Finally after what seemed like forever. The show was back, but the scenery and demeanor of the segment would change from what it originally left back on. The room was a dark red, making it hard to make out any details around the surrounding area besides the heating vents that ran along everywhere as far as the eye could see and the generator seated right in front of the camera. Steam could be seen roaming around the room indicating how hot and humid the area must be. The camera quality even worsening as the longer it sat still framed on the room. Sounds of whistling from the trapped air from the boilers being slightly audible as this whole scenery was very eerie.

Everyone watching would be able to sit and take in everything in front of them for a moment. Then when they got used to the still frame, a person began to walk into frame. A large man who was wearing way too much to be casually strolling through the Boiler Room, carrying around a steel chair. The steam making it a lot harder to distinguish any details about this person. But as the man propped the chair in center of the camera and sat down, more people began to be able to tell this was the person who had just left the screen before commercial break.

Omen.

He would sit there for a moment. As much as this wasn't out of character, it was definitely not what we were using to seeing every show from the Freak. It seemed he had grown more stagnant, for lack of better words, since joining Cartwright Strong Style. His last showing being where he had beaten up Super Stan to a bloody pulp. Then slowly only showing up whenever Cartwright needed him. But Cartwright wasn't here. This was just Omen.

"Avari Fusion."

The scratchy low voice would say, barely audible. Almost as if Omen has not casually spoken in a long time.

"Tonight, you had the misfortune of being paired against me."

Omen would say weakly, almost struggling to speak.

"You said you wanted a challenge. You want my A-Game. You think that I am just a joke, right? A little prop for the boss? A game?"

This was all very calmly spoken. It felt very out of place with the context of what he was saying. It all actually was pretty painful to watch. The weak, almost decrepit sounding voice which typically would be loud and screechy when he yelled during matches. The contrast between the two is almost unbelievable. Paired up with the calm mannerisms, the slow methodical speech. He was a different person.

"Regardless, of the stipulation. I will provide you, your challenge. I will put my body on the line for you, and I ask you to do the same. Tonight, we will both shorten our life spans severely when we meet. Everything will be on the line. That is my request to you."

The crowd speechless at this point as the dark words would be left there hanging.

"And when I am done, either you will be ready to go to war, be the Man of the Hour, and step up to whoever you need to for that worthless World Championship--"

"Or the Omen will come and pass, and you would have been merely just another victim."

Omen would rock back and forth. For a moment it sounded like groaning, but the longer you sat and watch the more you began to realize the large man was giggling. Until that giggle became a warped laugh, and then a cackle. A lively cackle that would be very easy to hear for anyone even outside the Boiler Room as the large man would get up with haste and leave one last thing, specifically for Avari.

"Just don't die on me."

Omen then would get up from his seat and leave the camera. The imagery slowly blurring out until the dark red turned into pitch black.
