Christabel was so tired of patrolling today. Somehow she stayed up all night watching Christmas movies. Her parents were out of town so she figured it was a wonderful thing to do. She had snuggled up on the couch last night with her blanket and a warm cup of cocoa. She watched all the classic movies she had enjoyed with her parents. Once she finished her cocoa, she fell asleep on the couch, content with her night of movies.
The only thing was here she was feeling the affect of staying up all night. She felt a bit sluggish on her patrol today and not even Christmas Jingles were able to lift her mood.
That was when she saw something shine out of the corner of her eye. She walked slowly on over and when she got there she noticed it was a jingley bell. It reminded her of the bells that decorated reindeer collars. "I wonder who lost this," she said as she bend down to pick it up. Before she knew it she was teleported to what looked like a gameboard.
"What have I gotten myself into," she said as she looked around the gameboard. Wondering just where that bell had taken her. If only she had learned her lesson and not touched every object in destiny city that was shiny and jolly.

"Here goes nothing," she said as she rolled the dice and waited until it stopped. A 6 ... well that couldn't be too bad right? Wrong! She suddenly felt something sharp in the air wizz past her face. It sliced the right side of her cheek just slightly. Enough to bleed but not enough to injure her badly.
As if that wasnt enough she felt like web like sharp strings go all around. "Oh no," she said as she tried to balance herself to not move. She did not want to get cut any further. It was like that for a few moments, before the dice appeared again. This time it dropped from above her and she had to catch it in her mouth without moving and touching the web strings.
Luckily she caught and immediately spit it out. She figured that should count as a roll and maybe she'd get lucky and just get out of here.

As if the game was taunting her she felt something slithering across her feet. She jumped up in the air completely forgeting about the scratch on her face. She tried to kick at whatever it was but when she did she noticed it was a snake. A big snake with fangs like a vampire and it was hissing at her.
"Hi snake. Would you like a cookie?" she said as she reached in her pocket and started to wave the sugar cookie around. Thankfully it seemed to work to distract the snake. As she did she used her other hand and rolled the dice and threw the cookie in the other direction.
Thankful the dice began to roll and the snake seemed to still be heading towards the cookie.

coughs but not only that she thought she saw someone. She tried to reach out after them as they ran past, but she couldn't reach them.
She shook her head and as her vision was beginning to blur she reached for the dice. "I ... need ... to rolll..." she said as she could feel her strength fading. She dropped the dice from her hand and they tumbled down in front of her. Her eyes trying not to shut from the snoke and pain she felt.

A web that looked like it was meant to trap prey and it did just that. But in this situation was she the prey or the next meal? She gulpped as she heard something moving the horizon.
"No I won't be taken alive," she said as she picked the dice up and rolled it again. This game had driven her a bit mad, but also she was determined to surive at all cost.

She refused to fall and she jumped into the air not sure what she was doing. But just hoping something was there. She reached out her arms and she felt a rope touch her hand. She hung on for dear life as she dropped the dice on the ground below her.
"Please dice - I wanna go home and watch Christmas movies and drink cocoa." she pleaded shutting her eyes as the dice rolled on the crumbing square below.

She could feel a glow on her skin and smiled at the sight It was a glow of beautiful, opalescent aura. She could tell the game was allowing her to go home. After the nitemare she had been through all she wanted to do was cuddle up in a blanket and drink some cocoa. So without a second though she jumped into the light and prayed to arrive back to destiny city her home.
Before she knew it she felt her feet on the grass she had begun from. She was finally back in her hometown. Safe on ground she was familiar with. She was so excited she started to rush home. Not even realizing the dice had made there way to her pocket.
One day she might find them but tonight she just wanted her cocoa and christmas movies.
