Gathering energy was easy, too easy at times, the warm weather meant lots of people were out and about and being a Saturday night it meant people were out drinking, drunk, and otherwise not fully aware of what was going on around them. Either they were unaware of the danger they were in or they were so s**t faced that they were swaying and cclose to passing out. Either way the corrupt didn't much care as it made his job easier, this was why he rarely ever drank. He was not about to lose control and potentially become a victim to any number of things, he wasn't so stupid.
He'd left several people in door ways, hidden in alleyways, and elsewhere about the city strees as this particular street was little more than bars and clubs. This was, for a night like tonight, the best place to gather energy as he'd more than made quota for the week and he was still out and collecting. It had been easy and he figured he might as well take advantage of it.
At present he was sitting on a roof top, enjoying a cool breeze, as he took a break. Long dark hair pooled around him, forming a puddle of dark silky hair, while frost govered the ground just around him and under him and his hair. The air around him cooled even further by his own magic as he soaked it all in, he wore a lot of heavy fabric so he could use the break every so often to cool off for a bit. Once the fal land winter hit this wouldn't so much be the case, as his clothing wouldn't over heat him, he was waiting for the cooler weather to set in.

“You know, usually we want to keep the civilians alive,” Taenite hummed as though it was a casual suggestion as he teleported close to where the Eternal Senshi was leaving a trail of frost around him.
He leaned casually against the wall of the building nearby, and jabbed his thumb down the street where the Eternal had left numerous people passed out in the street.
“Like, seriously? Who taught you how to collect energy? Sloppy. Major liability, too. You’re going to freak people out into never leaving their houses again, and then what energy could we get from them? You need to do it a little at a time so they don’t pass out and can make it home and sleep it off. Then again,” he scoffed as he glanced down at the Senshi’s feet.
“You don’t know the meaning of discrete, do you?”
There was a literal ice trail around him. Taenite would laugh if he wasn’t frustrated about how he was going to have to report that he’d found the officer who’d been leaving civilians completely out of energy in the streets to get mugged or worse.

Looking over towards the other Miyamoto tilted his head a bit, standing slowly and stretching, he gave a roll of his shoulders. "I left them all alive. I haven't kill anyone, I'm not going to kill those who might be potential clients in the future for me." He would drain them though and leave them in safe places, at least as safe as one could get, he wasn't leaving them right out in the open where people had to walk over or around them.
"This street is nothing but bars and clubs, people drink and get piss drunk, most of them were close to passing out anyway." He'd simply helped things along, and no one would think otherwise considering most smelled of whatever concoctions they'd been consuming. As far as Miyamoto was concerned they were safe targets, they weren't going to fight him and if they tried they were likely to trip over their own two feet, they might not even remember a damn thing with how piss drunk most were. It was easier than others he'd gone for in the past.
"Ah, you mean this?" Looking towards the ground he let the bit of magic cease and the frost soon vanished around him. "A small bit of magic I don't always use, but it's a nice way to cool off." And intimidate some people, senshi and knights, when he wanted to. But how could someone in his outfit be discrete really?
"I'd say your outfit isn't discrete either. Most of us can't hide how much we stand out really, bright colors, outragous outfits not fit to wander about in really. The long hair doesn't help either." Maybe he should carry a pair of scissors in subspace so he could cut off his hair when he powered up, it would be ratehr useful, the hair did get in the way and could easily be used against him. That would be something he'd do soon.
"Are you just here to scold me?" Approaching the other as he spoke he breezed past him, he wasn't worried when he walked past the other, he figured them being on the same side of the war kept him safe. His back to the other now as he approached the roofs edge; peering over it casually. He could make the jump down, it wans't that far really, he could teleport down as well. "If that's all you saught me out for you've done your job." Glancing over his shoulder he gave something of a smile perhaps, he didn't often smile really.

Taenite lifted his hands dramatically to the sky, and then gestured to Miyamoto as though trying to force recognition of what Miyamoto was doing, and why it was a dumb idea, to come down from the heavens.
“Exactly!” he breathed with exasperation, although there was a part of him that wondered why he was bothering to even talk to this guy, who clearly didn’t care.
Taenite knew he should just report it and move on to something more useful in his life.
“If people are drunk, how much energy do you think they have? Not much. You’re just stripping away whatever energy they have left. Then they can’t get home. Or they piss themselves and realize they should definitely stop drinking, then we’ve got less people going out to collect energy from in the first place. Instead, you should go to a club, dance around a little, and get the energy from there. Everyone knows that, except you, apparently,” he frowned, placing his hands on his hips now that there was no more magical self awareness to pull down for Miyamoto to grasp onto.
“The outfit wasn’t what I was talking about,” Taenite furrowed his brows. “At least I’m not dragging along dead rats or pigeons wherever I go,” he gestured to the ground where there was definitely probably a rat carcass stuck in the robes of the man walking through alleys, dragging fabric along. Seeing as they were on the roof now, there were probably at least a few feathers and bones stuck under there.
“No, that’s not my job to scold you,” Taenite scoffed. “But my boss has to deal with the cleanup of the mess that you’re causing, so I’m telling you now that either you be more conscientious with your energy draining, or you’re going to be reported,” he warned, with a look that clearly said there was nothing that Miyamoto should be smiling about.

Tilting his head as he glanced over his shoulder to the other. "Me, in a club dancing with people? As if I'd even entertain the thought. If you've not been able to tell already - I'm not a people person. I'd rather thrown myself off a building than socalize that much." Although he had thrown himself off a building to kill a knight; that had rather interesting results. His Captain had returned just in time to see that - hadn't been pleased. At least the knight was dead, though not in the intended manner, and he was still alive. Next time he'd find a different way to get a knight, or maybe a senshi, off a roof rather than tackling them. Wolframite wouldn't be pleased if he tried that all over again; and he actually cared what the Captain thought.
But beyond that point was his uniform. How was he, dressed as he was, going to get into a club and somehow not pass out from the heat? Not to mention how he'd stand out, as he was certain this wasn't club attire, talk about a bad idea for everyone involved.
The bit about dead animals he wasn't even going to address, it was something a child might say. As if he didn't pick up the bottom hem of his uniform when in an alleyway. But really, at least his uniform was not show...flashy and bright. Though that was likely how the other got away with entering clubs, as he assumed the other did just that in order to gain energy.
Turning fully, slowly, to face the other he gave up on the idea of leaving, for now. "No, it really isn't your job but you seem intent upon it." Shrugging as he spoke, taking a step or two closer. "Though I would think that pulling starseeds would be more of an issue, considering it leaves bodies." Which while they could be hidden, as most certainly were, it still meant more of a death count in this city or more missing people. It all depended on if the bodies were eevr found really. "I'm certain that doesn't help keep people in this city either." Though this city was still full of people somehow, he wasn't even sure how, considering what was going on in this city. He figurted a higher death count, or missing people, would cause people to move away from the city and keep new people away. That didn't seem to be the issue in this city, though he also wasn't abotu to look into the numberson that. So long as he still had a nice flow of clients he was happy; he needed the money.
"I will however keep your words in mind." He did sort of feel like asking if they were done here now, because he still had quota to make and this was getting boring.

“Sounds like a personal problem,” Taenite scoffed. He didn’t care how the other collected energy, just as long as it didn’t cause a greater liability.
But while Taenite didn’t care if the other Senshi was blowing him off because he was bored, Taenite’s eyes narrowed at the suggestion of starseeds being pulled. Well, he would just have to add that to his list for Axinite.
This guy was irritating though, so with a flip of the bird, Taenite took the opportunity to teleport away. At least he found out who was leaving unconscious bodies everywhere. The Negaverse seriously needed to train people better on how to gather just enough to be useful but not be a detriment to the city and the people who lived there.
They were still trying to save Earth, after all. Not just make people who lived on Earth miserable. Clearly some people didn’t get the memo.
