Nesta Gil is a crime fighter protecting the innocent charities of Gaia. She uses the NSTG as her base of operations, and accepts the help of other like-minded super heroes. She can fly and carries an enormous gun, mostly to frighten bad guys into doing the right thing.

Danielle (Niel for short) is a sword fencing arcanist who utilizes tarot cards to cast spells. Her fighting style is considered fancy yet precise, Personality-wise, she is kind of a dork with a strong sense of morality.
Born from an uptight rich family, Niel grew up to be mindful of her manners and appearance at all times, having repressed her emotions as a result. Due to this, she felt distant to her peers. She had to keep up the "elegant young lady" image her classmates perceived her as, but underneath that cool exterior lies the heart of a child yearning for adventure. TV shows featuring superheroes (and specially magical girls) were her only source of comfort, although lamenting her monotonous and controlled life compared to theirs.
Feeling a little rebellious, she went to a thrift shop one day, and bought a weird box of tarot cards she fancied on a whim. When she took out the cards for a simple reading, it felt as if power was surging through her fingertips, and - boom! - a small explosion threw her off the bed. She then asked a housemaid to touch or feel the cards, but nothing happened. Niel realized that the cards respond to her differently. Though she may not have a magical transformation, this gave her hope that she could finally achieve her dream of becoming a hero fighting for the betterment of the world.
And in a true superhero fashion, Niel prepared a disguise and a hero name一"Arcana".
