Amir is the second born son to the Egyptian Goddess Isis, with a twin brother named Asim. The pair were born in Alexandria Egypt to two loving parents, their mother Isis and their father Omar. Naturally, as their mother was a Goddess whom had endless responsibilities to carry out she wasn't always present during their childhood but she always made sure that the pair knew that they were loved. Their childhood was rather unremarkable and normal, surprisingly considering that they themselves were demigods. Growing up though, the two were as thick as thieves and were nearly impossible to separate. On the days that their mother would visit the two would always try to confuse her with who was who but she could never be deceived and would always figure out who was who. When it came to start school Amir was excited and he excelled in his classes, always coming home informing their father of the events of the day and about all the friends that he made. He was always an outgoing child and it continued into his adulthood.

Amir's abilities made their first appearance early in his childhood, at about the age of six Amir found an Egyptian Goose with a broken wing, bringing it to his father completely distraught, tears pouring down his cheeks and begging their father to help the bird. But as Amir held the bird in his arms, his hands started to glow a bright white light. And within moments the bird's wing was healed. It took the wind out of Amir, needing a nap shortly after but the bird flew away of its own accord. Over the years, Amir would heal any scrapes and bruises his brother Asim would get as well as his father, wanting to take care of them and not let them hurt.

When Asim's powers surfaced it became apparent that he was going to be the fighter of the two of them should the need ever arise. Although Amir didn't picture a world where they'd have to fight for any reason. Through his need to help people and wanting to make their mom proud, Amir decided to pursue medical school. To help Amir pursue his dream of becoming a doctor they moved to America, where he attended Harvard for Medical School. He did well at the school portion, he was top of his class as far as grades went, but he didn’t do well when it came to the practical position of his studies. He was overwhelmed by the illness within the hospital. It was too much for his senses, making him incredibly ill to the point that he had to give up his pursuit of being a doctor. It crushed his spirits and it took him a few months to bounce back from that.

Unwilling to give up his pursuit to help people, Amir became a paramedic. That way he could still help people. Very seldom did he have to move much further than the emergency doors. He often opted to leave the driving to his partner on shifts and he took to being in the pack with the patient. He was able to use his powers to stem injuries enough so that they could be saved by the doctor. It was a careful line that he had to walk; heal too much and people would get suspicious, heal too little and the patient could die.

Amir didn’t invest much time in his personal life beyond spending time with his twin brother and their father and mother (when she was able to come visit them). Amir is still blissfully unaware of the struggles that face the gods. His mother had forbidden his father and brother from telling him because she worries about the danger he would put himself in to help her.
