Coding Bill is a proficient coder and treats his tablet as his most important possession. He specialises primarily in games for the time being, making most of his earnings from app store sales of popular mobile games that he has created under his "Black Rabbit" indie label. He is naturally talented at constructing games but dreams about working on code for far more tangible mechanical creations instead.
Scrapping One man's trash is another cat's treasure. Bill has an old pizzeria that he owns the title to and that is where he does most of his work. At present he is very limited on what he can build with feline paws, but that doesn't mean that he can pass up any useful items he can repurpose into machinery later. As a result he's often seen carrying various bits and pieces back to his makeshift workshop. He would tell people he's a collector, but he doubts that they would believe him.
Virtues:
Tenacious If there is one thing that Bill excels at it is never giving up. For every time he's gotten knocked down, he's gotten back up twice. He is more than aware that the road to success is paved in ninety percent failure and intends to walk that road no matter what. He can find that this particular virtue makes him more than a little prone to sticking out even really rather ill advised decisions, but that's just the way it goes.
Intelligent Bill is smart, in fact he's a bit of a genius in very select areas such as coding. Unfortunately while he's smart in these narrow fields, he's not the best at key areas such as common sense and being able to judge and avoid tremendous risks. Safety doesn't feature in his designs and he is prone to losing his critical data and getting into scraps that are larger than he is.
Charming Everyone loves an underdog, and Bill is certainly an under-cat in many ways, scraping by in his little rut he's created in life no matter what. He is friendly and open on first encountering him and his demeanour tends towards flattery and pleasantry to those he enjoys speaking to or who have something that he needs. If he likes you, he'll make you feel like you are worth a thousand dollars. If he doesn't, you'll probably know before long.
Flaws:
Poor Impulse Control Bill has a short fuse and he can be impatient and intolerant of the failings in others, his own absolute focus on his goals means that he has little time to waste on those who fall short of that goal. When his impatience spikes and his frustration levels are high, it is not beyond him to lash out with his claws or barbed words.
Crass Though he has a rather formal and polite sounding RP English accent, Bill is crude and rather rude when he's talking to those he's familiar with, the degree of swearing and crudeness in direct proportion to how much he likes you. This can be off-putting to the sensitive and can result in the downright upset of those who are easily slighted by this method of communication.
Greedy Never enough. Nothing is ever enough. Bill is in pursuit of filling a hole he can never fill that lies inside his chest. Never enough stuff, never enough love, never enough of anything. He is a black hole and can never - ever - be truly satisfied.
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION : CAT FORM
Eyes: Light blue, almost grey.
Body: An adult and slightly overweight male Maine Coon with rich brown fur mottled with dark classic tabby stripes across his body. His fur looks a little scruffy in places but this is due to old healed scars on his skin skewing the fur growth.
Fur: Long fur. The dark patches on his tabby markings have a slightly purple sheen.
Star Color: Black
Accessories: Bill wears a purple collar with a black rabbit tag on it to avoid having to deal with being caught as a stray.

Eyes: Blue, light and almost grey.
Hair: Dark brown. Has a full beard to match. Medium length, bangs in his face.
Face: Masculine with an upturned nose, strong eyebrows, a strong jaw and chin, fierce expression and a large grin with uneven teeth, one of which is cracked.
Skin Tone: Light white skin, UK descent
Body Type: Tall and broad with a stocky build and a gut to match. Hairy and very butch/masculine shape and sillouette.

Clothes: A dark "ringmaster" style outfit with a waistcoat and flamboyant ruffles. Maybe a hat, is he allowed a hat? He has his collar on still.
