Hated Food: Cheetos and other puffed cheese snacks. Not only does he dislike the gamer stereotypes, he also thinks they’re just kinda gross.

Hobbies:
Video Games || Job. Hobby. Source of much of Shuangxu’s nonsense. Mostly, he plays competing games with a focus on League of Legends, but he also plays Soulsbornes because he loves getting to show off at the one thing he considers himself genuinely good at. Offstream, he also likes lore-focused RPGs, as long as they have high challenge and he can ramp the difficulty up to “Nightmare.” Easy modes are great and everyone should get to have fun, but Shuangxu loves his games hard as nails.
Online Fandom || Shuangxu mostly got into fandom spaces because of his younger sister, but he’s found he really likes them. Outside of video games, he also loves to read webnovels and webcomics and watches a pretty wide variety of TV shows, and he likes to participate in fandom for all of them. He can draw, and also sometimes writes fic, but mostly he’s into it for meta and lore discussion.
Arguing Online || Yeah, no, when you do this as much as Shuangxu does, it becomes a hobby. It’s not his fault he has the most correct opinions, okay! It’s sort of cathartic for him to get into it online about something he’s passionate about, which usually means his games or his latest Webtoon obsession.
Virtues:
Compassionate || Shuangxu is soft and genuine and cares about people. He wants other people to have their best lives, and genuinely wants to do nice things when he can. Fortunately, his parents’ wealth means that he’s got the ability to do a lot, and they don’t really care. And beyond the material, he’s very willing to listen to other people’s problems and offer a shoulder to cry on—just because it’s the right thing to do.
Dogged || Once Shuangxu gets an idea in his head, he will not let it go. He decided he was going to be a streamer, so he put in the work to make it happen. He’s decided that he’s going to make it on his own, so he’s gonna. He’ll decide that he’s going to be someone’s friend, or to do something to help out, or whatever, and it’s about the only time he displays any kind of drive. Because once he does decide to do something, it’s going to get done.
Forgiving || Shuangxu really doesn’t hold onto his anger. Yeah, he argues a lot. Yeah, he’s got a lot of opinions. But when it comes to actual slights from actual other people? He’s pretty much always willing to forgive and forget. While he can hold a hypothetical grudge forever (ask him about some piece of League lore he thinks is stupid), it’s just not the same when it comes to people he actually, really knows, and he would much rather just let things go.
Flaws:
Unambitious || Shuangxu has a nice life. He’s the third son of extremely wealthy parents who put most of their expectations on his older brothers—both of whom have more than risen to fulfill them. But Shuangxu? He does not want to be a high-powered executive, or do anything special, or anything like that. He wants to sit in his apartment, stream video games, do cosplay, and argue about webnovels and League lore. Why should he have any kind of ambition or drive? Life is good, and Shuangxu would like it to stay that way.
Opinionated || Shuangxu has Opinions. Shuangxu wants you to know his opinions. They are loud, firm, and fierce, and he will get into arguments over them if he thinks he can win. He is also loathe to back down once he starts, and will keep arguing and sometimes dig his heels in on objectively stupid opinions just because he doesn’t want to admit to being wrong.
Disconnected || Shuangxu does not make himself a priority in any way, shape, or form. His sleep schedule is a mess; he regularly forgets to eat, and when he does, it’s cheap crap or lazy DoorDash; and he basically only goes to the doctor if he absolutely has to or someone makes him. Basically: he only takes care of himself to the degree that he has to in order to look good on stream, and he’ll let all kinds of other issues go rather than deal with them. Sick? Whatever, he’ll just sleep it off. Hungry? Eh, something quick is fine. Tired? Whatever, just one more boss fight. And no, Shuangxu really does not want to hear anyone else’s concerns about this. He’s fine, has always been fine, and will continue to be fine. (This is, in fact, not fine.)
