The Divine Forge
In the beginning, before the races of Faetasia were many, there existed only the world of the Divine. There creatures of equal parts light and dark existed together in harmony. They created countless wonders and beautiful things within the Divine Forge. And after many cycles of creation and destruction Faetasia was born. But the world only existed with one, singular land mass. Not the separate islands you and I know it today
It was here that the divine beings of this world gathered to create. Here the mother of creation began to fold and weave magic and matter together to create the first race of the newly formed Faetasia. A world and race brimming with magic abs love. But it was also here. In secret, that some of the beings began to pour Ebil magic into their creations. Forming the first Ebil races that new nothing but torment, anger, hate. The forte has become tainted and unrecognizable after this. The more benevolent creatures saw this for what it was. The world as they knew it was changing and they could not stop the flow of progress. However, the forge had become corrupt and tainted by evil that nothing good would come from it no matter how much love and magic they poured into it.
The divine creatures finally agreed that splitting the forge in half was the only way to save it from destruction. Here the most pure and the most corrupt beings came together to pull the good and the Ebil apart. Unwinding the corruptions from the purity. In their efforts new races were born of both extreme hood and extreme ebil. The new deities of these races were given the forges as gifts to which the deities created their own forge masters. Both forges would be continued to be used to create not creatures of good or evil but to forge weapons and magical items
