40/40 Martini
Ingredients
Chocolate syrup, for swirling
2 ounces vanilla vodka, such as Smirnoff
1 1/2 ounces white chocolate liqueur, such as Godiva
Maraschino cherry, for garnish
Directions
Swirl the chocolate on the inside of a chilled martini glass. Combine the vanilla vodka and white chocolate liqueur in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and pour into the prepared martini glass. Garnish with a cherry.

A Very Berry Brazilian
Ingredients
1-1/2 oz. Cachaca, Brazilian rum
3 strawberries*, diced
1 tsp. agave nectar
Two dashes ground cinnamon*
Directions
Muddle the strawberries, agave and cinnamon in the bottom of a shaker glass. Add ice and Cachaca. Shake well and strain into a large rocks glass.

Absinthe Appletinis
Directions
Combine 1/4 cup each vodka, apple brandy and apple cider in a jar; stir in half of a thinly sliced Granny Smith apple and 1 tablespoon sugar. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight. Pour a splash of absinthe into 2 martini glasses; swirl to coat. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the vodka mixture, reserving the apple slices; shake well, then strain into the glasses. Add the reserved apple slices.

Academy Cocktail
Ingredients
1 cup vodka
1 cup orange liqueur
2 cups white cranberry juice
1 lime, juiced
Ice
1 orange
Directions
Combine vodka, orange liqueur, cranberry juice, and lime juice in a pitcher. Stir well and pour into 2 merlot glasses filled with ice. Score an orange from top to bottom in 1/4-inch slices. Peel off and twist to make a garnish. Garnish drink with orange twist and serve.

Acai Berry Pisco Sour
Ingredients
1 lemon, juiced, plus lemon twist, for garnish
1 tablespoon sugar
2 ounces Pisco
2 ounces Acai blueberry juice mix
Directions
Fill a small cocktail shaker with ice and add the lemon juice, sugar, Pisco, and Acai-Blueberry juice. Shake well and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist and serve.

Acai Margarita
Ingredients
3 cups acai berry juice (recommended: R.W. Knudsen)
2 cups margarita mix (recommended: Stirrings)
1 cup tequila (recommended: Jose Cuervo)
Directions
In a pitcher, combine the acai berry juice, margarita mix and tequila. Mix. Fill 4 margarita glasses with ice, pour in the margarita and serve.

After Midnight Cocktail
Ingredients
1 cup chocolate-flavored vodka
1 cup vanilla-flavored vodka
1/2 cup coffee-flavored liqueur
Ice
Chocolate-covered espresso beans, for garnish
Chocolate shavings, for garnish
Directions
Chill 2 martini glasses. In a large martini shaker, add the chocolate vodka, vanilla vodka, coffee liqueur and fill with ice. Shake the cocktail well for 30 seconds. Pour the cocktail into the glasses and garnish with espresso beans and shaved chocolate.
