The Master's Quarters The Master's Quarters are designed in a way that is similar to the architecture of the dining room. It is furnished with all the necessities that the master of the household would need. It is a rather beautiful room, adorned will antique furniture and works of art.

Atop the polished surface of the oaken desk sat the letter that had been delivered by the manor caretaker Astaldera. Grave news indeed for Crow, as the celebration to finalize the merger between the Chaos Order and the Order of Enigma was to begin tonight...and obviously someone wished ill upon those that condoned the event. Crow looked at the note with distaste; she doubted the authenticity of the words before her because she did not think such threats were quite the style of the one that had supposedly signed the note...something was not right. And she intended to find out, but she could not cancel the event, for it had been far to long in the making. There would be political repercussions if the Chaos Order turned away the Order of Enigma, and she could not allow the household to suffer for that. Whether it be for ill or not, they would go through with this event, no matter what "drastic measures" it might entail...

The hall to The Masters Quarters seemed to take forever to cross.. Ru'ni kept twidling with his collar as he finally crossed the last few feet to the room. He had long anticipated the event, even though few of his members were there yet he was happy with the turn-out. With a shove he opened the doors with a newly aquired grin on his face, both hands out in a warm greeting. "Hello Crow, I must say .. I never knew that you and yours could pull together such an incredible event." He stopped a few short feet from his counter-part and gave a short respectfull bow.

"Put aside the pleasantries Ru'ni, we have a problem." Crow said as she stood with the note in hand, only to set it back on the desk turned in a manner that it faced the leader of the Order of Enigma. "Astal found this on the manor door earlier today...It seems that someone wishes ill upon those that condone this merger." Crow stated absently. "Though the paperwork concerning the merger is complete, this event is nothing more than an official announcement of it...I don't know why they would wait until now to state an opinion such as this."

Ru'ni's face turned from warm to grave while his eyes read the note. He attempted to stay calm as he picked up the letter and folded in a small square. With a rigid motion he placed the note back on the desk and spoke softly. "This doesn't make any sense.. we had no ill bad replies from those that bothered to read the notice we placed on the Guild Boards. When did you say he found the letter? I'll need to contact Fallen.. if someone isn't happy with the merger then she needs to be on guard at our manor." Concern was evident in his eyes as he questioned Crow.

"The letter was found on the door of the manor when Astal came earlier today to make the final preparations. And I highly doubt that Astal is part of this, he is a loyal member of this household and has never committed anything of ill-bred logic." Crow stated, a hard edge evident in her speech. "Should word get out about this, we could be in quite a predicament. Panic is a dangerous opponent and could create discord between the two guilds, and you and I both know that we can not afford that. Yet it would be rather foolish to leave the members in the dark concerning this." she stated sullenly.

"We must be patient, it is a risk to wait, for this... person.. may be violent and act out in a respective manner.. Until we have more information about this it would be unwise to tell the households. Panic would create paranoia.. followed by ill emotion from both houses. Until a move is made.. we are but a victim waiting for the ax to fall." His normally colored skin turned pale as he uttered his final statement.

Though Bristi had been listening to the side of the door where she shoudln't have been seen, she knocked and entered the Master's Quarters once she'd heard enough. "You can be sure that we at the COPF will do our best to make sure that no ax does fall," she stated. "Sorry about that Crow, Ru'ni,"she apologized, refering to the eavesdropping. "You know how I hate to be in the dark."

"Indeed," answered Crow at Bristi's arrival. "We don't play victim in the Chaos Order Ru'ni" Crow smirked. "If this guy wants to play, then I'm game."
Crow then turned to Bristi, "So, since you obviously heard most of that conversation, what would you suggest on the matter?"

"I'll alert those that are involved most in my household. Rhaine, Foxeh, Bunny, and Fallen.. I will keep it silent other than that. I would like to know what you think Bristi.. as you are an active non-captain member of both houses you would have the best idea of who this perp. might be." He turned to face Bristi with a sullen look on his face.

Bristi smiled at Crow's defiant nature, it was one of the many qualities that made her perfect for guild leader. "Like you said, Crow...play. Or rather, make your move. When the culprit makes his next move...wait. Who's the culprit anyway, you're sure that it isn't any of the Enigma members? Was the letter signed? Neither of you read the blasted thing aloud."Bristi glared in jest at the two guild leaders.

Ru'ni quickly reached over to the desk, grabbed the note, and tossed it to Bristi. After feeling the pager in his pocket buzz he realized that Foxeh should be on her way. "I suppose Fallen must have heard from Astal about the note and told the VCs in our guild whats happening.. Foxeh will soon be here," Ru'ni said with a small note of his usually self creeping back into his voice. "What do you think Bristi?"

Brist scanned the note quickly. It certainly sounded ominous, perhaps she had been handling the whole thing a bit too lightly. "Well, it's obviously not Sovi who wrote the letter. He doesn't misspell so many words, nor does he go into the excessive with adjectives." Bristi frowned slightly. So, someone had framed Soviet, but who? He didn't really have any enemies in the guild, not unless you counted the disagreements he and Gourou always had. He was teased a bit...mostly by yours truly...but she couldn't think of anyone who was actually mad at him.

"Of all people that he ever debates with, Gourou would be the one, but Gourou would never take anything this far." stated Crow solemly.
"Though if Sovi has been framed...then were is he? Hostage...or worse." she said darkly.

"Gourou isn't that type.. so thats one less person to worry about... But who else could it be? Sovi is a smart guy.. he'll get out of whatever trouble he's in.. I hope."
