______Personal InformationBiography: Casmil was born in a somewhat turbulent time, during a battle against humans, along with his twin brother, Aelllae. No one really understood why their mother, so heavily with child, was even there, but perhaps it was best to not ask. Regardless, the twins' birth was seen as a sign of things to come by many of the clan, including their own parents. Among dragons, multiple births together are considered rare, and thus lucky or blessed. The brothers were no exception. They grew up together, the clan treating them well due to the fact that they were twins, if for no other reason. Casmil, the first twin born, was named as his father's heir, the one that would take over his role when he was gone or unfit to continue. Because of this, he spent a lot of time with his father, and Casmil realized quickly that he wasn't much like him at all. As he grew older, the father and son argued, slowly drifting apart. Meanwhile, his twin brother would spend time with him, getting advice or learning the obscure magic that their father was always researching.
Things continued like this for a while, until his mother had more children this time- triplet girls. The entire clan was enraptured by them, including Casmil himself. He abandoned some of his duties to assist his mother with the girls, letting his twin take his place. He was more interested in his sisters than learning how to make a flesh golem, anyway. His mother seemed to appreciate this, even if it was unnecessary. She would often tell him tales of her own family, who were killed by hunters long ago, to pass the time, which he was often captivated by. He often wanted to meet them, but even for necromancers, it wasn't to be- there was a rule forbidding a necromancer from ressurecting family, and a law from ressurecting anyone from the Dwin'tlarn clan at all. So he focused on his living family- his sisters, his brother, his mother, and his father. In that order. There were many arguments with his father- that he was shirking his duties to play, that he didn't take his role seriously enough, and much more. Casmil told him that if he didn't like it, he should rename an heir other than him. He wasn't about to stop doting on his siblings for something so trivial as duty.
One day, a dragon from the clan took the girls to gather herbs nearby. Casmil knew her, and liked her enough to trust her with the triplets- as did his mother- so they focused on other tasks for the time being. However, hours passed without them returning. Eventually, Casmil and his mother grew worried, and tracked them to a meadow where they were likely to be... and found the body of the adult that had been with the triplets. However, the triplets were gone, with no indication of where they were. Casmil's mother didn't hesitate to call upon the killed dragon's spirit, breaking a general rule, in order to question her. She told them that humans had killed her, and while she didn't have any knowledge of what happened immediately after her death, she pointed them in the direction that they had come from. His mother told Casmil to track them down while she returned to the clan to get backup, but warned him that if they thought they were in danger, if the girls were still alive, they may be used against him. "Don't do anything crazy until you have support. Understand?"
Casmil understood, and tracked them until he found a camp that was almost a small village. There were many people there, so it took several minutes for him to spot his sisters- they were in dragon form, curled up together in a too-small cage and each was wearing an iron collar- an attempt to keep them from changing forms. This enraged him, and when a guard neared his hiding place, he killed him quickly.... then brought him back to life. He then had his thrall kill another guard without being seen, and so on, until he had the entire camp's guard under his control. Then he set them on the rest of the camp, ordering them to leave no survivors other than his sisters. It was over within minutes, and he only personally killed one person, which gave him an odd mix of pride and sorrow. But that was unimportant- he got his sisters out of the cage and quickly dismissed his thralls. When backup finally arrived, it was much too late. Everyone was dead save Casmil and the triplets.
Of course, disobeying an order couldn't go unpunished. His mother scolded him harshly for not waiting. "You could have been killed! They could have been killed!" But he knew that she was also relieved and proud. It was her duty to scold, so she did. His father, however, was furious. He was removed as heir, and Aelllae was given the role. This was fine with both of them, and more of a relief to Casmil. He decided that he was going to protect his family better in the future, and it would be easier if he wasn't tied down with the rules and regulations that came with being the heir.
As the years have passed, Casmil's father has stepped down as head of the clan, and his brother, Aelllae, has taken his place. Feeling unwelcome by some members of the clan, he made his own home, but decided to get himself a companion.
Personality: Casmil can be all over the place at times. He is open and friendly, for the most part, although he does harbor secrets that would shock others. He has a tendency to be extremely physically affectionate, nearly always touching someone, often resulting in others thinking of him as flirtatious when combined with his friendliness. When he becomes attached to others, he can be extremely over-protective or even at times just possessive. He also has materialistic tendencies, often putting extreme sentimental value in seemingly random objects. Anyone that takes one such item risks their relationship, or, depending on the value of the item, their safety. Anyone that attempts to separate him from a person he cares about will, without exception, be risking their personal safety.
