Eternal Sailor Attack: Chibi Kruger Screaming Fit

Chibi Kruger calls out the name of her attack and then begins to scream. Her scream summons two floating faces from on either side of her that scream at the same pitch. The sound is louder than it seems possible for her to make, and can cause mild deafness or partial loss of hearing if someone is standing too close to her.
