Making his way through the backstage area, Salem carried a stack of three pizza boxes across one shoulder, whistling a tune as he passed by ring crew and production members on his way to his private bus. It was there that Murphy, his dedicated driver, and Kyra, his doteful daughter, awaited him and the food he brought in-tow.
Eryn was off doing his own thing; they had a match tonight that was of the greatest importance, an opportunity to balance scales with The Syndicate and in the same stroke take the WWFG Tag Team Championships. Reich was preparing in his own manner, just as Salem intended to - with his daughter, company he could find no greater joy in.
"Eyyy, Jake." he said with a finger gun from his free hand, gesturing to a passing staff member.
Turning a corner, Salem froze in sight of someone he hadn't seen in some time - the mother of his child, the woman who'd charmed his heart once upon a time, Emiko Sone. She'd been around, but he'd not spoken to her in some weeks, and her absence was wearing on him and Kyra. Pausing in his step, Salem gestured to Emiko and smiled, reaching out his empty hand towards her.
"Emi, hey!" he said warmly, feeling himself bubbling up in her presence. "I know it's been a bit...I figured you were doing your Power thing, but...I've missed you. Kyra, too. You busy? I was just taking some pizza back to the bus for us to eat. We were having a little party before my big match tonight. Wanna join us?" he asked earnestly, tilting his head a little as he looked at the lovely woman.
