counter, Annie frowned. Why did there have to be so many choices? Sighing, she pulled up the group chat she shared with Hara and Ever, texting a bunch of random colors. She hoped they would pick one but all she got was, -Are you bored or something?- -WTF is this?- Rolling her eyes, she quickly texted the command to just ******** pick a color. They eventually settled on red, which was fine with her. She ordered the throwback fruit punch flavor, paying and walking out the door. She did not take a sip until she got home. Elated with the fact that her mother wasn't home yet, Annie quickly changed clothes and ran up the stairs to her room, drink in hand. After flopping down onto her bed, she finally took a sip of her drink. “Oh wow! This s**t is amaz-----AHHHCHOOOOO!” Annie felt the snowflakes hit her skin and she panicked, leaping out of her bed. She sneezed again and more snowflakes emerged. “The ********?” She took a sip of her drink just to be sure, only to confirm her theory when she sneezed out snowflakes yet again.

The knock on her door signaled her mom finding out what happened from her father, which caused a sigh to come from her mouth. “It's open mom.” Annie's mother quickly opened the door, anger apparent in her eyes, “Annie Ann I swear to all that is holly in this city! You’d better have a good excuse for sneaking out after I grounded you!” Annie puffed out her cheeks, “I was bored out of my mind mom! What did you expect me to do?! You know I hate being still for too long….AND you took away my switch so I had nothing to play.” Her mom rolled her eyes, “Annie, the whole point of being grounded is the fact that it's supposed to be a punishment. You know tha---Did you just sneeze out COCAINE?!” Annie knew she would have to explain before her mother thought the worst. “What?! No! Here!” She shoved the drink in her mothers face, practically forcing her to take a sip, “The ******** is this huh?! That that lean drink that everyone is----AHCHOOO!”

Her mother’s eyes nearly bulged out of her head when she saw the snowflakes fall to the ground.

“See? It's not drugs…I'm not sure what it is but it makes you sneeze snow.” Her mother sneezed again, “I take it this is what caused you to leave the house?” “Yeeeeeep.” “You're not lying?” “Nope…” “Didn't sneak out to see Ever?” “What?! Choooo! N-No mom god why would I do that?! He's my best friend. We are NOT dating!” “Then why are you ACHOO! blushing?” “Ugh mom stop it!” Her mother laughed then, handing Annie her drink back, “I guess I can't get mad at you…You're still grounded though.” Annie sighed and rolled her eyes, while taking a sip of her drink, sneezing as her mom left her room.

Using her phone, Annie recorded a video of her sipping and sneezing, sending it to the group chat followed by a surprised Pikachu emote. Well, at least her besties could get a kick out of this one.
