+ He's a good link to The Bells (Basiluzzo of Uranus and Stromboli of Uranus, belonging to Amasis) and is a Bell himself. Their goal is to provide a safe haven for Order, and he'll do what he can to assist that!
+ They are quite familiar with aliens and are happy to assist them - and this applies to order-friendly Velencians too!

+ Here for all your tech needs! She's extremely tech savvy and can even make some individualized things if needed.
+ Order senshi are her babies, especially if she ever awakens or upgrades them. Want a protective loving kitty cat?
+ She, like Encke, is a good link to the Bells. She's actually guided a couple of people to safe quarters at their house!
+ She also loves space as much as Encke, tbh -- she just can't show off a comet like he can. But she does have a GPS app she's worked on that can help you!
+ She's really into making social media apps, and she'd love to talk your ear off about them.

+ Being the senshi of geese suits her. If she sees a threat, she will commit violence.
+ Anser has a very storied history in this war and can give a lot of perspective on it like su hermane, tbh.
+ She has put some work into her world if anyone is interested in checking it out!
+ She does make a good teammate, overall, and will go to bat for those she partners with.
+ As a civilian, she's an aspiring streamer, but also a barista who can be found at your local cafe Starbucks

+ Very, very grouchy. Will not sugarcoat a single thing about what they're facing if you need a gruffer perspective!
+ His reasons for fighting are a bit different, too. He comes at this from a lawful neutral perspective -- why chaos is wrong is because they're corrupting the order of things, and he will argue about this.
+ Can be good as a gruff mentor type!
+ Will absolutely throw a punch. He comes from the Faust School of Training!

+ Is an avid user of the device letting someone see who is also Order as a civilian if you want someone to test that with!
+ Does not power up except for homeworld things, so isn't good for much battle-wise!
+ Does have some views on Chaos as a former member of their ranks, so can be good for chats on that!
+ Would be great for homeworld exploration!

+ Would love to encourage and upgrade your senshi!
+ Very art-oriented, will make any tech he makes for your Order character very pretty.
+ More up to talking to chaos than Viatrix is!

+ Mostly just sullen for the moment if you run into him. Watch this space!

+ Absolutely will beat a chaotic a**. Does not differentiate between divisions, they're all bad.
+ A little more friendly to potential purification cases since the Ransomite fiasco! Can be an interesting addition to a purification plot under the right circumstances. Not above bribery.
+ His ability allows him to ... convince people to leak potential secrets. If this would assist your plots, please let me know!
+ Professor Castaneda is actually anonymously in the Negaverse Database. Do with that what you will!

+ R i c h. If you need some money for an Order project. he's got you!
+ Generally just a very chill individual, good to talk to, and will encourage someone to take a breather, honestly. He's got a hot tub?
+ This applies to his powered life, too. He doesn't fight unless backed against a wall. He'll sit in random places and play his saxophone to encourage people to come over and either just watch him or talk!
+ A certified ho if you want to imply a hookup with him!
+ His ability encourages generosity, usually in the form of giving things back. This can apply to starseeds or energy if this would assist a plot!

+ An Aware civilian who thinks the Negaverse's bullshit has been repeated too much in history.
+ They can be found around a civilian Michelangelo a lot, which makes sense considering their relationship!
+ They've grown up entrenched in the upper echelons of rich people in DC, so anyone from that life would likely have some idea of who they are.

+ Need a therapist? That's what she's here for! It's gotten spread around to some degree that she's an Order-side therapist if you'd like your character to be seeing her!
+ She's also incredibly helpful in her knight form and will frequently check in on those she runs into on patrol. She knows first aid!
+ This includes trauma first aid if something needs to be patched up fast.
+ Is a fantastic person to just listen and understand, including to those on Chaos' side. Will be less inclined to patch them up, but follows the motto of do no harm.

+ Competitive to an absolute fault if you want to make a competition out of anything!
+ Tall, strong, and fast. He's not anywhere near his Olympian days, but there's a reason why he was able to stand his ground in the He-Man competition!
+ He's more street smarts than book smarts and honestly has a lot of himbo energy if you want to play with that!
+ If you recognize him from being an Olympian, well, there's a bit more under the surface there. His retirement was interesting!

+ An Aware Civilian who will kick your Chaos character's a** if allowed.
+ No seriously they're a swordfighter.
+ Can be found around Shikora or Zotsholo as the enby with a perpetual cat-that-ate-the-canary expression. Absolutely the one who tries to bring them both to a stabilized point.

+ Thinks languages are so cool! Please, if you know one they don't, teach them.
+ Left with Lyndin mostly because their twin did. Absolutely thinks he's wrong.
+ Doesn't live with the other Velencians and doesn't really have any interest in going back to the shared house.
+ Pursuing learning other languages on Earth in an attempt to dig up knowledge the others haven't been able to find to save their people.

+ A monster. Not literally, but is a terrible person. Come here for your terrible person needs!
+ Was also raised rich. Those who have been part of richer society may recognize Mr. Bal as a charismatic, ambitious individual. May also be recognized for being the former CEO of Augusta Bank!
+ Absolutely not above torture if you'd need that for a plot. Will also brutalize, which tends to be his preference overall.
+ Will torment people with the Hestian tea if your character would like some traumatic nightmares.
+ He does know there's no advantage to being an a*****e to those on his own team, so will put on a nicer face for them. He's a bit of a social chameleon that way.

+ A little bit disconnected with her DMC fellows outside of Sailor Lesath! Could use more connections.
+ Not really interested in fighting! You'll need to force her if that's what you want to do.
+ A big gamer as a civilian, but primarily in cozy games!

+ Needs his arrival solo done, but will be staying with Abzu of Neptune for reasons only funny to me
+ Would blackmail someone into purification if anyone is interested in that!
+ Very sad, always, but masks it under some good stories and alcohol.
+ Not particularly fight-oriented, but a thousand years alone has taught him how to do what needs to be done.

+ Kind of hates Earth. It's too cold. Try to convince her otherwise?
+ She's eager to get her world back on track and will take assistance!
+ Technically also still needs to get set up on Earth, hm.

+ Absolutely an oldbie, don't let the basic stage fool you. She's seen a lot and will talk about it!
+ Very much a pacifist and will not fight you. You're welcome to make her life hell though!
+ Could use some connections. Her primary connection is currently Sailor Anser, who helped lead her through the ambush!
