Elzira's illness brought many great things to Tendaji. It brought two warring sisterhoods together; it brought the knowledge of a greater sisterhood with roots across Tendaji. So when Azehra and Esena began to show signs of decay, excitement and anticipation began to spread through the Vandrea and Elidae communities. It may have been a little early, but the signs were still clear. Both trees were beginning to go through the same puberty that brought hybrid blooms to both Aisha and Elzira.

When the time came, the mystics of each sisterhood gathered their communities together at the base of their trees, their cries of joy and celebration filling the air as the first flower bloomed. And then another. And another.

Curiously, each tree seemed to explode in flowers across their leaves, a sight never before seen by the elders and mystics. The air became heavy with the scent of floral blooms, and the sisterhoods rejoiced as their Great Mothers became a symbol of health and prosperity for future generations.

[ News has spread that the Vandrea and Elidae trees have matured! For some, this is a symbol of great health, while others are hesitant at the idea of such young trees taking on the burden of blooming Earthling hybrids. This prompt should include your character reacting to the news of the trees.

This prompt is only available to Aishans AND earthlings directly impacted by this news - i.e. an Earthling partner of a Vandrea/Elidae finding out they have the opportunity to seek a hybrid blessing from the tree. ]

The news Azhera had begun her puberty was strange to Ahmanet, being a Vandrea she hadn't yet been born when Elzira had gone through her puberty. Ahmanet was genuinely concerned when she heard the tree was sick, she was reassured by her mothers though it was only a temporary thing. The tree having grown her bloom Ahamanet couldn't help but continue to feel anxious, worried about Azhera. Ahmanet came to see the tree every day as close as the mystics would allow, offering her prayers to the tree to get well soon.

While she prayed Ahmanet could hear the older Ashians seemingly to celebrate for the fact the tree would soon be able to birth hybrid children like Aisha and Elzira. Ahmanet didn't see quite how it would be beneficial, earthlings weren't that great. She went to take a look at them but they seemed weak, shady, and would rather gawk at her. Ahmanet disliked them with few exceptions, there was the odd one that seemed to surprise her but that wasn't enough to redeem the rest. In Ahmanet's mind the Aishans were far superior in almost every aspect after all she was one of the most lovely of Azhera's first blooms. Ahmanet disliked hearing her own sisters praise them, the young vandrea continued holding her tongue despite her own disapproval realizing she was rather a minority. Ahmanet didn't wish for the earthings to be wiped out by any such extremity but she didn't much care for the mixing of blood, earthlings were weak, small and didn't deserve Azhera's blessing. They were not warriors at least none of the ones she'd met so far yet, her mothers still warned her never to underestimate them. Such lessons often infuriated her but she continued heeding her mothers warnings.

Ahmanet continued daily training after visiting the tree every day without fail. Walking the beach to practice forms and then practical sparring with an opponent and actual weapons. Ahmanet favored her Khopesh but she continued learning forms in the other weapons. If she knew these other forms she could always counter better if they were second nature. Bows, spears, swords, Ahmanet was determined to learn them all as she continued to remain ambitious. She'd seen more sisters in the more recent days, as they had come to celebrate the coming growth of the tree. For Ahmanet the continued influx of ashians meant she had more options for sparing partners and she was finding they had different techniques all of which Ahmanet wanted to learn in order to grow stronger.

The weeks dragged on their mother tree began to gain in strength more Aishian's flooded to Chiume and Ahmanet rejoiced at Azhera's return to health, each day the mother tree grew stronger Ahmanet felt more weight off her chest than the day before. Blooms began to be seen signaling Azhera's renewed heath. It soon became apparent it wasn't just across a few branches the entire tree exploded with blooms! The Mystics not having seen anything like it called the sisterhood The Mystics began calling all the Ashians as the first blooms exploded. There was a grand celebration as the first blooms since Azhera fell ill began to open sending massive clouds of pollen into the sky.

As the celebration began Ahmanet heard how the rewed great mothers were going to be a symbol of health for new generations All the aishan's present rejoiced as the bloom continued flooding open. Despite Ahmanet's feelings on the matter of the young tree being able to produce hybrids, she was happy her mother tree had matured and grown stronger. Ahmanet hoped producing hybids wasn't going to be to detrimental to the tree's health. Skeptical, Ahmanet still celebrated with the rest of her sisters, the day was still joyous day with the air filled with a floral fragrance.

Taking a moment Ahmanet bathed in the smell of Azhera's blooms allowing their renewed strength to seep into her a small smile appeared across her features. Ahmanet then looked toward the elders and mystics toward the font of the groups of aishian gathered around the base of Azhera. One day, she hoped to learn from them, about caring for Azhera. Ahmanet was admittedly a bit bitter for not having been born a mystic herself. Yet Ahmanet wanted the day to come sooner rather than latter. Such was the reason Ahmanet strived to be the best, she was destined for greatness, yearning to catch their eye. Her mothers had told her she was destined for greatness and she would live up to their expectations no matter what it took. She would make them proud and her sisterhood. [774]
